Pokemon Journeys (My Version)

(Mew and her friends arrive in Celadon City.)

(it's known as a great metropolis renowned both for its tall buildings and it's good scent.)

(Mew and her friends are amazed to find themselves in a large city.)

(Pikachu then sniffs.)

Pikachu: "Pika!" (Smell that!)

Eevee: "Eevee," (I do.)

(Eevee says.)

(Brock catches a whiff of it too.)

Brock: "Something smells heavenly!"

(Mew catches the scent too.)

Mew: "Me too. It smells nice."

Misty: "Perfume,"

(Misty confirms.)

(Soon, Brock begins to follow the scene.)

Mew: "Wait, Brock! Where are you going?!"

(Mew calls out.)

(Mew and the others follow Brock to see him having his face pressed against the window.)

Mew: "Who are you making faces at, Brock?"

(Mew asks.)

Brock: "My nose tells me that this is my kind of town!"

(Brock says.)

(They look inside to see the pretty girls in the store.)

(One of the girls say.)

The girl: "So, then he says 'maybe we can both go together.'"

Brock: "I think we should stay here a while,"

(Brock says, totally stuck in fantasy land.)

(Mew giggles and walks inside with Pikachu and Eevee.)

(She also notices Misty is already talking with the employees.)

(One of them says.)

employees: "This scent is one of our most popular. It's called, 'Daffodil Dream.'

(The employee sprays a bit on Misty's wrist, and she sniffs the scene.)

(She happily says.)

Misty: "It smells just like a garden."

(Misty looks to see Mew and says.)

Misty: "Hey Mew, come and smell this."

Mew: "Okay,"

(Mew says.)

(Mew sniffs the scent and sighs with a smile.)

Mew: "It's very nice. Like a field of flowers."

(Pikachu and Eevee sniff the scent as well and they happily like it.)

employee. "We're having a fragrance sale,"

(The other employee says.)

Misty: "How much does this one cost?"

(Misty asks.)

(Then turns to Mew.)

Misty: "You should get some too."

Mew: "I suppose. Adriana and Daisy did show me perfume, but I never have one of my own,"

(Mew says.)

Misty: "Why not get some for yourself. Even though you live with Pokemon. I girl gotta smell nice,"

(Misty says.)

Mew: "I suppose. But I'm not a perfume expert, so I wouldn't know which I should get,"

(Mew replies.)

???: "Would you like some help,"

(A female voice says.)

(The group turns their heads to see a young woman wearing a blur and red kimono with pink flower petals on it.)

(She has black hair in a bun with some yellow accessories and green eyes.)

The employee: "Hello Manager,"

(The employee says.)

Mew: "Hello ma'am. My name is Mew, and my Pokemon Pikachu and Eevee,"

(Mew says.)

Misty: "My name is Misty,"

(Misty says.)

(Suddenly, Brock comes over.)

Brock: "And I'm Brock, and I have to say you are very lovely and the performance in this shop smells just as sweet as you are. Maybe you and I can go out for lunch and talk about your sweetness."

(Confused, Mew asks.)

Mew: "Um Misty, do you think the perfume made him act even more goofy with girls?"

Misty: "I don't know about perfume, but Brock is acting goofier than usual,"

(Misty says.)

(The manager giggles in reply.)

(Then asks.)

???: "So what brings you to Celadon City?"

Mew: "We're heading to the Celadon City Gym, and I plan on competing for a gym badge there,"

(Mew says.)

???: "Really now,"

(Erika replies.)

Mew: "Yeah. We just caught the scent of the performance and came over. I think they're really nice, it's like you got every flower scent in here,"

(Mew says.)

???: "Thank you for the compliment. If you like I can help finish your purchase and then we can head to the gym so we can have our battle."

(The manager says.)

(Mew and the others soon become confused.)

(The manager smiles and says.)

Erika: "Allow me to introduce myself, I'm Erika. I'm not just the manager of the perfume shop, but I'm all the Grass Type Pokemon Gym Leader."

(This really catches Mew, Pikachu, and Eevee by surprise, even Brock and Misty are surprised.)

Mew: "You're the Grass Pokemon Gym Leader?"

(Mew asks, surprised.)

(Meanwhile, Team Rocket is up for another one of their schemes.)

