Shortly thereafter, as the tour ferry was parking itself closer to the founder's statue, Rico grabbed his smartphone, and said to Jonathan, "Hey, big brother, let's take a picture together."

Upon hearing that, Jonathan agreed with him, responding, "Okay!"

He then went next to Rico, and Rico switched his phone camera's position to the front, before putting the phone farther away from them so they would fit into the camera's area.

"Okay, say cheese," Rico said.

They then both smiled positively and Rico pressed the button to take a picture of themselves.

After that, Rico took a good look at their recent picture, seeing that it was of good quality and the background is very good as well.

"Man, we're so good," Jonathan commented positively.

"Yeah, I know," Rico responded back.

But, Jonathan spotted something off in the background of the photo.

"Um, Rico, what are those people in the background?" he asked Rico.

"What people?" Rico responded.

Jonathan then pointed at the top left of the photo. When Rico saw that, he was very surprised, commenting, "Woah, what?"

Then, suddenly, three grappling hooks anchored on the railing, causing everyone in that area to be suddenly surprised. Then, 3 masked teenagers and their Pokémon climbed on the ropes, invading the viewing deck. And then, more grappling hooks anchored at the other parts of the tour ferry, and more masked teenagers and their Pokémon. This causes panic among the passengers and crew on board. Some hid in the ship's cafeteria while others at the restrooms. But, those masked teenagers, commonly called the Vandals by the locals of Galen City, now demanded money and valuables from the passengers and crew, or else, they'll be thrown off the ship. With no other choice and not wanting to end up in the sea, some of the passengers and crew gave up their valuables and money to them.

But, luckily, Rico, Jonathan, Adrian, Mr. Fukui, and their Pokémon under a table at the cafeteria. But the one who was unlucky is Rico, who reminisced the time he was on a tour ferry at Blue Northern Point when it was under attack.

"Man, am I unlucky or something?" he asked himself in despair.

"What do you mean you're unlucky, Rico?" Jonathan asked him in a low voice.

To that Rico revealed to his older brother and friends about his experience on a tour ferry at Blue Northern Point.

A few minutes later, they were shocked to hear that, with Jonathan commenting, "What? So that's how you got a Piplup?"

Rico then nodded. "Yes."

"Wow, you're so unfortunate," Adrian commented, "but I think it's a major coincidence."

"Yeah, you're right, dude."

After that, Rico asked, "What do we do now?"

Thinking about this, Jonathan responded, "Let's fight back."

He and Greninja then come out of their hiding place with serious bravery.

"Wait, what?" Rico responded to this.

But, will Rico and Jonathan win against the Vandals?
