One Piece : Power of Imagination (Re-Upload)

Calvin returned to his island, carrying the Shinigami no Tsurugi (死神の剣, "Death God's Sword") that he took from the Black Sky Pirates.

Calvin: "Let's imagine an exercise book on sword fighting styles..." Calvin thought.

Calvin: "Manifest..... "Calvin thought as he opened his hand.

A book materialized in Calvin's hands, a book on the use of the sword with the name "Kuroken-ryu (黒剣流, 'Black Sword Style').

Calvin: "Kuroken-ryu (黒剣流, "Black Sword Style"), a style of sword fighting that focuses on using cursed swords with fast, deadly, and powerful attacks. These style have special effects that can take the soul out of an opponent, and this style of fighting is designed to make the most of the sword's cursed power, while resisting the curse that can damage the user." Calvin: "Hahahaha this is perfect" Calvin thought.

Calvin thought to train his knowledge in sword style first before he could learn Haki, so that when he learned Haki, Calvin could synchronize his sword technique knowledge with his Haki cultivation.

Sword Style: "Kuroken-ryu" (黒剣流, 'Black Sword Style')

Kuro Sōryū (黒双流, "Black Twin Currents"), A two-slash attack that is so fast, it seems as if two swords are being used at the same time, while only one is. Each slash leaves a dark black aura in the air.

Seishin Giri (精神斬り, "Soul Slash"), A special technique in which the user focuses the soul energy of a cursed sword to perform a broad horizontal slash. This attack is designed to not only physically injure the opponent, but also damage their spiritual or mental energy.

Kage no Yoru (影の夜, "Night of Shadows"), A defensive technique in which the user disappears into the shadows with quick movements, utilizing speed and Kenbunshoku Haki to avoid attacks. The user then attacks from the shadows suddenly, delivering a counter punch that hits the opponent from an unexpected side.

Shinigami Kiba (死神牙, "Fang of the God of Death"), A single vertical slashing attack that uses all physical strength and Busoshoku Haki to harden the sword. This technique has tremendous destructive power, capable of splitting steel or destroying hard structures with ease.

Tamashii Shūryō (魂収竜, "Soul Invoking Dragon"), the ultimate technique of Kuroken-ryu, in which the user swings his sword at full force, creating a dragon-shaped black wave that sweeps over enemies in its path. This attack not only destroys the opponent's physical body, but also attempts to draw out their soul in full.

Jigoku no Reimei (地獄の黎明, "Dawn of Hell"), A technique that combines slashing with lightning counterattacks. When the opponent attacks, the user blocks their attack with the power of Busoshoku Haki, then with a circular motion, unleashes a powerful slash at the opponent, creating a hard-hitting burst of energy.

This style is based on the balance between physical and spiritual power. Since it uses a cursed sword, the user must understand and control the power of darkness within the sword so as not to be consumed by the curse. Rigorous training is required to strengthen physically, mentally, as well as hone Haki in order to overcome the powerful curse impact of this sword.

Calvin: "This is very interesting...the next year will bring tremendous progress. This sword curse is nothing more than a shadow in my soul. As long as I stand tall, that shadow cannot take over the darkness in my soul. "Calvin said.

Using basic instruction, Calvin began by raising a homemade sword he had made using wood to practice his stance technique. And he did this for the first two months of learning swordsmanship. 

He trains from dawn to sunset every day with only one full day of rest on the weekends. And Calvin uses this break to train his mindset and sharpen his body senses even better. 

Calvin: "The mentality of a swordsman must be sharp like the sword he uses, a strong sword will be weak in the hands of someone who does not have a sharp mentality in swinging the techniques he learned to the fullest." Calvin said while swinging the wooden sword to perfect his horse technique as described in the book.

One Year Later

Calvin: "Seishin Giri (精神斬り, "Soul Slash")" Calvin shouted as he swung his technique against a large tree in the forest. The tree was cut off due to the force Calvin launched with his sword.