(Jessie and James place a ladder on the side of the building that is close to a window.)

(Then climb up.)

(Meowth looks around and says.)

Meowth: "Hmmm. Looks like the coast is clear."

(Jessie climbs up the ladder as she says.)

Jessie: "Once we sneak inside, we'll steal the secret formula to their perfume. Then I'll be as irresistible as Cleopatra."

James: "I'll sell the formula and make myself zillions of bucks. That's enough money to buy my own country or my own planet even"

(James adds, dreaming about money.)

(Then Meowth says.)

Meowth: "fantasizing food, Or nine lifetime supplies of cat grub."

(Soon, Team Rocket is able to sneak inside the building to steal the item they seek.)

Jessie: "That secret formula's got to be hidden around here somewhere,"

(Jessie says.)

(Soon, Team Rocket begins to search for it.)

Jessie: "Hmm, now where could it be?"

(Jessie adds, looking around.)

(Suddenly, he pushes one of the leaves and begins to panic in fright.)

(James comes over and asks.)

James: "What is it?"

Meowth: "Hey look,"

(Meowth replies.)

(Soon, they end up seeing a Gloom that is staring at them.)

Meowth: "What's a Gloom going here?"

(Meowth asks.)

James: "Taking a nap, I think,"

(James says, reading his hand out to it.)

(James moves his hand back and forth to try and get its attention, but Gloom isn't moving at all.)

(Soon, Gloom's eyes open and says.)

Gloom: "Gloom," (Hello.)

(Suddenly, Team Rocket panics as they fall back.)

(Jessie panics.)

Jessie: "James, you woke it up!"

(James throws his Pokeball and calls out.)

James: "Go, Koffing! Poison Gas Attack, now!"

(Koffing comes out of its Pokeball and sprays Poison Gas all over Gloom.)

(However, Gloom isn't affected at all.)

(Instead, Gloom sucks up all the Poison Gas into its mouth leaving Team Rocket dumbfounded.)

Jessie: "That Gloom just sucked up all of Koffing's gas!"

(Jessie says, shocked.)

(James is shocked as well.)

James: "I can't believe it."

Gloom: "Gloom," (There.)

(Gloom says.)

(Soon, Team Rocket is scared.)

Gloom: "Gloom Gloom," (Here's your gas back.)

(Gloom says.)

(Then sprays out a gas of her own and shouts.)

Gloom: "Gloom!"

(The gas is actually Gloom's smell and it sprays across the area.)

(The smell is too much for Koffing to handle so it passes out.)

(The smell soon reaches Team Rocket who are disgusted by the smell.)

Jessie: "It smells terrible!"

(Jessie yelps, covering her nose.)

(James is also disgusted.)

James: "It smells like old sneakers mixed with some rotten eggs, and dead fish with just a hint of skunk fumes."

(The smell is so terrible that Jessie and James feel like shattering to pieces.)

(Even Meowth is having trouble standing it.)

(The next moment, each of the Team Rocket Members are smacked on the head with a mallet.)

(The mallet is from one of the three girls that appear on the scene wearing gas masks.)

(One of them says.)

The girl: "That stopped them."

(One removes her mask to reveal herself having blue hair and orange eyes.)

(Then she says.)

The girl: "Gym rules, no thiefs allowed!"

(The girl then stamps their faces with red X.)

(Soon, Team Rocket finds themselves tied up and are hanging on the tree like Kakunas.)

(Meowth panics.)

Meowth: "Hey! Hey me down! Get me out of here!"

(Then swings to Jessie and James.)

Meowth: "You two clowns better get me out of this tree!"

(Jessie becomes angry and tries to kick him.)

Jessie: "Don't tell me what to do, you little hairball! I know what I'm doing!"

(James then looks ahead.)

James: "Look over there, it's the twerps!"

(Jessie and Meowth look ahead to see Mew and her friends are walking inside the gym with Erika.)

(She has changed her outfit and removed the wig.)

(Now she is wearing a green dress with white socks and red shoes, and her hair is blue.)

Mew: "Thank you for helping us with our purchase, Erika,"

(Mew says.)

Erika: "It's my pleasure,"

(Erika says.)

