Although the war concluded anticlimactically, all factions around the world were still closely watching the developments.

"It's reported that a dispute arose due to an air pressure fruit, resulting in serious injuries to two of Charlotte Linlin's cadres," another Elder interjected.

"Let's just observe how this unfolds. Arthur has been far too active lately. That WTO international organization he's formed, uniting countries for trade—it's practically an alternative World Government!" 

"There's no need to worry excessively about that," another Elder chimed in. "It's merely a cooperative organization focused on commerce among nations. Without real political power or military strength, it's not a threat. Our main concern should be the recent turbulence. After eight hundred years, what we've been guarding against may finally be approaching…"

**New World, Red-Haired Pirates**

Red-Haired Shanks exhaled deeply, setting the newspaper aside and reaching for a bottle of wine.

"I'm genuinely shocked. The times are shifting, and there's no escaping it!"

"I've always wondered what you're waiting for—could it be that kid Luffy?" Beckman asked, casually flicking ash from his cigarette while eyeing the front page.

"I'm waiting for him, but not just him! Some matters must remain confidential for now. I apologize, Beckman, but even you will have to wait. The moment will come!" Shanks replied, his gaze seeming to pierce through time, then turned to Beckman with an apologetic smile.

"Listen up, everyone! Since there's no need to stop the war, let's find an island and celebrate!" Shanks declared, raising the bottle to the crew.

"Cheers!" The crew cheered, and the ship veered off toward an unknown destination.

**In the Heart of the New World**

A massive pirate ship, resembling a beluga whale, cut through the waves.

"*Kula la la la!* Ace, that kid is about your age, but you're falling behind! *Kula la la la!*" Whitebeard laughed heartily, a bottle in hand, despite his frail condition.

"Hey, Dad, I'm just a normal person, not some monster! And I'll definitely surpass him!" Ace replied, scratching his head with a grin.

From his initial resistance and attempts to escape, Ace had ultimately accepted his role as the captain of the Second Division of the Whitebeard Pirates.

Surrounding him, First Division Captain Marco, Third Division Captain Diamond Joz, Fourth Division Captain Saqi, and others laughed along. However, a glimmer of unease shone in their eyes.

*It's time to train harder. I can't believe I've fallen so far behind the younger generation…* Each of them contemplated this thought.

In a shadowy corner, Marshall D. Teach's eyes glimmered with ambition.

"Thunder Fruit? It's incredibly powerful! According to my intel, it combines gravity, repulsion, magnetism, heat, and speed! It's superior to the old Shock Fruit. But this guy is too strong—young and powerful; he's not someone I can easily manipulate," Teach mused.

"Hey… when will I obtain the Dark Fruit?" His eyes burned with desire.

He sensed that the tides of this era were turbulent, ready to unleash massive waves at any moment.

*I can wait another three years! But if I can't, I'll have to start my own crew. I might find two powerful Devil Fruits that complement each other. The upheaval of this era won't allow me to wait any longer!* Teach gritted his teeth, whispering to himself.

Meanwhile, Kaido and Big Mom were having their own chaotic moments—one lost in a drunken stupor filled with tears and laughter, while the other devoured food in her castle.

"That kid is really strong! I don't even feel confident in overcoming him completely. His Conqueror's Haki is definitely more intense than that red-haired guy's! Just what kind of ambition does he possess?" Big Mom lamented, her mouth full of food.

Around her, the Four Dessert Stars looked on in astonishment. They had known for half a year that the young man had defeated Kaido and that his mother was a powerful figure.

However, hearing those words from their mother was still shocking. It was rare for her to express such sentiments!

As the tension eased from the top war's abrupt end, the World Government let out a collective sigh of relief. The Marines, too, were relieved, as were the senior generals at the Revolutionary Army's headquarters.

"Thank goodness there wasn't a true confrontation. The current changes in the world are severely unfavorable to the Revolutionary Army," Dogra mused, standing on the expansive balcony of Baldigo, the island of white soil, glancing at the newspaper in his hand.

Based on the current situation, if the Marines continue to grow stronger, the Revolutionary Army will have even less space to operate.

Having come from the Marines, he understands their capabilities well. Right now, the Revolutionary Army is lacking in top-tier combat power; he is currently the only true powerhouse among them!

Although Kizaru's development and use of his Devil Fruit ability aren't as imaginative as his own, he is definitely stronger in depth.

If they were to fight, Aokiji would be held back by Arthur's high-temperature lightning due to his Ice Fruit ability. Kizaru, on the other hand, is certainly on par with him.

As for Akainu, Oda himself stated that Akainu has the strongest attack power in One Piece. Right now, it seems that he still has some distance to go to match Akainu. At the very least, he knows he can't defeat him.

But Akainu can't defeat him either! Arthur feels confident in that because of the powerful abilities of his Thunder Fruit.

When it comes to the depth of Devil Fruit development, he acknowledges that he is still inferior to Akainu, and his physical skills aren't as good either.

However, the bonuses from the Thunder Fruit are greater than those from other fruits. The abilities he can derive from it are comparable to the Eight Gates.

Lying on the sands of the Everlasting Sea, Arthur popped an IQ grass into his mouth, pondering how he could improve.

His progress with the Thunder Fruit has basically hit a wall.

Thinking about this possibility filled Arthur with excitement and enthusiasm!

He knows how powerful the Light Fruit is. If he could develop his Thunder Fruit to that level, it could be considered a superior fruit.

But Arthur isn't foolish; he knows the core of the Thunder Fruit is to control thunder and lightning.

It can manage the electric field based on lightning control, and from there, develop control over the magnetic field, eventually combining the two to control the electromagnetic field.

With these foundational abilities, he can also control gravity, repulsion, electric heating, and more to some extent.

Right now, the Thunder Fruit has hit a significant bottleneck in its depth of development, making it hard to progress in a short time.

However, there is still plenty of room to improve the derived abilities.

"Next, I need to focus on developing those derived abilities, along with my Armament Haki and Observation Haki."

This recent war, though short, has clarified his direction and helped him reaffirm his position in the world.
