Pokemon Journeys (My Version)

One bright day in Greenfield, at the Hale Mansion.

Tomo tags Molly by her shoulder, "Tag, you're it!"

Molly begins causing Tomo, Jen, and the Pokemon: Pikachu, Eevee, Meloetta, Skwovet, Amaura, Snubbull, Togepi, Pichu, and 'M' Unown. All of them are having a good time playing together on the front grounds of the mansion. Close by and watching them play, Mew and Misty see them playing together.

"It's a great idea for us to stay for a little Mew," Misty says.

"Well, Molly is the one who offered for us to stay for a little while to rest after what happened two days ago," Mew says.

"Yeah. It's hard to believe that it's already two days since that adventure," Misty says.

Mew looks to see Molly playing with the others, "And it's nice we get to keep Molly company for a little while. She's having so much fun."

"I know, us girls had a great sleepover last night," Misty says.

"And Molly gets to have fun with our Pokemon too," Mew says.

Brock walks out and says, "Hey Mew. Misty."

"Hey Brock," Misty says.

"Adriana wants me to let you all know that lunch is ready," Brock says.

"Sounds good," Misty says.

"Can you call the others and tell them to come inside?" Brock asks.

"I'll get them," Mew says.

Mew walks down the stairs and to the front yeard of the mansion.

Mew calls out, "Tomo! Molly! Jen! Everyone!"

Soon, the younger kids and the Pokemon come to a stop and look to see Mew calling out to them.

"It's time to come inside! Lunch is here!" Mew calls out.

"Okay!" Molly calls out.

"Sounds good, I'm starving!" Tomo says.

Soon the younger children hurry to the mansion and inside to have some lunch.

Moments later, everyone is in the dining room having lunch, even the Pokemon are eating their Pokemon food.

"So Mew, are you and Gary really Pokemon trainers?" Molly asks.

"That's right. We've done our journey in Kanto and already competed in the league," Mew says.

"And we managed to get to the top for the Pokemon League," Gary says.

"Really? Who won?" Molly asks.

Gary chuckles, "Believe it or not, Mew did."

"You won?" Molly asks.

"That's right, and Charizard is the one who helped me secure the win. Gary and I ended up in a Mega Evolution Battle," Mew says.

"Mega Evolution?"Molly questions.

"It's a phenomenon for some Pokemon to further their evolution. The difference is that Mega evolution is temporary. It will only work if a trainer and their Pokemon have a strong bond and two stones. The Trainer holds a keystone while the Pokemon holds a Mega Stone, and each Pokemon has a specific stone with its own name," Brock explains.

"That's so cool. I wish I could see one," Molly asks.

"Maybe the next time there's a Mega Evolution Battle," Daisy says.

Professor Oak says, "Besides, we have a special surprise for you right after lunch, Molly."

"Really? A surprise?" Molly asks.

"You'll have to wait until after lunch," Adriana says.

"The sooner we eat, the sooner you can see your surprise," Mew says.

"Okay," Molly happily says.

Sometime later, after having lunch, Mew and the others are with Molly outside as they wait for Molly's special surprise.

"I wonder when it's going to get here?" Jen asks.

"I'm sure Schuyler will be here soon," Misty says.

"I wonder what it is," Molly says.

"Trust me, by the time Schuyler comes, you'll be very pleased," Mew says.

Soon, she looks ahead to see a black car, "Here he comes now."

Everyone watches to see the black car driving towards the mansion. Once the car arrives, it comes to a stop. Schuyler is the first to walk out of the car.

Professor Oak is the first to greet them, "Hello Schuyler, how was the trip?"

"It went well," Schuyler says.

Then calls out, "Hi Molly."

"Hi Schuyler," Molly happily says and waves, "The others said that you have a surprise for me."

"I sure do. Actually, the surprise we have also has a little surprise of his own," Schuyler says.

Schuyler turns to the car and says, "Okay, we're here."