Mew. "It's amazing that even though you're a gym leader, you are able to run a store,"

(Mew says.)

Misty: "Well, my sisters perform synchronized swimming and they run a gym,"

(Misty says.)

Mew: "That's true,"

(Mew says.)

(The group then walks inside the gym.)

Meowth. "What are they doing here?"

(Meowth asks.)

Jessie: "Up for getting another badge huh. Maybe we can use this to our advantage,"

(Jessie says, having an idea in mind.)

James: "But how do we get down?"

(James asks.)

Jessie: "I'm thinking!"

(Jessie scolds.)

(Soon enough, Mew and the others arrive in the gym, and are amazed to see so many different trees and plants here.)

Misty: "Wow, the gym looks like a forest."

(Misty says.)

Brock: "Yeah. A perfect place for Water Pokemon,"

(Brock says.)

(Mew then turns to Erika.)

Mew: "Can we let some of our Pokemon out? I'm sure plenty of my Pokemon, especially my Grass Pokemon will love it here."

Erika: "Of course,"

(Erika says.)

Mew: "Alright, come out everyone,"

(Mew says, and tosses her Pokeball.)

(She lets out Teddiursa, Cleffa, Axew, Shaymin, Bulbasaur, Roserade. Weedle, Bounsweet, Ponyta, Ledyba, Skitty, Flabébé, and Cutiefly.)

(Misty and Brock decide to release their Pokemon.)

(Misty releases Oddish, Sobble. Wingull, and Surskit.)

(Brock releases Rattata, Hoppip, Sneasel, Rockruff, and Grookey.)

(Seeing a large group, Erika says with a smile.)

Erika: "My, you sure have a lot of Pokemon with you."

(Then notices some of the Pokemon.)

Erika: "And some of them are from different regions."

(Then one of the employees notices Shaymin.)

the employee: "Oh my gosh, she has a Shaymin. It's so cute."

other employee: "And she has a Bounsweet, Roserade and a white Flabébé,"

(The other employee says.)

(Mew blushes a little to see the attention she and her Pokemon are getting.)

(Unknown to them, Team Rocket is able to escape.)

(from being tied up to see Mew and her friends having fun with the Gym Leader, the employees, and the Pokemon.)

(They are able to sneak back in to see the Gym Leader and the girls are busy with their own activities to worry about them.)

(Jessie chuckles and says.)

Jessie: "While those clueless little twerps create a distraction, we'll steal the secret perfume formula."

James: "Let's go,"

(James says.)

(With that, Team Rocket heads off to find the perfume formula.)

(Then Meowth asks.)

Meowth: "Just one question."

(Then brings out a bomb.)

Meowth: "What am I supposed to do with this blaster bomb?"

Jessie: "Stick it someplace where it'll make a nice, big kaboom!"

(Jessie says.)

(Meowth laughs and leaves the scene.)

Meowth: "They'll get a bang out of this!"

James: "Jessie, what's the blaster bomb for?"

(James asks.)

Jessie: "Sweet revenge for stamping an 'X' on the most beautiful face in the world,"

(Jessie says.)

James: "Talk about delusion,"

(James says.)

Jessie: "What?"

(Jessie sounded angry.)

(James quickly says.)

James: "Er, I mean, that will teach those slobs!"

(The two then laugh as they head off to find the perfume formula.)

(Meanwhile, Mew along with her friends and the employees and Pokemon of the gym are listening to the story.)

(Erika continues the story.)

Erika: "And so, Omanyte bid farewell and promised to one day return to visit the friends who changed his life on that far away beach. The end."

(Everyone, humans and Pokemon give their applause for the story.)

(Brock is in tears.)

Brock: "Great story."

Pikachu: "Pika." (Great story.)

(Pikachu says.)

Eevee: "Eev," (Yeah.)

(Eevee says.)

(Shaymin, Bounsweet, and the other Pokemon like it too.)

(Misty then asks.)

Misty: "May I ask you a question?"

Erika: "Of course you may, Misty,"

(Erika says.)

Misty: "I was wondering why we can all sit with Gloom! I always thought that because of its terrible smell, it was almost impossible to get anywhere near Gloom,"

(Misty replies.)

Mew: "Oh, I hang around with Gloom fine, and I don't have any trouble with their smell,"

(Mew says.)

