Someone asked what are the power levels and how the power system works

So I wanted to explain more about how the power system works since Dragon Ball and One Piece are in the same universe and that means ki and haki are in as well

Haki and Ki:

Haki and Ki are essentially the same thing and can be considered one in the same in this universe. Rayleigh described Haki as "a power that lies dormant in people everywhere— the ability to sense spiritual energy and overpower enemies."

-Ki: refers to a person's life energy, which they can manipulate directly.

-Haki: is an easier form of manipulating this life energy using one's will. Essentially, Haki is a more controlled and intentional way of using Ki.

Ki:

Goku, Krillin, Grandpa Gohan, and Master Roshi use Ki in a straightforward manner. They manipulate their life energy directly, often using it to launch energy blasts or perform other Ki-based techniques.

Haki:

Haki users manipulate Ki with their will, making it a more refined and versatile way to harness and control life energy. Here's how each type of Haki works:

-Armament Haki: When a person uses Armament Haki, they focus their will on their Ki, allowing them to harden it. By concentrating their energy, they can coat their body or weapons in a dense layer of Ki, turning it black and making it tougher and more powerful.

- Observation Haki: This type of Haki is similar to Ki sensing in Dragon Ball. The more advanced users can sense the Ki (or spiritual energy) of others over long distances. At its basic level, Observation Haki heightens a person's awareness of their surroundings, using Ki.

- Conqueror's Haki: Unlike the other forms, Conqueror's Haki is not about manipulating Ki directly. Instead, the user releases their willpower. Using haki