Soon, the passenger car opens and stepping out of the car has Molly surprised, but gives her a big smile on her face. The one to come out of the car is none other than… Spencer Hale, Molly's father.

Spencer smiles and says, "Molly."

"Papa!" Molly happily says and runs down the stairs and runs towards him.

Spencer rushes over, lifts Molly up, and gives her a big hug. Molly does the same as well.

"Oh Papa, I'm so glad you're home! I miss you so much!" Molly happily says.

"I miss you too, papa!" Molly says, practically has tears down her face. "Papa."

Mew and the others watch, and some are in tears of the happy reunion Molly has with her papa, Spencer Hale. They know how much Molly misses her father, and are glad to see them together again.

Adriana walks to Spencer, "Hello Spencer, it's good to see you again."

"Adriana, it's good to see you too. It's been years, huh," Spencer says.

"It sure has," Professor Oak says.

"Hello Professor, it's good to see you too," Spencer says.

Then notices Daisy, "And you too Daisy."

"Hello Professor Hale, it's good to see you again. We were worried when we heard you disappeared," Daisy says.

"Schuyler told me about what happened at Greenfield. I'm glad to see everyone is alright," Spencer says.

"Yes. It was a very close call, but we're glad that everything is alright now," Professor Oak says.

Then turns to Gary, Mew, and her friends, "Thanks to my grandson, and his friends. We were able to stop the Unown before turning Greenfield into crystal."

"I'm glad to hear it. I like to thank you all for helping," Spencer says.

"Well, we did what we could to help, but Molly also helped out as well," Mew says.

However, Molly saddens, "I suppose, but, I'm also the reason it happened."

"Don't worry Molly, Schuyler told me what happened. I was worried when he explained about the incident," Spencer says.

"Are you mad?" Molly asks.

Spencer smiles and says, "No. I'm just glad that you're safe. That's all it matters."

"Your father's right. You couldn't have known all this would happen. And everything turned out alright in the end," Mew says.

"Yeah. And you got a new friend too," Tomo says.

"New friend?" Spencer asks.

And right on cue, 'M' Unown floats to Spencer and Molly and circles around the two. Molly giggles while Spencer is surprised.

"It's an… Unown…" Spencer says, surprised.

"Uh huh. After the Unown left, this one decides to stay behind and be my friend, and we both become good friends right away," Molly says.

"Is that right?" Spencer questions with a smile, "I have to say this is a real surprise."

Spencer then places Molly down and says, "And it looks like you'll be having two new friends."

"What do you mean?" Molly asks.

Spencer then reaches into his pocket and says, "I actually got you a new friend for you." and brings out a Pokeball.

He then presses the button and the Pokeball opens, releasing the Pokemon inside… Teddiursa.

Teddiursa says, "Teddiursa," (Hello.)

Molly gasps happily, "A Teddiursa!"

Teddiursa smiles at Molly and says, "Teddi Teddiursa," (Hello Molly, it's nice to meet you.)

"Hi Teddiursa it's great to meet you," Molly happily says.

And with that, the girl and the Little Bear Pokemon hug each other as they laugh with smiles on their faces.

"I have a new friend," Molly happily says.

Molly then hugs her papa, "Thank you papa."

"You're welcome," Spencer says, "Remember, taking care of a Pokemon is a responsibility, such as feeding them, making sure they're clean, and they're well behaved. And most of all, to give them lots of love and care."

"I promise papa. I'll take good care of them," Molly says.

'M' Unown and Teddiursa join Molly and give her their affection, making Molly giggle with a smile on her face.

Two more days have passed, and everyone is in Molly's room. Molly, Unown, Teddiursa are playing with Tomo, Jen, and the Pokemon. Mew, and the others are talking about the incident at the mansion, as well as seeing the Unown and the illusion with Entei, Mew and the others also explain to them their adventures since they arrived at Johto.

"I see, so you and Gary already got two badges," Professor Oak says.

