"What?!" Hashirama's eyes widened in shock. "That's impossible!"

Five hundred ninjas bypassing the sensory defenses of the Uzumaki and Senju stationed in Uzushio Village seemed inconceivable. Yet Yunma's expression left no room for doubt.

"Prepare the army immediately!" Hashirama commanded, donning his combat armor with urgency. "Summon Tobirama—I'll need him to use Flying Thunder God to take me there. There's no time to waste."

As he stepped out of his courtyard, another Senju ninja, Ken, arrived with equally dire news.

"Clan leader, we've received intelligence from the west. Uchiha Izuna is leading 600 Uchiha ninjas toward Uzushio Village!"

" again?!" Hashirama exclaimed, disbelief etched across his face.

Senju Yunma looked equally stunned. "Clan leader, what do we do? Uchiha Izuna himself is leading their forces!"

Gritting his teeth, Hashirama made his decision. "Tobirama and I will go ahead immediately. Yunma, gather reinforcements and head to Uzushio Village as quickly as possible!"

Meanwhile, in a high pavilion within Uzushio Village, Mito Uzumaki sat elegantly, clad in the traditional white kimono reserved for brides. Her seventeen-year-old features radiated a mixture of youthful beauty and mature grace, enhanced by ceremonial makeup.

As she prepared for her upcoming marriage to Hashirama, her mind wandered, unbidden, to another figure—Uchiha Izuna. Despite their opposing clans, memories of his confident, scornful demeanor and the rare moments when he displayed genuine emotion lingered in her thoughts.

Shaking her head, Mito scolded herself. What am I thinking? I'm getting married in a few days!

Her reflection was interrupted by a sudden surge of chakra. Her heightened sensory abilities immediately detected a massive battle to the east.

"What's going on?" she muttered, rising from her seat.

Her thoughts were soon confirmed by a young Uzumaki girl, no older than twelve, who burst into the room, panting.

"Mito-sama! It's terrible!" the girl cried. "The Kaguya clan has launched an attack from the east! The elders and our ninjas are already fighting them—they've reached dangerously close to our village!"

"What?!" Mito's eyes widened in alarm.

"And that's not all," the girl continued, her voice trembling. "Uchiha ninjas have appeared to the west, led by Uchiha Izuna himself. They're not attacking, though… They say they're here to see you. They've come… to propose marriage."

Mito's heart skipped a beat.
