As the music and dance filled Ryugu Palace with joy and celebration, a hidden undercurrent within Fish-Man Island began to stir.

Hody Jones, the captain of the New Fish-Man Pirates, had long been brewing his plans. A staunch believer in Fish-Man superiority, this monstrous Fish-Man had been steadily amassing his strength. According to his crew's strategy, they intended to gather enough power within the next year to overthrow the Ryugu Kingdom and transform Fish-Man Island into a pirate nation where Fish-Men were regarded as the supreme race.

But who would have thought that the situation would change so drastically? The once-protected Fish-Man Island, which had flown the flag of the Whitebeard Pirates under the mighty protection of Whitebeard, suddenly shifted its allegiance. After Jinbe returned, the island officially came under the rule of the Central Authority!

Now, the world trembled at the mere mention of the Central Authority. It was led by a young man whose bounty had already surpassed 5 billion Belly — a notorious criminal feared across the seas. This man was a force to be reckoned with, capable of standing toe-to-toe with even the Fleet Admiral of the Navy.

Adding to that, Jinbe had returned to Fish-Man Island accompanied by a powerful battalion from the Central Authority, taking up residence there. Compared to Jinbe's Central Authority forces, Hody Jones had to admit that the New Fish-Man Pirates were not yet capable of contending with them.

So, Hody planned to lead his crew away from Fish-Man Island, intending to follow in the footsteps of his predecessor Arlong and establish a kingdom where Fish-Men were considered superior beings out on the high seas.

But before leaving, Hody Jones decided he would create some chaos on Fish-Man Island. After all, the island was about to fall into the hands of Shiro, that detestable human. Word had it that Shiro wasn't only powerful but also incredibly charismatic. There was even talk that King Neptune might offer Princess Shirahoshi to Shiro as a gesture of goodwill!

What a disgrace for Fish-Man Island. To think that this place, once a stronghold of their proud race, would now be completely controlled by a human. The mere thought of it infuriated Hody Jones.

Thus, he resolved to wreak havoc on Fish-Man Island before his departure. However, just as he was about to give the order, a man with a headscarf and strange drums attached to his back suddenly appeared in front of them.

All the officers of the New Fish-Man Pirates were shocked.

"Yahaha! Finally making a move, huh? You trash are so annoying, making me miss the feast!" The man laughed mockingly as he yawned.

This man was none other than Enel, the Thunder God of the Central Authority. He was only here because Shiro had tasked him with this mission, a task he thought was entirely unnecessary. In his eyes, someone like Jinbe alone could easily handle these small fries. But orders were orders.

"Central Authority, Thunder God Enel!"

Seeing Enel, Hody Jones's expression changed to one of utter terror. He had heard tales of this terrifying figure, a core member of the Central Authority, known for his battles with the top Marine forces, even going toe-to-toe with Admiral Borsalino.

As Enel raised his hand with a grin, the skies filled with lightning, and thunder roared. The sheer force of his attack was overwhelming, sending the New Fish-Man Pirates into disarray.

"Boom!"

In the royal palace, Neptune and the others were enjoying the feast when the sound of thunder interrupted the festivities. Neptune looked to Shiro, concerned.

"What happened? Where is that thunder coming from?"

Shiro, calm and unbothered, sipped his drink and said, "No need to worry. Hody Jones of the New Fish-Man Pirates has long harbored ill intentions. He planned to destroy Fish-Man Island before escaping, but I've already ordered Enel to take care of them."

Hearing this, Neptune and the others couldn't help but feel a mix of relief and awe at the terrifying strength of the Central Authority. Neptune, being the wise and experienced king that he was, knew that the Central Authority and the World Government were now like oil and water. Only one power could survive in the future, and Fish-Man Island's destiny was now tied to the fate of Shiro and the Central Authority.

As the feast drew to an end, Shiro turned to Jinbe and asked,

"Has there been any word from Whitebeard yet? Will he come to Marineford, or should we head to the New World?"

The journey into the New World was only just beginning, and with the Central Authority on the rise, Shiro was determined to reshape the very seas. In this world, there would be no room left for the Four Emperors.

The era of the Central Authority had officially begun.