"Yeah. I got the Zephyr Badge and the Hive Badge," Mew says.

"So do I, of course, I plan on battling the next gym, after doing some training of course," Gary says.

"I'm guessing you're heading to Goldenrod City, right Gary?" Misty asks.

"That's right. You guys are heading there as well, right," Gary replies.

"We sure are. I have to wonder what kind of gym leader Goldenrod City is like," Mew says.

"I did some research and it turns out the Gym Leader specializes in Normal Type Pokemon, and that her Pokemon is incredibly strong," Gary says.

"Oh, so the gym leader's a girl?" Misty asks.

"That's right," Gary says.

"Normal Types huh, that will be a bit difficult because Normal Types aren't weakened to that many Types of Pokemon. They say that Fighting Types are stronger against normal types," Mew says.

"I'm sure you'll find a way to beat the gym leader," Brock says.

"Yeah. You've been doing great so far," Misty says.

"That's true, but with Normal Type Pokemon, it won't be easy," Mew says.

"It's good to keep that in mind," Brock says.

"Well, I'm sure you'll find a way to earn the badges, and continue to travel and catch more Pokemon," Professor Oak says.

Then says, "Anyway, it will be best for us to start heading back to Pallet Town tomorrow morning."

"Yeah. It's best I head out too, gotta get enough badgers to compete in the Johto League," Gary says.

"Me too," Mew says.

"We're still way away from Goldenrod, so we should get going in the morning," Mew says.

"You're right," Misty says.

"I understand. I'm grateful for all your help, and being able to spend time with Molly, but sooner or later I would have to continue with my research," Spencer says.

"You're right, especially for what happened at the mansion," Professor Oak says

While the others are talking, Molly looks to listen to the conversation. While understanding everyone has to leave, she can't help but feel sad. Even with Unown and Teddiursa, she is sad that she'll be alone again.

Later that night, everyone is asleep in their rooms. In Molly's bedroom, Mew along with Teddiursa, 'M' Unown, Pikachu, and Eevee are sleeping in the bed. All except Molly, who is unable to sleep. She is still thinking about what happened with the conversation and thinking that she might be alone again. Molly soon sits up and crawls to the side of the bed where Mew is sleeping.

Molly gently places her hand on her shoulder and gently shakes her, "Mew…? Mew…?"

Soon, Mew slowly begins to open her eyes with a slight yawn. She turns her head to see Molly is wide away and looking sad.

"Molly? What are you doing up? It's very late," Mew asks.

"I… I couldn't sleep," Molly answers.

Mew sits up as she yawns and asks, "What's wrong?"

"Um well, are you all really leaving tomorrow?" Molly asks, sounding worried.

"Well, yeah, we are. Professor Oak, Daisy, Adriana, and my papa have to head back to Pallet Town. Charizard is heading back to Charicific Valley. Gary and I, along with the others, are going off on our journeys. As for your papa, he will have to go back to his research, but I'm not sure when…" Mew answers.

Soon, the realization hits her, "Um Molly, are you worried of being lonely again?"

Molly sadly nods her head in reply. Then Molly sits down next to Mew.

"You like to tell me about it?" Mew asks.

Molly nods her head and explains, "I know that you all have to leave and continue with your adventures and back home. And I know how important my research is. I do like having Unown and Teddiursa with me, but I'm going to miss you all."

"I understand. I'm going to miss you too. I do like to hang out with you some more, and I really wish you could stay longer," Molly says.

"I know, but many have jobs to do with responsibilities, while Gary and the others and myself have our journeys and follow our dreams," Mew says.

"Like my dad and his research?" Molly asks.

"Something like that," Mew says.

"I wish I could go on a journey with you and the others. You all seem to have so much fun after telling me your adventures," Molly says.

Mew begins to think about it and says, "Maybe there is a way…" and continues to think with an idea in mind.

"What is it?" Molly asks.