Misty: "That may be, but I still wonder how we can be near Gloom at all."

(Misty replies.)

Erika: That's a very smart question, Misty,"

(Erika says.)

(She walks to her Gloom and kneels down to it.)

Erika: "Gloom doesn't have a bad smell all the time. Whenever Gloom is in danger, it lets out the bad smell. It's a natural defense mechanism. But as long as Gloom doesn't feel threatened it smells just fine."

Mew: "How do you know that?"

(Mew asks, curiously.)

Erika: "I met Gloom a long time ago."

(Erika says.)

[Flashback...]

(She then remembers the day she and Gloom meet.)

(Erika is a little girl and is backed against the wall by a purple sludge Pokemon that has a face and a large mouth.)

(Erika explains.)

Erika: "When I was a little girl, I got lost one day and ran into a Grimer. I'd never been so scared. I couldn't even move."

(Little Erika is so frightened until she sees a Gloom walking by.)

(Little Erika cries out.)

Little Erika: "Please can you help me? Please help me!"

(Gloom looks to see Little Erika and can see how scared she of the Grimer and worries that it might attack her.)

(Erika continues to explain her story.)

Erika: "Somehow that Gloom understood how scared I felt and decided to come to my rescue."

(Gloom then sprays its strong smell that is enough to scare Grimer away.)

(Erika then hugs Gloom with glee as the Pokemon begins to blush.)

Erika: "I love you,"

(Erika happily says.)

(Gloom smiles.)

Gloom: "Gloom."

[Flashback Ends...]

(Erika says.)

Erika: "This is the same Gloom that rescued me from Grimer that day. We've been friends ever since."

The girl: "It's all because of her friendship with Gloom that Erika decided to become a Grass Pokemon trainer,"

(The girl with green pigtails says.)

Misty: "That's so sweet,"

(Misty says.)

Brock: "It's a great story,"

(Brock says.)

Mew: "It sure is,"

(Mew says.)

(Then turns to Eevee.)

Mew: "To be honest, hearing your story has got me thinking."

Misty: "Thinking of what?"

(Misty asks.)

Mew: "On how Eevee and I first met."

(Mew says.)

Brocks: "Really?"

(Brocks asks, confused.)

(Then Misty says.)

Misty: "Come to think of it, I know you got Pikachu from Professor Oak, but what about Eevee?"

Mew: "Right, I never told you about it, huh. Well, like Erika's situation, Eevee actually saved me. In fact, Eevee actually saved my life,"

(Mew says.)

[Flashback: 3 Years Ago]

(In the forest clearing outside of Pallet Town Forest, young Mew at the age of seven is walking through the forest picking berries.)

Mew: "I was in the forest picking different berries and herbs to make some medicine for the Pokemon. However, I well, accidentally stepped on the head of a Vileplume,"

(Mew explains.)

(Young Mew continues to pick berries and walk down the path.)

(However, when she takes a step to go down, it turns out it's Vileplume's head.)

(The Pokemon becomes startled and accidentally stuns her with Poison Powder, and runs away as Mew falls to the ground.)

(As she falls, she twists her ankle.)

(She struggles to move, but begins to lose consciousness.)

Mew: "Vileplume accidentally sprayed Poison Powder on me and ran away. I ended up twisting my ankle as well. I couldn't move because of the poison powder,"

(Mew explains.)

(Young Mew then notices a Pokemon walking over.)

(She softly says.)

Young Mew: "Please…. Please help me."

Mew: "I didn't know it then, but the Pokemon is Eevee. Eevee sensed I was in trouble and quickly gave me a Pecha Berry for me to eat,"

(Mew says.)

(Eevee brings the pecha berry to Mew and softly eats small bites of it.)

(Soon she is no longer poisoned.)

(And Eevee hurries away as Mew closes her eyes.)

(The next moment she opens her eyes, she sees her father, Zeraora, little Eevee, and Chansey using the move, Heal Pulse.)

(Mew then explains.)

Mew: "When I woke up, I realized I was in my home which is a cave. According to papa, Eevee hurried to find help and he just happened to run into him. Eevee has bring my father to me and quickly bring Chansey to help me feel better."

(Young Mew hugs Eevee and says.)

