Michael was stunned into silence.

It's impossible for anyone else to know about his plan to come here. So why did the Asian man in front of him reveal it the first time they met?

For other prisoners in this facility, if their secret was discovered, they would definitely find a way to kill Du Wensen.

But Michael was different. He had only come here to rescue his brother. He hadn't thought about hurting anyone, so now he was conflicted, unsure whether to agree to Du Wensen's offer.

But for some reason, when Michael looked at Du Wensen's smiling face, he felt like his soul had been penetrated. It was as if the person he was thinking about now already knew.

"I can take you with me, but you have to prove to me that you are useful," Michael said, unsure whether to refuse or agree.

"This!" Du Wensen thought for a moment before saying, "Wait a minute, I'll deal with a few people."

After that, he ran towards the white men who had just beaten him.

Michael couldn't understand what was happening. Du Wensen mentioned murder as casually as if he were talking about drinking water.

And Du Wensen had already taken action.

One of the white men saw Du Wensen coming and was about to taunt him. But Du Wensen had already swung his fist and struck him in the neck with precision. The man barely had time to react before Du Wensen passed him and grabbed the second man's head.

With a brutal twist, the third person only reacted in fear and began to retreat.

Du Wensen inserted a finger into the third man's eye, yanked out one eyeball, and punched him in the temple.

The fourth man, terrified, raised his hands and tried to run away.

Du Wensen pulled a six-centimeter iron nail from the third man's clothes and drove it into the back of the fourth man's head.

The fifth man was so frightened that his legs buckled and he knelt down, begging, "Please, please let me go."

"Boom!"

Du Wensen delivered a swift kick, sending the man's head crashing against his neck.

After wiping the blood from his hands, Du Wensen casually took out a cigarette, lit it, and then walked towards Michael, as if nothing had happened. Five twitching corpses and a trembling Kevin, who had soiled himself, were left behind.

"What did you just say? You want me to prove that I'm useful to you? This is not hard." Du Wensen said, pretending to be distressed.

"No, no! Even if you want to prove it, you don't have to kill them! You lunatic! I don't want to cooperate with you—absolutely not!" Michael stepped back a few steps, horrified.

"You're mistaken. I didn't kill them to prove that I'm useful," Du Wensen replied calmly, looking at the approaching prison guards. "I just don't want to be released from prison tomorrow!"

"Don't move! Squat down! Put your head in your hands!"

Du Wensen complied obediently, but his smile was so manic it was unsettling.

It wasn't until Du Wensen was taken away that Michael realized what he had just witnessed. He couldn't help but curse, "Damn it! What did that guy say? He can be released from prison tomorrow? Why is he killing people then? Is it just to escape from prison with me? Madman! This is a real lunatic!"

The next day, Art and Jay came to the prison again. Upon inquiring with the warden, they learned that their target, Du Wensen, could not be taken away.

"Why?" Art asked, a bit surprised.

"Well," the warden explained, pushing the document aside, "according to the law, the prisoner killed someone in prison, and he's not allowed to leave until his next trial."

"He killed someone again?" Art asked, astonished.

"Yeah, he killed five!" the warden replied. "I'm very sorry, but if you want to take him, the only way is to prove his innocence. But that's impossible, because when he killed them, there were dozens of witnesses, and we have it all on tape."

Art looked at the warden intently, then smiled suddenly. "Thank you for telling me all this. Is it okay if I see him now?"

"Of course," the warden agreed. "He's locked up in solitary. I'll have the captain take you there."

"Thank you. You're a very good warden," Art said, extending his hand. "I'll report this to my superiors. Have a great day!"

The warden smiled and shook Art's hand.

Under the guidance of the black, muscular guard captain, Art and Jay soon arrived in front of the dark room where Du Wensen was detained.

"Can you open the door and let me in?" Art asked the guard captain.

The guard captain hesitated.

"It's not that I don't want to open the door, but he's a dangerous person, and your lives might be at risk if you go in," the guard captain explained.

Art knocked on the door and said, "Don't worry, I'll be fine. Open the door!"

"The warden ordered you to bring me here," Art reminded him.

Seeing that his persuasion was fruitless, the guard captain reluctantly took out the key and unlocked the iron door.

The moment the door opened, Art struck the guard captain on the back of the head with a swift palm, knocking him unconscious.

Du Wensen, who was neatly dressed, emerged from the small dark room.

"Let's go."

Art was stunned, still not understanding what Du Wensen meant by that.

"Why are you standing still? Didn't you hear me? Let's go!" Du Wensen urged.

Art had thousands of questions, but he knew this wasn't the time for them. He signaled Jay, and the two of them began walking, protecting Du Wensen as they went.

Surprisingly, they didn't encounter any guards along the way, and the three of them made it out smoothly.

"Art, what's going on? Didn't the warden say he couldn't be let out? Why did you still bring him out?" Jay asked, confused.

"You're too naïve. The warden was just showing us how much favor he could sell. Didn't you listen to me? When I report to the superiors that he's a 'good warden,' that old man just wants us to take him. It's all part of the plan," Art said with disdain.

"Oh, that's it. I didn't understand it at all!" Jay said in admiration.

"Wrong," Du Wensen suddenly spoke up. "The warden didn't want you to take me out like this. He just wanted you to solve the trouble I caused before letting me go. Clearly, you misunderstood. But when he found out you were going to take me out anyway, he helped you get rid of the guards along the way. He should have sounded the alarm immediately to stop you, but by then it was too late."

Art and Jay turned around to see Du Wensen standing behind them, grinning widely.

"How do you—"

*Ding-ding-ding* The alarm suddenly rang loudly throughout the prison.

Art and Jay's expressions changed. They recalled what Du Wensen had just said, and immediately realized what was happening.

"Get in the car, quickly! Let's get out of here!"

"I told you, I d

on't have time to chat here!" Du Wensen said as he jumped into the car, swiftly changing into the clothes inside.