Mew then turns to Molly, "Well, we'll have to ask your dad first about it to see if it's okay, but…. How would you like to come with your big sister and her friends on a Pokemon Journey and have fun and adventures."

Molly is surprised to hear it, but seems to smile with glee. She then looks reluctant, but she really likes to take that chance. To be able to have friends, go on fun adventures, and she won't be as lonely, even though she'll be missing her dad. Molly happily nods her head in reply.

The next day, Mew and her friends are outside along with the others to say their farewells to one another.

Mew hugs Charizard, "Thank you for coming to help us, Charizard."

Charizard growls, saying, "It's no trouble."

Chairzard then takes to the sky as he roars saying his goodbyes. Then Charizard takes his leave for Charicific Valley. Mew and the others say their goodbyes with smiles on their faces, and wish him luck on his training.

"Well then I think it's best we head back to Pallet Town," Professor Oak says.

"You're right. I'm sure Tracey would like to hear everything is okay now," Daisy says.

Adirana hugs Gary and says, "Good luck on your journey, Gary."

"Don't worry mom, I will," Gary says.

"Bye papa, I'm glad to see you again," Mew says, hugging Zeraora.

Zeraora lets out a calm growl and is glad to see Mew again as he hugs her.

Soon, Professor Oak, Adriana, Daisy, and Zeraora are in the car and say their goodbyes as they head back to Pallet Town.

Gary turns to Mew, "Well, I better get going too. Gotta make sure to get all the badges needed for the Johto League."

"Yeah. Hopefully that we get to see each other soon," Mew says.

"Yeah. Me too, but hopefully when nothing bad happens," Gary says.

Mew chuckles, "Oh you."

"See you around," Gary says,and takes his leave.

After saying his farewell, Gary heads out to continue his journey to collect the badge for the Johto League.

"Well then, I guess it's best we get going too," Brock says.

"Yeah. We still have to get to Goldenrod City for Mew's next gym battle," Tomo says.

"Not yet," Mew says.

Everyone looks at Mew with confused looks.

"What do you mean?" Misty asks.

"Well, we still have to wait for someone," Mew says and turns her head towards the mansion.

"Huh?" Everyone says, confused.

They soon see Molly and Spencer walking out of the mansion. Molly seems to be wearing a backpack as Teddiursa and 'M' Unown tag along with her.

"Hi Mew, we're ready to go," Molly says.

"Really? For what?" Jen asks.

"Well, stuff has happened and Professor Hale still has his research, so he'll have to leave home again for a while," Mew says.

Then Spencer says, "And since I see how well you all get along, especially with Mew. I thought it would be nice for Molly to tag along with your group on your journey.

"Really? Molly gets to come with us?" Jen asks, excited.

Molly nods her head, "Uh huh. Papa said I can come as long as I'm careful and stick with you, and to make sure to check with him every so often. If that's alright?"

"I think it's very brave you like to come with us," Misty says.

"Yeah. It will be more exciting if you tag along," Tomo says.

"The more the merrier," Brock says.

"We're more than happy to let you come with us," Jen says.

Pikachu, Eevee, and the other Pokemon are more than happy to let Molly accompany their group.

Molly smiles and says, "I'm really glad to join you."

"It's no trouble," Mew says.

Spencer kneels to Molly's level and says, "Now remember to listen to what Mew, Borck, and Misty says, and to stay close to them."

"Yes papa," Molly says.

"And you can always ask for help if you need something," Spencer says.

"Okay," Molly says.

She hugs her papa and says, "I'll miss you."

"I'll miss you too. I love you, Molly," Spencer says.

"I love you too," Molly says.

Then the two let go of their loving embrace and Molly with 'M' Unown and Teddiursa walk to Mew and the others.

Soon, Mew and the others, including Molly, begin to depart as they say their last goodbyes to Spencer, Schuyler, David, and the servants. As they leave, Molly is going to miss her dad, but is glad to have great friends and Pokemon to keep her company. Spencer is also happy for his daughter to have good friends by her side.