Young Mew: "I love you."

Eevee: "Eevee,"

(Eevee happily says.)

[Flashback Ends...]

(Mew pets Eevee on her head.)

Mew: "Since then, Eevee and I have always been together."

Misty: "That is very brave of Eevee,"

(Misty says.)

Eevee: "Eevee," (Thank you.)

(Eevee says.)

Mew: "Eevee says thank you,"

(Mew says.)

Brock: "Your Eevee sure is amazing. Glad she's with us now,"

(Brock says.)

Mew: "Thanks,"

(Mew says.)

(Then turns to Erika.)

Mew: "So um, Erika, do you think we can have our gym battle? If you're not busy."

(Erika smiles and nods her head.)

Erika: "Of course Mew, I will accept your challenge. However, I'm not going to go easy on you."

Mew: "Wouldn't think of it,"

(Mew says.)

(Meanwhile, Team Rocket is able to find a safe and open it to reveal a bottle of perfume.)

(Jessie laughs and says.)

Jessie: "At last we found the perfume. Now we'll unlock its secret formula."

(Meanwhile, Mew and Erika are standing at the Battlefield and are ready to have the gym battle.)

(Erika says.)

Erika: "We'll have a three on three Pokemon battle."

Mew: "Works for me,"

(Mew says.)

(Then calls out.)

Mew: "Raboot, I choose you!"

(With that, Raboot comes out of her Pokeball.)

Erika: "A Raboot, huh. I have never seen a Pokemon like that before,"

(Erika says, impressed.)

Mew: "Thanks. It's kind of a long story on how I got her though, I'll explain later,"

(Mew says.)

Erika: "Okay. Tangela, I choose you,"

(Erika says, and throws her Pokeball.)

(Then her Pokemon comes out of its Pokeball.)

(It's a Pokémon covered by blue, seaweed-like vines that obscure its face.)

(There is a small opening in the vines that reveals its eyes surrounded by a black space, and a pair of red boot-like feet poking out from under the vines.)

Mew: "Cool, a Tangela,"

(Mew says, and brings out her Pokedex.)

(Dexter says.)

Dexter: "Tangela, a Vine Pokémon. A Grass Type. Its body is wrapped in vines. The rest of its form is hidden beneath these vines."

Mew: "We'll have to watch out for those vines. Raboot, use Ember,"

(Mew calls out.)

(Raboot kicks the fireball and kicks it at Tangela.)

Erika: "Tangela, dodge,"

(Erika calls out.)

(Tangela dodges the attack.)

Erika: "Now then use Vine whip to pull Raboot close,"

(Erika says.)

(Tangela moves its Vine Whip and tries to rob Raboot.)

(It manages to grab Raboot by her wrist and pulls her in.)

(Then Erika says.)

Erika: "Tangela, now's the time to hit it with your Stun Spore."

Mew: "Not quite, Raboot, use Double Kick!"

(Mew calls out.)

(Raboot then performs multiple kicks since she is up close to Tangela.)

(Then Mew calls out.)

Mew: "Now, use Flame Charge!"

(Raboot then charges at Tangela and the Vine Pokemon falls back.)

(Tangela is soon knocked out.)

Erika: "You did good, Tangela, return,"

(Erika says, returning her Pokemon.)

(Mew happily says.)

Mew: "You were great Raboot, return."

(Mew then throws her next Pokeball.)

Mew: "You're up, Charmander. Go."

(Charmander then comes out of her Pokeball.)

Erika' "Alright Weepinbell go!"

(Erika says, throwing her Pokeball.)

(Weepinbell enters the battlefield.)

(Erika calls out.)

Erika: "Weepinbell, Razor Leaf, now!"

(Weepinbell spins as it throws its Razor Leaf.)

(Mew calls out.)

Mew: "Charmander, Flamethrower, full blast!"

(Charmander then breathes Flamethrower that burns all of Weepinbell's leaves.)

(The leaves begin to fall as Weepinbell dodges them.)

Mew: "Alright Charmander, use Skull bash!"

(Mew calls out.)

(Charmander then uses Skull Bash and rams into Weepinbell.)

(Weepinbell hits the ground and faints.)

(Erika then calls it back.)

Erika: "Weepinbell, return now."

