The members of the Franky Family felt their brains go blank, and then they all lost consciousness and collapsed to the ground.

Franky turned pale with fright. Just as he was about to shout after seeing his fallen subordinates, a sharp pain shot through his head, and then his eyes were engulfed by darkness.

Lucifer appeared in the house, looked at the unconscious bodies of the weaklings at his feet, and shook his head.

"Who would have thought that the blueprint for Pluton, one of the Ancient Weapons, would be hidden in such a small place."

"And the one responsible for guarding it is a weakling!"

Lucifer walked over to Franky, opened his stomach, and took out a piece of manuscript paper from inside.

This was the Pluton design that the World Government had been desperate to acquire. They had even sent CP9 undercover to the Capital of Seven Waters for years, but they failed to find it.

Now Lucifer had obtained it effortlessly.

"I've just taken the design for Pluton."

Lucifer smiled, turned, and left.

Franky is the only one who knows about the existence of the blueprints. Even if the blueprints are stolen, he won't reveal them.

And from start to finish, no one saw Lucifer's true face. No one would ever guess that the Pluton design had been taken by Lucifer.

In other words, this will remain an eternal secret.

"It's really easy to get."

Lucifer returned to the city center of the Capital of Seven Waters in a good mood.

He found a tavern, devoured 300 barbecues in a row, and didn't pay until he had consumed all the tavern's meat reserves.

Getting the Pluton design was just one of Lucifer's reasons for visiting the Seven Waters.

Lucifer hadn't forgotten that CP9, under the command of the World Government, had been lurking here.

Lucifer glanced at the sky. The sun was already setting, soon to disappear beyond the horizon.

As dark agents of the World Government, the night would be their best cover.

Soon, night fell.

Lucifer returned to the Erebus to join Enel and the others.

The ship was parked conspicuously on the coast, flames flickering on its deck, making it easy to spot in the darkness.

As soon as CP9 came over, they would be seen from miles away.

Unfortunately, Lucifer's plan failed.

They waited until midnight and still found no sign of CP9.

"Looks like they really are scared."

Lucifer shook his head, a little disappointed.

He had expected them to be a group of individuals with backbone, but instead, they seemed like bullies.

They'd pick on the weak, but when facing Lucifer, they refused to confront him.

"Since they won't come, I'll have to find them myself."

Lucifer stood at the bow with his demon wings spread out on his back.

"Captain, where are you going so late?"

"Not going to Flower Street, are you?"

Cavendish asked teasingly.

"You think I'm you?"

Lucifer rolled his eyes.

As he spoke, Enel and Baby5 also stepped out of the cabin.

"Now that you're awake, let's go together."

"There are a few good opponents in the Seven Waters. You can try them out."

Lucifer raised his hand and grabbed them. "Universal Pull!"

Gravity exploded in his palm, pulling Cavendish and Baby5 into the air with him.

Enel followed closely behind.

Soon, Lucifer and the others arrived in the city center.

Lucifer activated his Observation Haki, scanning the entire city inch by inch, soon locating his target.

"Found it!"

His demon wings flapped, creating a gust of wind that carried Lucifer to the roof of a tavern.

The tavern beneath Lucifer's feet was Blueno's bar.

"Captain, are you really expecting an opponent at the bar in the middle of the night?"

Cavendish asked skeptically.

"Yes, it's in the tavern."

It wasn't Lucifer who spoke, but Enel.

Apparently, his Observation Haki had also detected the presence of CP9.

Boom!

With a wave of Enel's hand, the sky exploded with thunder. A bolt of lightning fell from the sky, striking the roof of the bar and running through the entire building.

The smoke filled the air, and the ceiling of the bar shattered, leaving a large hole.

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

Four figures jumped out of the hole, landing on the roof and confronting Lucifer and his crew.

"Four against four, the numbers are fair."

Lucifer smiled faintly.

However, the faces of Rob Lucci and the others were grim.

"Demon Lucifer, why are you here?" Rob Lucci didn't understand why Lucifer was after them.

Their identities were a secret, except that they appeared to be shipwrights, tavern owners, and the mayor's secretaries.

Could their identities have been exposed?

No, that was impossible.

Lucci quickly dismissed this theory.

CP9 was a top-secret organization, and their identities were one of the best-kept secrets in the world. Few people even knew about them.

"Lucci, what should we do now?"

Kaku looked at Lucci.

CP9 was led by Rob Lucci, and all actions were under his command.

"Retreat at full strength. We have no chance of winning against Lucifer."

Even Lucci, who was powerful, knew from the moment he saw Lucifer that he was no match for him.

Faced with Lucifer, they had no choice but to retreat.
