Naruto: You Call This A Medical Ninja?

As the rain of senbon needles filled the sky, Aburame Shibi calmly raised his hand.

"Secret Technique: Iron-Eating Worm!"

A swarm of black insects formed a shield, effortlessly blocking the poisoned senbon. The iron-eating insects, specially cultivated for such situations, rendered the toxins completely ineffective.

Shibi wasted no time.

"Secret Arts: Necrotic Worm!"

"Secret Arts: Parasite!"

"Secret Arts: Spirit-Devouring Insect!"

While coordinating the swarms, Shibi used potions to replenish his energy, continuously releasing his signature techniques.

"Super Expansion Jutsu!"

Following Shibi's lead, Akimichi Choza enlarged himself into a towering giant, charging toward the Sunagakure ninjas with overwhelming force.

"Summoning Jutsu: Manda!"

"Summoning Jutsu: Gamabunta!"

"Summoning Jutsu: Katsuyu!"

Tsunade, Jiraiya, and Orochimaru unleashed their summoned beasts simultaneously, each taking the battlefield with an imposing presence.

The battle escalated as Konoha's team attacked with their full strength. What unified them was their reliance on Reiki's potions, which they consumed mid-battle, sustaining their relentless assault.

Watching the chaos unfold, Hatake Sakumo couldn't help but be stunned.

"They just started this battle, yet everyone's fighting as if it's the final showdown. Why does this feel like overkill?"

He recalled Aburame Shibi's earlier comment: "This battle needs to be fought."

Now, as he watched the all-out onslaught, he understood.

Uchiha Madara stood at the forefront, his eyes blazing with anticipation.

"Hahaha! Is this Konoha now?" he shouted, his voice echoing across the battlefield. "Hashirama, are you watching? This is how Konoha's ninjas should fight!"

He formed seals, his chakra surging.

"Susanoo!"

The massive spectral warrior materialized, its blue energy radiating dominance. With Susanoo joining the fray, Sunagakure's morale shattered.

Even Chiyo, one of Sunagakure's most seasoned and powerful shinobi, found herself overwhelmed. Her goal had been clear: take down Hatake Sakumo.

But she never even reached him.

Half of her ten puppets were destroyed by Aburame Shibi's insects, and the remaining five were smashed to pieces by Akimichi Choza and Inuzuka Zaiga.

When she tried to rally her forces, Orochimaru and Jiraiya's area-wide attacks forced her into defensive maneuvers.

In desperation, she prepared her forbidden technique—a self-sacrificial move where she would turn her body into a puppet and unleash chakra at its peak.

But before she could activate it, the colossal Susanoo struck with its Budō Soul Taming Sword.

The massive blue blade descended, and Chiyo's world faded to black.

The battle lasted only ten minutes.

Every ninja brought by Chiyo was incapacitated and sealed.

Hatake Sakumo stood dumbfounded. He hadn't even drawn his short sword.

"This battle really is about grabbing opponents," he murmured, still puzzled.

He watched as Orochimaru led a group of eight ninjas, bringing their captured opponents to Reiki.

The Aftermath

Reiki worked methodically, treating both allies and the incapacitated enemies.

"Eight captured ninjas: six jōnin and two chūnin," Orochimaru reported. "Do you want to settle the potion exchanges now or wait until we return to the village?"

"Ten bottles of basic potions can be exchanged for one intermediate potion," Reiki explained. "Let me know your preference."

"I'll settle it when we return. I still have enough potions for now," Orochimaru replied.

As he left, Aburame Shibi approached next.

"No charge for mission-related potions, correct?" Shibi asked while holding his own list of captured enemies.

"Correct. The village provided the materials for this mission, so all the medicine I provide is covered," Reiki confirmed with a smile.

Even Uchiha Madara approached Reiki with his captured opponents. Among them was Chiyo herself.

Madara handed over the defeated ninja with a satisfied smirk. "These guys were too slow. Next time, I'll have to be faster."

Reiki handed him a green potion. "This one's specifically for you, Madara-sama. It's a vitality potion to improve your body's condition."

Madara took the potion, intrigued. "Interesting. I'll see how it works in the next battle."

Hatake Sakumo stood at a distance, trying to process what he was witnessing.

After defeating enemy ninjas, Konoha's team would bring them to Reiki in exchange for potions.

Not only that, but Reiki was also treating Sunagakure's injured ninjas, which seemed completely counterintuitive to Sakumo.

"Wait... does this mean the medical team also serves the enemy?" he muttered in disbelief.

And then it clicked.

With potions replenishing their stamina and health, Konoha's team could unleash their full strength without holding back.

"This... this is how battles are won," he whispered, his eyes widening in realization.

The combination of overwhelming force, perfect coordination, and constant support had created an unstoppable momentum.

Sakumo finally understood why his comrades carried so many sealing scrolls. This was a battle not just to fight but to dominate—and they had done just that.