Brock: "Mew is doing well!"

(Brock says.)

Misty: "Yeah. She already has two wins,"

(Misty says.)

The employee: "She might actually win!"

(The employee says.)

Another girl: "Yeah, she's a lot more impressive than she looks!"

(Another girl says.)

Erika: "Your battle skills are impressive, Mew. And I can tell you have true empathy towards your Pokemon and raised them very well,"

(Erika says.)

Mew: "Thanks, but this battle isn't over yet,"

(Mew says, and calls back Charmander.)

Erika: "Right. Gloom, go!"

(Erika says.)

(Then Gloom enters the battlefield from the Pokeball.)

(Mew then calls out.)

Mew: "Espurr, I choose you!"

(With that, Espurr comes out.)

Mew: "You ready, Espurr?"

(Mew asks.)

Espurr: "Espurr," (You got it.)

(Espurr says.)

(Suddenly, a familiar voice says.)

???: "My, what's that smell?"

Mew: "Huh?"

(Mew and Espurr become confused.)

(They all look up to see Team Rocket.)

Jessie: "You twerps are stinking up this gym more than Gloom,"

(Jessie says.)

(Down below, everyone sees Team Rocket on the lights stand.)

Misty: "It's Team Rocket,"

(Misty explains.)

Mew: "What are you creeps doing here?"

(Mew demands.)

Jessie: To protect the world from devastation.

(As she jumps off the lights.)

James: To unite all peoples within our nation.

(James then jumps off.)

(They both land on the ground with their arms standing beside one another.)

Jessie: To denounce the evils of truth and love.

James: To extend our reach to the stars above.

(Meowth then lands on the humans' arms with a detonator.)

(He says.)

Meowth "And last, but not least, to blast this dump sky high."

(Then bushes the trigger.)

(The trigger is set and the explosion is happening from under them, making them panic.)

Jessie: Jessie.

James: James.

(Soon, Team Rocket is blasting off, once again.)

(James grabs Meowth in anger.)

James: "Where did you put that Blaster Bomb?"

Meowth: "Near us so I wouldn't lose it,"

(Meowth panics, and yelps.)

(Holding the bottle, Jessie says.)

Jessie: "At least we got this lovely parting gist, their secret perfume formula."

(Mew and her friends, including Erika, gasp in shock.)

(They continue to fly in the air as they shout.)

Team rocket: "We're blasting off again!"

(And they disappear into the night sky.)

(Back at the gym, because of Team Rocket's bomb, a fire has broken out.)

(Mew and her friends along with the Employees quickly call back the Pokemon into their Pokeballs and quickly evacuate from the gym.)

(One of the employees of the gym is able to call the fire department and they're on their way, but they need to act fast.)

Mew: "Team Rocket has to make a big mess this time,"

(Mew says.)

Misty: "Yeah, but now isn't the time to worry about them. We gotta put out the fire before the whole gym is burned to the ground,"

(Misty says.)

Mew: "Right,"

(Mew says.)

(Then calls out.)

Mew: "Shellder, Squirtle, Poliwhirl. Water Gun!"

Misty: "Staryu, Starmie, Sobble, Vaporeon, Golduck, use Water Gun too!"

(Misty calls out.)

(With that, the girls call out their Pokemon and they begin to use their Water Gun to put out the fire.)

Brock: "Geodude, Rattata, Rhyhorn, Sandile, Dwebble, Rockruff, Grookey, Help out! Throw as much dirt as you can on the flames!"

(Brock calls out.)

(The Pokemon then hurry to put dirt on the flames.)

Misty: "Keep on spraying!"

(Misty calls out.)

Mew: "We've almost got it!"

(Mew says.)

(They soon see Erika look around and are very worried.)

Misty: "Erika, what's the matter?"

(Misty asks.)

Erika: "I've looked and looked, but I can't find Gloom anywhere!"

(Erika says, worried.)

Mew: "Did Gloom get out?"

(Mew asks.)

(Erika soon becomes worried.)

Erika: "What if Gloom? What if Gloom is still inside!"

(Everyone looks towards the burning gym about the terrible possibility Gloom is still trapped inside.)

(Erika tries to go in, but Misty stops her.)

Misty: "You can't go in there, Erika!"

