New life with a sci-fi system

Raven's arrival was unexpected I honestly thought that she would have kept her distance from me for now, especially given how I was considered the cause for Nightwing not being able to be with the Bat family or the Titans. Since the incident, most of the younger heroes have kept their distance excluding the mutants. The mutant population has had the opposite effect of them trying to seek me out. I have been constantly stopped on the street by random mutants, so I now avoid walking whenever possible.

Raven: Did I come at a bad time

"Not really as there isn't anything urgent that I need to handle at the moment"

Raven: Then can I ask what you were discussing with... the newest member of your harem?

Medusa: I'm not part of his harem

"I was trying to determine if she was a gene stealer cult member"

Medusa: And I said I wasn't

"And I told you a gene stealer wouldn't even know that they were one it is one of the reasons I insisted that you stay here until I am completely certain. Either way, this isn't something I can determine in the short term so Raven do you need another treatment?"

Raven: I hate to intrude but since you understand my condition I'm certain you know how much this means for me.

Without much fanfare, I escorted Raven into a private room and began to channel Solar power to further weaken her connection with her father. I couldn't erase the connection in one go even if I tried and although I had a much larger reserve of Solar than most Guardians I wasn't a sunsinger even now I was just brute forcing things. 

It was good that Raven had come to see me when she did my whole Gene stealer theory wasn't truly solid enough to hold Medusa. Medusa wanted to return to Inhuman society to support Black Bolt as she suspected that he needed her. According to Cortona, it seems that this is indeed the case but Black Bolt wants Medusa to stay here as it seems that his brother is holding back from acting waiting for her to return. Black Bolt hasn't directly said it but her return will likely doom his faction and she would be forced to marry Maximus due to his obsession. Medusa is completely unaware of this fact as Black Bolt has hidden this from her and has been working to regain control of the council. 

Raven: I know that this isn't my place to ask but considering how worried appeared I wanted to ask. What is the Gene Stealer cult and why would you assume that she is possibly one of them?

"They're a group that have been infected by xenos for all intensive purposes they are loyal to holy terra and are unaware of the sinister nature in which they were created"

Raven: And you think that she is a... Gene stealer cultists

"I'm not sure but there is a strong possibility that she might be she told me that her entire ethnic group was created by Xeno interference"

Raven: What do Gene Stealer Cultists even do? Why are they so bad?

"They aren't bad themselves it's the purpose for they were created. They act as beacons to signaling the Xeno to come to the world where all organic matter is then harvested down to the lowest levels"

The look of shock across her face was priceless as began to consider the implications before schooling her features once more. Now her once curious but dismissive tone began to change as thought to reexamine what she originally thought was a mutant red head. She didn't immediately jump on board with the idea nor did she outright discourage it as the consequences would be too great. I couldn't resist the the opportunity so I decided to mention some of my findings about the Thanagarians. If the Justice League decided to act against the Thanagarians who was I to stop them.

Raven: Thank you, you didn't have to share your information about the Thanagarians but you did. I will convey this to the rest of Titans and the League once we confirm this information for ourselves we take action.

After Raven left I decided to turn my findings over to Natasha as well knowing fully about what the next steps that would follow. This will make both sides view me positively and since I was in a charitable mood I even sent a copy to Waller. My allies were already prepared the Hell fire club was already notified and I would soon be meeting with the Light and the Cabal. The future that lay ahead seemed to be colorful I can only imagine how each side will react.
