Chapter 128: Chapter 128: Taking care of a loli dragon

The Genesis Drive opened up like a flower bud blooming.

Noah, hovering above the Genesis Drive, rose from his fetal position and looked at his body intently.

He felt more powerful than ever and the new abilities of his lineage came to his mind instantly.

His current body was ten feet tall and his slightly pale skin was covered in black runes that formed a pattern of flames.

His hair was still white but now his three eyes turned blood red with vertical pupils.

Noah shrank his body to six feet tall before donning a robe and beginning to analyze his lineage abilities.

The demonic flame creation ability of Raiser Phoenix merged with the demonic flame creation ability of the Pit Fiend and Rarog and the destructive power of the Bael clan, resulting in a mutated demonic flame much more powerful than the previous ones and with devastating destructive power.

On the Pit Fiend's side he also obtained some enchantment abilities due to the slight trace of succubus lineage inside him but Noah did not pay attention to this ability.

On Rarog's side he gained the ability that all phoenixes have, nirvana.

Once he was on the verge of death, he could be reborn from the ashes even more powerful.

From the other demons of this world he gained many other abilities.

For starters, the Phoenix clan's ability to regenerate using their flames combined with the extreme endurance and extremely powerful body that gave him the tyrannical body of the Balam clan made his body almost impossible to kill at the same level.

Finally, the tearing ability of the Belphegor clan, the time flow control ability of the Agares clan and the space hole creation ability of the Abaddon clan gave him an excellent talent for controlling space-time.

Eventually, all of this merged with his Demon God lineage, raising him to a level that even the Demon God couldn't imagine.

"Is this what it's like to have a body at rank 8?"

Currently, Noah's body along with his bloodline reached rank eight.

He was currently as strong as Sirzechs, Odin and other individuals of the same rank, though unlike them, he would need to train to fully master his powers in order to match them and unlike them, he had a fatal flaw.

His soul was too weak to be able to control all the powers of his body.

His current soul, which was only a third of his original soul, reverted to rank 0 after the mutation and became a demon soul.

This should not have happened and his soul should have become stronger after his mutation but Noah had plans for his future soul cultivation and for that he needed his three soul fragments to be completely at rank 0, just like any ordinary mortal soul.

"It seems your plan has succeeded, I never imagined seeing the birth of a demon whose power could surpass that of the original Satan."

Ddraig lamented.

Right,Noah's power could surpass that of the Original Lucifer, all he would need to do would be to fully master his powers and increase his energy reserve.

For the former, now that he had the ability to control the flow of time in a given area, he could very well spend a hundred years inside this continent and would have barely spent a year outside.

Were it not for the suppression of the laws of this universe, which limited and restricted his powers, Noah could very well cover the entire solar system in a time domain where time would pass differently from the rest of the universe.

The power of a rank 8 could destroy a solar system in one fell swoop and only major worlds like the immortal plane or this planet could withstand his power without collapsing due to his world laws.

Giving up thinking about it, Noah stepped out of the floating continent and teleported to the city of Kuoh.

His divine sense came out of his body and covered this entire small city in a matter of seconds, scanning the bodies of every single human inhabitant of the city.

He purposely let a trace of the sinister aura of his demonic divine sense touch each of these people so that they felt a slight sense of danger.

Suddenly, he smiled and appeared next to a black-haired teenager who was about to open a black book he held in his hand.

"Slow down!"

Noah cast a bubble that enveloped the teenager's body and slowed his movements by 100 times.

The trueself penetrated the teenager's soul before destroying his consciousness.

The teenager's eyes lost their light and the book in his hand disappeared.

Noah grabbed the teenager and took him to his basement, where he chained him to a cross.

Two balls of light came out of the teenager's body.

Both were Sacred Gears, two of the thirteen Longinus.

The first was Telos Karma, which has the ability to forcibly create and enforce options and choices that are not normally possible, turning the possibility of certain phenomena into unexpected events.

Although it had its limitations such as the fact that it could not be used to kill someone directly, it could be used to guide someone directly to their death by manipulating events that happen around them.

The other Longinus-class Sacred Gear was Innovate Clear, which has the ability to create an ideal world in another dimension with the additional ability to create near-perfect imitations of living beings. Because of this, it is known as the Sacred Gear that allows one to impersonate God.

However, anything created within the world of Innovate Clear can only exist in that world. Innovate Clear can also be used to take control of other barrier spaces.

With this, one could simply drag the enemy into their pocket universe and create a tidal wave of monsters that would simply overwhelm the enemy.

Noah returned to his villa and directly handed the Telos Karma and Innovate clear to Lena to merge with them.

The next day, he received a call.

"Hello! Is that so? Well you can bring her here."

A few minutes later, while they were having breakfast, someone rang the doorbell.