Erika: "But Gloom may be trapped inside!"

(Erika says, frightened.)

(Mew soon runs inside.)

Mew: "I'll go in and find them!"

Misty: "Don't Mew!"

(Misty cries out.)

(But Mew is already inside the burning building.)

(Poliwhirl decides to run after her.)

(Mew calls out.)

Mew: "Gloom!"

Poliwhirl: "Poli!" (Gloom!)

(Poliwhirl calls out.)

(Suddenly, she hears a cry for help.)

Gloom: "Gloom! Gloom!" (Help! Erika!)

(Mew and Poliwhirl look through the window and are shocked to see Erika's Gloom inside and is very frightened.)

(Gloom continues to call help.)

Gloom: "Gloom Gloom!" (Please, someone help me!)

Mew: "Don't worry Gloom, we'll get you out!"

(Mew calls out.)

(Mew and Poliwhirl begin to hurry inside the room, but some of the burning debris falls down and is way close to Gloom.)

(Gloom screams.)

Gloom: "Gloom!" (Help!)

(Mew and Poliwhirl hurry as fast as they can.)

(Mew reaches her hand out to Gloom.)

Mew: "It's okay Gloom, you're safe now."

Gloom: "Gloom," (Thank you.)

(Gloom says.)

(Suddenly, a large debris begins to fall towards them.)

(Shocked to see them, Mew quickly hugs Poliwhirl and Gloom.)

(Poliwhirl is shocked to see Mew is ready to protect him and Gloom.)

(However, Poliwhirl leaves the embrace and then creates a powerful blast of water and shoots the debris away.)

(Mew is surprised and says.)

Mew: "Hydro Pump! Poliwhirl, you just learned Hydro Pump!"

Poliwhirl: "Poliwhirl," (Sure did.)

(Poliwhirl says.)

(Mew says.)

Mew: "Alright, time to get Gloom to safety."

(Outside the gym, Erika, and the others are worried about Mew and Poliwhirl.)

(Suddenly, they see someone coming out.)

(They see Mew carrying Gloom, with Poliwhirl spraying the fire away from them.)

(Everyone quickly rushes towards them.)

Brock: "Mew! Poliwhirl!"

(Brock calls out.)

Misty: "That was great!"

(Misty say, happily.)

Erika: "Thank you, Mew!"

(Erika happily says.)

(The next day, after the fire, Erika and Gloom walk to Mew and her Pokemon.)

Erika: "With deep gratitude, I present you with this Rainbow badge."

Mew: "What's that for?"

(Mew asks.)

Erika: "I think you earned it. Don't you, Gloom?"

(Erika says.)

Gloom: "Gloom Gloom!" (Sure do!)

(Gloom happily says.)

Mew: "Thanks a lot!"

(Mew happily says, and takes the badge.)

Mew: "Take a look, guys! A Rainbow badge!"

(Mew happily says, showing it to the Pokemon.)

Pikachu: "Pi Pikachu! (Good going, Mew!)

(Pikachu says.)

Eevee: "Eevee." (You were great.) Eevee says.

Gloom: "Gloom Gloom!" (Indeed!) Gloom says.

Brock: "Congratulations, Mew,"

(Brock says.)

Mew: "Thanks,"

(Mew says.)

(But Mew remembers.)

Mew: "But what about Team Rocket? They got away with your secret perfume formula."

(Erika laughs and says.)

Erika: "No, they didn't. The bottle they stole has only one of our perfume's secret ingredients, essence of Gloom."

(Meanwhile, Team Rocket finds that out the hard way.)

(Jessie opens the bottle and instead of sweet scenting perfume, it's Gloom's defensive smell.)

(They all scream in agony as they are jumping up and down in the pipe they're hiding in.)

(When they come out, they're practically knocked out.)

Jessie: "It stinks,"

(Jessie says in agony.)

James: "Just like your plan,"

(James says.)

(Meowth agrees.)

Meowth: "You said it."

(And so, Mew and her friends leave Celadon City and say goodbye to Erika, Gloom and the others.)

(Mew not only receives a Rainbow Badge, but Poliwhirl has learned a new move that help to save the day.)

(Mew and her friends continue to go on their journey to get Mew's Next Badge.)

(As the journey continues.)
