After getting off the Ferris wheel, Midoriya handed Eri to Hado Nejire. This senior really liked Eri.

"Next, let's ride the pirate ship!"

Hado happily nuzzled Eri's cheek and carried her to the next ride, with Midoriya and the others following behind.

"Midoriya, why do you look so upset?" 

On the way, Uraraka Ochako noticed Midoriya's strange expression and asked with concern.

"It's nothing..." 

"Really?"

Takeyama Urei was also puzzled but didn't press further when she saw that Midoriya didn't want to talk about it.

While on the Ferris wheel, Midoriya Izuku had learned more about Eri's situation, and now he felt completely overwhelmed. His emotions were starting to get out of control.

The situation was too cruel, and Midoriya didn't want to tell the other girls yet. He decided to wait until Mirio-senpai and the heroes and police arrived to explain everything to them.

For now, he would keep the matter to himself and just enjoy his time with Eri.

They rode the pirate ship, played bumper cars, and after almost two hours, Midoriya Izuku and the other girls rested by the fountain. A person dressed in a teddy bear costume was handing out balloons to the children. They were probably a staff member from the amusement park.

Midoriya noticed that Eri was staring at the person in the teddy bear costume. He gently patted her head.

"Eri, do you want a balloon?"

"Mm..."

Although still a little shy, Eri was much more cheerful than before. With the kind big brother and big sisters by her side, she wasn't as scared anymore.

"Wait for me here."

Midoriya Izuku walked over to the teddy bear mascot, ready to get a balloon for Eri.

The children in line happily received colorful balloons and left. Kids are easily pleased—sometimes, even a small balloon can make them smile.

When it was Midoriya's turn, the person in the teddy bear costume handed him a red balloon.

"Does that little girl want one?"

"Mm!"

The teddy bear mascot pointed to Eri, who was sitting on the bench with an eager expression. Midoriya Izuku answered honestly, as it wasn't a big deal.

"She really looks great now. When I first saw her... her face was full of despair and helplessness."

"What!?"

The teddy bear mascot suddenly said this, and Midoriya Izuku immediately became alert.

"Midoriya, only you can save this child!"

"League of Villains!!?"

Midoriya Izuku reacted quickly, and without saying anything, he immediately took action. His right arm transformed into steel wire and wrapped around the toy bear doll in front of him. However, the result was unexpected.

The toy bear doll fell apart and collapsed onto the ground, revealing that it was completely empty inside. The person who had been inside had clearly vanished and escaped.

"Midoriya-kun!"

The sudden event caused Takeyama Urei and Ochako, who were sitting at a bench in the distance, to rush over. Midoriya, on the other hand, remained silent as he crouched down, checking the toy bear doll's costume.

"He got away..."

In that moment, Midoriya Izuku could probably confirm who the person inside the toy bear doll had been. It was most likely the one who had brought Eri to him—Kurogiri, the man from the "League of Villains."

In the end, the fun day at the amusement park was cut short. The appearance of the "League of Villains" forced Midoriya and the others to take Eri away. Their plan to make the little girl happy was ruined.

At the police station, both All Might and Nighteye had arrived. The information that Togata Mirio sent them had made them take the situation seriously.

Eri was being accompanied by Hado Nejire, as she now needed to cooperate with the police for an investigation. The officers had to get all the information from the little girl.

In another room, Midoriya Izuku, Togata Mirio, All Might, and Nighteye were all together, discussing the situation.

Midoriya shared the information he had gathered from Eri with the others. When All Might and Togata Mirio heard it, their faces became grim. They couldn't stand the idea of a little girl going through such a tragedy.

"This isn't simple... Midoriya, you said you encountered that guy called Kurogiri, right?"

Nighteye adjusted his glasses and thought over everything. He feared that things were about to get very difficult.

"Yeah... It seems like he purposely brought Eri to me. I don't know what his plan is."

"I see..." 

The more Nighteye thought about it, the more worried he became. It seemed like the future he had seen was slowly coming closer.

"Regardless, I will never allow this to happen!"

"Exactly! Otherwise, the name of a hero would be nothing but a cry."

All Might and Togata Mirio spoke firmly, and this reassured Midoriya Izuku. He was confident that the "Symbol of Peace" and "Mirio" would protect Eri-chan.

On Eri's side, the questioning went surprisingly smoothly. They had managed to find out more details about Eri's identity and her current relatives.

Officer Tsukauchi, who was in charge of the "League of Villains" case, was also overseeing Eri's situation. Since this case was connected to the "League of Villains," he was working alongside All Might on the matter.

"After our colleagues worked hard to investigate, we've uncovered the truth about this little girl named Eri."

In the office room, Officer Tsuru explained the situation to Midoriya and the others.

"Eri-chan's Quirk is extremely dangerous. It seems that when she was awakening her Quirk, her father came into contact with her. It's said that he completely disappeared... Based on the situation, it's likely that her father died." 

"What?!!"

Midoriya's eyes widened in shock. He remembered something Eri had said recently: "My daddy disappeared... my mommy doesn't want me..." Was this what she had meant?

"Now, the key point: Eri's mother is the daughter of the leader of 'Shie Hassaikai.' After Eri's father disappeared, her mother sent Eri to her grandfather."

"So, what you're saying is that Eri is being taken care of by her grandfather, the head of 'Shie Hassaikai.'"

Tsukauchi's words made everyone present think deeply, and All Might asked:

"Are you saying that Eri is being used by her grandfather for illegal experiments?"

"That's not it."

Tsukauchi shook his head and corrected himself:

"As far as we know, the head of 'Shie Hassaikai' has been in a coma for some time. Now, the organization is being controlled by a young man named 'Chisaki.'"

"So it's that guy's doing!?"

Togata Mirio's words were confirmed by Tsukauchi with a nod. He said seriously:

"I've already issued a search warrant, and we will be conducting a thorough search of 'Shie Hassaikai.' I hope you can join me."

"No problem!"

All Might gave a thumbs-up to confirm. Next, it was his duty as a hero to defeat any enemies who dared resist.

Midoriya Izuku felt relieved... The heroes and the police were about to take action, and everyone would work together to rescue Eri from her situation.

In a dark room, All For One looked at Kurogiri, who had appeared out of nowhere, and asked:

"Did you take care of everything?"

"Yes, teacher. The man will follow orders without question."

Kurogiri's answer only made a terrifying smile appear on All For One's face.

"Of course, without my help, he would be facing arrest by the heroes and judgment by the law. But..."

"Now, I'm really looking forward to seeing... when the so-called justice of the law becomes an obstacle. I'm sure All Might's expression will be quite entertaining!"

"Ha ha ha ha!!"

All For One's wild laughter marked the moment when Midoriya Izuku stepped onto an irreversible path, and it was also the moment when self-righteous heroes would be thoroughly embarrassed.
