Pokemon: The Master Of Monsters

"Persian, you fought well. Take a good rest," Lian said as he recalled his fainted Pokémon. He turned his attention back to Kai and Scizor.

It was clear that both trainer and Pokémon had exceeded Lian's expectations.

"Tauros, your turn!" Lian called, throwing his Poké Ball with vigor.

A flash of light revealed Tauros, the charging bull Pokémon with its three tails swishing aggressively.

Kai was momentarily taken aback. He hadn't expected Lian to bring out Tauros, a Pokémon renowned for its sheer power and relentless fighting spirit.

"Zha!"

Scizor hesitated for a moment, instinctively stepping back.

"Intimidate ability..." Kai murmured. He realized that Tauros's natural ability had lowered Scizor's attack power.

Despite the disadvantage, Kai decided to keep Scizor in play. In terms of raw physical power, Scizor still had the upper hand.

Tauros's Charge

"Horn Attack!" Lian commanded.

"Moo!"

Tauros let out a thunderous cry and charged directly at Scizor. The sight of Scizor's red armor seemed to infuriate the bull further.

Without waiting for Kai's command, Scizor leaped to the side, narrowly dodging the attack. Tauros skidded to a stop, its training evident as it quickly turned and charged again, aiming for Scizor as it landed.

"Metal Claw!" Kai shouted.

"Zha!!"

Scizor's claws gleamed with silver energy as it braced for impact. With a swift move, it clamped down on Tauros's horns, halting the bull's momentum.

"You stopped Master Lian's Tauros? Impossible!" Lian's apprentice exclaimed in disbelief.

The Struggle

"Moo!"

Tauros bellowed and swung its head upwards, effortlessly lifting Scizor despite its heavy weight of over 118 kg.

"Zha!"

Scizor was stunned. It had never faced such raw strength. Tauros lashed itself with its three tails, fueling its power with pain. With a violent shake, Tauros dislodged Scizor, sending it crashing to the ground.

Bang!

The impact left Scizor reeling. Its heavy body made the fall even more damaging.

"Moo!"

Tauros didn't relent, charging at Scizor as it struggled to recover.

"Scizor, use Leer!" Kai ordered.

"Zha!!"

Scizor glared at Tauros with fierce determination, momentarily startling the charging bull.

However, Tauros's momentum was unstoppable. It slammed into Scizor, sending the Bug-Steel Pokémon flying out of the battlefield.

Scizor's Defeat

"Scizor has lost its ability to fight! Tauros wins!" the referee declared.

Kai recalled Scizor with a calm expression. "You fought bravely. Take a well-deserved rest."

Now it was time for his ace.

"Blastoise, let's finish this!" Kai said, tossing his next Poké Ball.

Boom!

"Ka-mi!"

Blastoise emerged, glaring at Tauros with a determined expression.

The Final Battle

"Tauros, use Raging Bull!" Lian commanded.

"Moo!"

Tauros whipped itself with its tails as it charged at Blastoise, radiating a fiery red aura.

"Hydro Pump!" Kai countered.

Blastoise aimed its dual cannons at Tauros, unleashing twin torrents of water.

Bang!

Tauros, undeterred, continued charging. However, the force of the Hydro Pump slowed its advance, and it began to lose momentum. The relentless water blast eventually pushed Tauros back.

"Rain Dance!" Kai ordered.

Blastoise summoned dark clouds above the battlefield, and rain began to fall. The drizzle invigorated Blastoise while dampening Tauros's fiery energy.

Giga Impact vs. Hydro Pump

"Enough of this! Tauros, use Giga Impact!" Lian shouted.

"Moo!"

Tauros charged again, this time shrouded in a swirling cyclone of energy. The sheer power of its momentum made it impossible to dodge.

"Water Pulse!" Kai instructed.

Blastoise fired a rippling orb of water, but it wasn't enough to stop the charging Tauros.

"Protect!" Kai shouted as Tauros closed in.

Blastoise generated a green energy shield just in time.

Bang!

Tauros slammed into the barrier with full force, but the shield held firm. Exhausted from the Giga Impact, Tauros stood still, unable to move.

Kai seized the opportunity. "Checkmate! Use Hydro Pump!"

Blastoise's cannons adjusted their angle, firing a powerful blast of water. The attack struck Tauros head-on, sending it flying across the field.

Crash!

Tauros hit the far wall and collapsed, unable to continue.

Victory

"Tauros is unable to battle! Blastoise wins!" the referee announced.

"All of Gym Leader Lian's Pokémon have been defeated. The challenger Kai is the winner!"

Lian stepped forward, smiling despite his loss. "That was an impressive battle. You've earned this."

He handed Kai the Hengbin Gym Badge, a symbol of victory and perseverance.

Kai smiled, looking at the badge in his hand. "Thank you. This is just the beginning."