Asia was about to get up but Noah stopped her.

"I'll get it."

Noah opened the door and found Azazel with two people behind him.

"Come on in. Let's get some breakfast first before we talk."

Noah led the three people into the dining room and sat down to eat quietly.

When the group turned their heads to look at the visitors, all their hair stood on end and they immediately stood up, ready to fight.

The only ones who didn't get up were Magna, Lena and Asia, who watched the scene with confusion.

Azazel sighed at the sight.

"Azazel sensei! Why did you bring her here? Are you planning to betray the alliance?"

"Calm down, everyone."

Noah motioned for them to sit down.

The group hesitated but still obeyed.

Kuroka walked straight to Koneko and sat down next to her, making her already tense body tense up even more.

"I was the one who gave Azazel permission to bring her here.

You'd better explain the matter to them yourself so they understand everything, Azazel."

Azazel nodded and began to tell the story.

"A few days ago, I received the news from Vali.

It seems that some kind of mysterious enemy is after Ophis.

I brought her here in hiding from the other factions because it was the only place I could hide her."

Noah nodded to Azazel and continued to explain.

"That enemy is actually Ophis' own organization, Khaos Brigade."

Azazel was surprised as even Vali didn't know who the enemy behind Ophis was.

"Ophis is special, she has no interest in anything but defeating Grat Red and returning home, she wouldn't even attack me if she did this."

Noah suddenly raised his knife and threw it at Ophis' head with unimaginable speed.

The knife went through Ophis' head and into the wall on the other side.

Everyone was frightened to such a level that they rose from their chairs.

Ophis did nothing and simply grabbed a cookie, oblivious to the hole in his head that closed in less than a second.

He didn't even splash a bit of blood.

"Hey, that was dangerous."

Noah simply shrugged and continued to explain.

"I guess you're all familiar with the birth of humanity as a race."

Noah grabbed an apple and took a bite as he explained.

"Eons ago, one of the leaders of the angels, Samael, became a serpent who tricked Adam and Eve into eating the forbidden fruit, the apple of knowledge and causing God to expel them from Eden, thus beginning the history of the human race.

But they were not the only ones who suffered the consequences, the Samael turned into a serpent was cursed by God, becoming a dragon.

This resulted in the god of the bible developing an abnormal and deep hatred towards any kind of dragon or snake.

This repulsive hatred driven by the biblical god's darkest feelings merged with the curse he placed on Samael, turning him into a unique being.

A being that carried the malicious intent of god, becoming what his name represents, the poison of god.

Seeing what Samael had become and the danger he could pose, Yahve sealed him in the deepest part of hell, Cocytus."

The group was astounded by this story as this information was something that even Azazel did not know.

"The poison that Samael produces is called a dragon-killing curse. It is so lethal that whether it is me or the current Vali, if we were exposed to it we would die without being able to resist.

Even a being like Ophis, who represents infinity, could become vulnerable to this poison.

Somehow, the Greek god, Hades, has been able to control Samael, although it is not so difficult since the god of the bible placed many seals that restricted his consciousness.

Hades made an alliance with Cao Cao and has handed over control of Samael to the latter.

His plan is to attack Ophis and paralyze her with the dragon-killing poison.

Although it will not kill her, it will make her vulnerable for a few minutes.

Cao Cao's plan is to use those minutes of time to steal most of Ophis' power and use it to create a spawn of Ophis that would carry this power.

This plan would have been a resounding success but since I'm here I won't let it happen."

"Wait, how the hell do you know all that? And besides, Vali carries a fake Ophis with her and no one knows she's here.

If Cao Cao wanted to go after Ophis he would go after the one with Vali."

Kuroka asked with his face doubtful.

"Do you really think Cao Cao would fall for it? He has already detected that there is something wrong with Vali's actions, that's why he will go straight for us.

No, rather I should say you guys."

Azazel processed the information he had just obtained while thinking of countermeasures.

He didn't care where the hell Noah had gotten so much information from or how he could predict Cao Cao's next moves.

If this information turned out to be true and Khaos Brigade obtained someone with Ophis' power completely under their control, their threat level would multiply by multiple degrees.

Ophis aside she also stopped eating her cookies for a moment before continuing to eat as if the matter had nothing to do with her.

"The plan is simple, we'll have to do this..."

After ten minutes, Noah finished explaining the plan.

Then he looked at Ophis with sparkling eyes.

"Ophis, I want to ask you a favor."

Ophis stopped eating and looked at Noah with an interested expression.

"I want you to give me some of your snakes."

After thinking about it for a moment, Ophis nodded in agreement as he looked at Noah with a deep interest.

"You're far from home too."

"Home isn't where you were born, Ophis, home is where you feel comfortable."

"..."

Ophis didn't speak, he simply bit into the cookie in his hand.