Calvin:" Perfect, although I haven't reached the time when I can cut iron, but this is enough for now, heheh but with my imagination ability, I don't think it will be as difficult as others do, especially this sword style technique is not perfect before I can learn Haki" Calvin thought.

Calvin: "Geppo Hōkō (月歩砲口, "Cannon Moonwalk")" Calvin said as he began to move into the air until he could see the entire island.

Calvin: "Looks like I'll have to find a better island...," Calvin smiled at the state of the island. The island was destroyed due to Calvin's training sessions for the past two years. That was even without a training session using Haki.

Calvin returned to his shelter and began preparing himself to explore to find a better island to train his Haki power. Calvin looked towards the edge of the ocean where a ship was parked on the surface of the sea close to the shore.

This ship belonged to the Black Sky Pirates that he slaughtered one year ago, but this ship had been repaired and modified to look not like a pirate ship, but like an exploration ship belonging to an explorer, this was one way for Calvin not to attract attention from the Marine, he wanted to still keep his identity low before he finished his training session.

Calvin boarded the ship with the few things he needed, although he could manifest everything, but he didn't want to be too comfortable in doing so, especially since those few items had accompanied him these past two years, and they held sentimental value to him.

Calvin took out the compass that he realized with his imagination and started looking for the north direction, he gambled again to determine the direction where he would go, just like when he came to this world and was in a state of emergency,

Calvin: "I seem to have good luck hehehe" Calvin chuckled.

Calvin didn't have a West Blue map because he couldn't imagine the entire location of the place in west blue that he knew while reading One Piece comics, so it was useless to manifest a map.

Calvin began to lower the sails and began to move the ship's rudder towards the north according to the stab of the compass he had, as he walked he looked back at the island that had been his home.

Calvin: "hmm, see you later I guess" smiled Calvin.

Calvin is now 19 years old, one more year before he sails roaring in the world of One Piece, now he knows the flow of time that he got when he came to this world, Calvin found some newspapers on the ship when he renovated it, it turns out that Calvin is now in the time one year before Luffy started sailing, that means Ace is already at sea and already has a crew, but has he joined Whitebeard? Calvin thought

Calvin began sailing northward with his ship for several days, during which he practiced his sword technique and exercised his physical body during the day and exercised his mental and mental mind at night before resting.

One day while sailing Calvin who was practicing on the deck of the ship suddenly heard the sound of an explosion from the side of his ship, he opened his eyes and saw a Pirate ship attacking his ship.

Calvin: "... good, I was getting bored with no action, there are annoying insects" Calvin thought.

Calvin stood up and looked at the Pirate Ship that began to approach him, the Pirate Ship of Barbed Wire Pirates, led by Captain Loam with a bounty of B 73,000,000 Berry.

After learning of his presence in West Blue, Calvin saw the Pirates with a bounty under B 100,000,000 berries as annoying insects. He looked towards the ship and several cannons fired bullets towards his ship.

Calvin: "Geppo Hōkō (月歩砲口, "Cannon Moonwalk"), he jumped high and slashed the cannonballs with his sword and bisected them to explode in the sky.

On Barbed Wire Pirate Ship

Crew: Keep firing hahahah" laughed a crew member at another crew member operating a cannon.

Captain Loam: "Everyone! Let's get close to the ship kwa kwa kwa kwa" laughed Captain Loam.

Back to Calvin

Calvin landed his body back on his ship after destroying several cannonballs aimed at him

Calvin: "They're excited it seems like...." Calvin thought.

Calvin let their ship approach because there was one technique he wanted to try, and it required close proximity to succeed, as he did not have Haki yet so his attack range was not too far.

The Barbed Wire Pirate Ship was getting closer to the Calvin Ship. and began to stop their fire and prepare to attack Calvin's ship and rob its contents. However, what they didn't know was that Calvin already had enough distance for the attack he wanted to try.

