Naruto: You Call This A Medical Ninja?

After reviewing the details, the sadness lingering between Onoki and the Third Raikage's brows remained.

Though the concept of the alliance's special training camp seemed excellent, the practicalities were another matter. Which village would willingly hand over the genius of their own people to another village?

The Special Training Camp:

Unites the five major ninja villages, seeks out the most talented ninjas from across the world, and places them under unified training. Members of the alliance's special training camp enjoy high benefits each month, with abundant supplies of medicine and training resources. Instructors are selected from the strongest men in the five major ninja villages to provide specialized training according to each individual's aptitude, enabling the fastest improvement in strength. The camp will be directly managed by the shadows of the five great ninja villages.

While these details were certainly tempting, the reality posed a significant problem. Not only would villages hesitate to part with their own genius, but even within villages, clans would be reluctant to give up their brightest members.

Humans are inherently selfish, and such an overly idealistic special training camp was far from easy to realize.

"Has everyone had a chance to look through it?" Namikaze Minato spoke, breaking the silence that had fallen over the room. "Konoha has already chosen its instructors: Hatake Sakumo, Orochimaru, and Uchiha Madara."

Upon hearing the names of the instructors, both Onoki and the Third Raikage were taken aback. What was Konoha thinking?

These three were not only famous but terrifyingly powerful figures. Hatake Sakumo and Orochimaru were among the leading forces in Konoha during the Second Ninja War. They were undoubtedly qualified, but for Konoha to assign them as instructors was something else entirely.

And Uchiha Madara? His legendary status, his strength, and his terrifying reputation were known throughout the ninja world. With him involved, could even the instructors be fully in control? The presence of Madara alone was enough to challenge anyone's authority.

"In our village, we'll have Bu Bu, Xiguashan Pufferfish Ghost, and Black Hoe Lei Ya as instructors," Goju Yagura of Kirigakure spoke up, still processing the information.

At this time, Kirigakure had not yet fallen into the Blood Mist era, and Bubble had not yet defected. Given the stakes, Yagura made sure to send his most trusted people to the instructor roles.

"In Sunagakure, we will assign Yashamaru, Matu, and Karuli as instructors," said Rasa, naming his village's choices.

Yashamaru and Karuli were siblings of Garura, while Matu was Maki's uncle. It was clear that Sunagakure was equally invested in the selection process.

Onoki quickly followed suit, his decision made. "In Iwagakure, we'll have Han, Doliuyan, and Chitu as instructors."

Rather than resisting the inevitable, Onoki had come to terms with the situation. He placed his personal guard, Chitu, as an instructor, ensuring that he would have direct access to any intelligence from the training camp.

"The Cloud Village will send Kral, Kirabi, and Fuzela," announced the Third Raikage, his voice steady.

The Raikage was focused on obtaining the maximum benefit for his village. With more of his people in instructor positions, the Cloud Village could cultivate their strongest ninjas while conserving resources. He had initially hesitated, but now he understood: the special training camp was essential for acquiring more power in the ninja world.

"It seems some of you are starting to understand," Namikaze Minato said, his tone calm. "Konoha's sincerity will be evident to everyone soon."

With that, he stood up, signaling that the meeting had concluded. "We've wasted enough time. Let's head to Konoha."

Time was tight with powerful enemies on the horizon, so Namikaze Minato didn't linger. He immediately ended the meeting, and the group set out for Konoha.

As they left, only a few hours passed before Ishiki and several members of the Shell Organization arrived at the meeting room.

"They've left already?" Ishiki asked quietly. He sensed the lingering chakra in the air, a clear sign that Uchiha Madara and others had been present. The residual power of their chakra was overwhelming, and Ishiki couldn't help but feel a sense of unease.

One of the men in glasses spoke up, adjusting his glasses nervously. "The ninja world is starting to unite. If we don't act soon... we might be in trouble. We've lost five members without gathering any useful intel."

Ishiki turned, his expression calm despite the grave situation. "There's no need to rush. The union of the ninja world means their doors are opening. This could be an opportunity for us."

A strange smile appeared on Ishiki's lips as he picked up a potion bottle from the table. It was the Original Potion—a rare concoction he had obtained from a ninja, which had significant effects on his physical recovery. If he could get more, it might just return him to his prime.

"This could change everything," Ishiki murmured. "I'll wait for the right moment."

The man with glasses looked at him, understanding dawning. "Tsunade Senju... Roy... are you planning to make a move?"

"Not yet," Ishiki replied. "I want to see if there's something more suitable."

With that, Ishiki crushed the potion bottle in his hand and stepped into a space vortex. The man with glasses followed, disappearing from sight.

Meanwhile, the Shell Organization's activities were temporarily paused, allowing Roy and his party to continue their journey without interference.

Soon, they arrived in Konoha.

As for Tsunade and Jiraiya, they didn't remain long in Yucun Village. With representatives from the four major ninja villages now in Konoha, the two of them had to return and make sure Konoha's interests were firmly represented.

At that very moment, in the Kingdom of Rain, a man's face twisted in a snarl of fury.