Later down the road, Mew and the others are now walking down the road and walking over a bridge to their next adventure.

"I'm really excited about going on your journey. I really hope you don't mind," Molly says.

"We don't mind at all, Molly. We're glad to have you alone," Mew says.

"And if you need help or advice on raising your Pokemon just let us know," Brock says.

"And we can also teach you about Pokemon Battles, Gym Battles, you name it," Misty says.

"And teach you how to catch all kinds of Pokemon," Tomo says.

"And meet all kinds of Pokemon and trainers too," Jen says.

But then Misty says, "But to give you a heads up, you may find yourself getting in trouble with…"

But before Misty can finish her sentence, they all suddenly drop down a hole and with a loud thud, everyone lands at the bottom of the pit.

"Seriously! Again!" Mew says, annoyed.

"Why does it always happen to us?!" Misty cries out.

Brock turns to Molly, "Are you okay, Molly?"

"I'm okay," Molly answers.

She then asks, "But why is there a hole in the middle of the path?"

"We can give you one answer, "Jen says.

"And they follow us wherever we go," Tomo adds.

Suddenly, Jessie appears, "That's right."

Followed by three familiar laughs.

Everyone soon looks up to see Team Rocket looking down at them from the top of the hole.

Jessie:

Prepare for trouble! We are back!

James:

Make it double! You all dropped like sacks!

Jessie:

To protect the world from devastation!

James:

To unite all peoples within our nation!

Jessie:

To denounce the evils of truth and love!

James:

To extend our reach to the stars above!

Jessie:

Jessie!

James:

James!

Jessie:

Team Rocket blasts off at the speed of light!

James

Surrender now, or prepare to fight!

Meowth:

Meowth! That's right!

Confused, Molly asks, "Um, can you repeat that please?"

Team Rocket falls over in front of the hole in disbelief.

"I guess the twerps have a new member," James says.

Then Jessie asks, "Isn't that the cute little girl from the mansion?"

"I guess she decided to hang out with the twerps," Meowth says.

Misty groans with annoyance, "Not you three again."

Mew stands up, "We'll deal with that."

Mew has her hands out allowing Pikachu and Eevee to climb on it.

"Pikachu! Eevee! Time to give them a Thunderbolt!" Mew says, and tosses them both into the air.

When Pikachu and Eevee fly up the hole, Team Rocket panic, knowing what happens next. Pikachu and Eevee launch their attacks and shock Team Rocket that the attack explodes and sends them lasting off.

"I can't believe we got blasted off the second we caught them!" Jessie cries out.

"We didn't even get a chance to catch Pikachu and Eevee!" James says.

"We'll have a chance to catch them next time, but until then…" Mewoth says.

And all three cry out, "We're blasting off again!"

And soon, Team Rocket is gone, for the time being. Once Team Rocket is gone, Mew and the others climb out of the hole with some help from Bulbasaur and Chikorita. Soon enough, everyone is out of the hole and looks safe.

"Thanks Bulbasaur. You too, Chikorita," Mew says.

"Chiko," (You're welcome.) Chikorita says.

"Bulbasaur," (Anytime.) Bulbasaur says.

Then Mew calls them back to their Pokeballs, "Here you go, take a break after that little fiasco."

"Do you think those three will be alright?" Molly asks.

"Unfortunately, yes," Misty sheepishly answers.

Then Molly asks, "Are those three always like that?"

Mew sighs, "Yes Molly, yes they are."

Suddenly, Molly begins to giggle, "They're funny."

"Well, they kind of are in a way," Brock says.

"Yeah, and you'll be seeing more of them while traveling with us," Mew says.

She then takes Molly's hand, "Remember to stay close and to be careful."

"Okay," Molly happily says and holds Mew's hand.

Despite the little hitch they have with Team Rocket, Mew and her friends with Molly as a new member, continue their journey through the Johto Region to Goldenrod City.