Calvin: "Tamashii Shūryō (魂収竜, "Soul Summoning Dragon")", Calvin took out his sword and slashed towards the Barbed Wire Pirate Ship. 

Slash !!!

A black-colored energy with the shadow of a dragon glided in the blink of an eye towards the Barbed Wire Pirate ship.

Captain Loam: "what ....?" Confused as to what happened when silence prevailed.

Suddenly the Barbed Wire Pirate Ship was cut into several irregular pieces and blew up several areas of the ship due to Calvin's attack. 

Boom !!... Boom !!

Crew: "CAPTAIN OUR SHIP IS SPLITTING!!!" A crew member shouts

The crew of the Barbed Wire Pirates began to scatter as the ship began to sink, screaming and looking for something to grasp onto. Many crew members fell overboard first and were crushed by the wreckage of their own ship.

Crew: "CAPTAIN SAVE US! Argghh" screamed one of the crew before being hit by a broken mast and falling into the sea.

Captain Loam watched the whole thing with wide eyes and was speechless as his pirates were quickly destroyed in a single attack by a young man. Anger and fear began to appear on Captain Loam's face. But before he could do anything the footing beneath his feet was shattered by a falling ship's mast and Captain Loam fell into the sea before the mast hit his body at sea killing him.

Calvin looked at the destruction caused by him with cold eyes and the satisfaction in his heart that the results of his training did not disappoint him and brought great results.

Calvin: Hahaha this is so much fun.... I can't wait to wreak large-scale destruction on this world," Calvin said. 

Calvin's ship began to move away with him leaving behind the destruction of the Barbed Wire Pirates. And Calvin continued his journey towards the north to find an island suitable for him to learn Haki.

Calvin sailed on for the next few days and on the last day he saw a shadow of an island using the telescope that he manifested.

Calvin: "Finally... a island... It's been a long journey," said Calvin.

Calvin hoped that the island had good potential for him to train Haki, after sailing for days. Calvin began to steer the ship towards the island. What Calvin didn't know was that the island was the Fog Valley Village. An island that had been destroyed by the Black Sky Pirates led by Captain John Sky who Calvin slaughtered one year ago.

When Calvin arrived at the island he saw that the whole island was shrouded in fog. But this did not scare him. Calvin got off his ship after dropping the anchor. He started walking along the path.

Calvin: "There's a path here... This island has inhabitants it seems" Calvin thought as he began to trace the path.

When Calvin saw a village he started walking towards it. But he was confused why things looked so quiet. Calvin, who had been living alone and only meeting pirates, wanted to feel the crowd as an ordinary person for the last time before doing his purpose in this world.

But it looks like that wish will not happen this time, because when Calvin arrived, he saw many skulls scattered in the village area and burn marks on the village house.

Calvin: "...." he looked at all this with cold, expressionless eyes.

Calvin began to walk past the corpses that littered the streets without any fear or concern. But as he walked, something happened to his Shinigami no Tsurugi (死神の剣, "Death God Sword"). Calvin stopped and took out his sword which began to emit a black aura.

Calvin: "What's wrong with you?" asked Calvin confused.

Suddenly Calvin's sword moved by itself and pointed at one of the skulls near Calvin. Calvin was shocked by what happened looking towards the skull that his sword was pointing at.

Slowly, the skull and skeleton stood up and there was light in its eyes. The skull began to move its jaws as if it wanted to tell Calvin something.

Skeleton : "Thank you...for...avenging...our...death" said the skull while stammering.

Calvin : "..."

Skeleton : "Pirate... Sky.... Black" said the skeleton before falling and crumbling back to the position of death.

Calvin: " ..... very interesting," Calvin said while looking at his sword.

It seems Shinigami no Tsurugi (死神の剣, "Sword of the God of Death") has the power to connect the living with the dead. And hearing the sentence that the skull said.

Calvin: "This village is a victim of the Black Sky Pirates huh" said Calvin while continuing his journey into the depths of the forest.
