While they were going out Uday Shetty tried to stop them by giving them threats but then Nargis just gave him a look and said, "If you want to keep your head intact on your body then shut that fucking mouth of yours. Let's go Anveshi."

After saying these words Nargis and Anveshi turned towards the main door while supporting Akram to move with them.

As the three of them moved out of the house, Uday Shetty became very frustrated and angry.

In his frustration and anger Uday Shetty has started to stamp his feet on the ground and shouting very loudly in his house.

His frustration soared up a high level as Uday Shetty began to break the plates and vases that were in house and he even threw his gun onto the TV that was in the living room and broke it as well.

Uday Shetty: "Aaaaaahhhhhh... Akram... you bastard pray to your lucky stars that you die today because if you get one percent of chance of surviving or if you open your eyes then I will rip your heart out of your body and will burn it with my own hands while your remaining body will be thrown in front of the stray dogs who are of your own caste."

The frustration and anger that was inside Uday Shetty for Akram completely turned into hatred and pure killing intent.

Meanwhile Nargis is driving the car and is taking Akram and Anveshi to Dr. Hebah.

On the backseat of the car Akram has been laid down with his head on the lap of Anveshi.

Anveshi: "Nargis please drive fast. We have to save Akram."

Nargis: "Don't worry Anveshi. We will not anything happen to Akram. Call Dr. Hebah and tell her everything and let her prepare everything beforehand."

Anveshi: "Yes I am calling her right away. But you please drive fast."

After complying with the request of Anveshi, Nargis stepped on the peddle of car and increased the speed of the car and race past the traffic.

On the other hand Anveshi took out her phone and dialed the number of Dr. Hebah.

Away from the dense populated area of Vashi, inside a house that has nothing surrounding it except for that single house, a woman wearing the doctor's gown with a mask on her face is stitching a cut of a gangster.

This woman is Dr. Hebah who is the gang doctor of Don Uday Shetty's gang and currently she is treating one of the gang member of Uday Shetty's gang in her treatment room.

Dr. Hebah: "Don't move your body for the next one week and keep it away from any kind of metal or else you will die. Now get out of here."

Finishing the stitching and giving a warning to the gang member, Dr. Hebah turned towards the tray that is near her.

Then she put down the needle and then her gloves on the tray and by this time the gang member has also left her clinic.

Taking off her mask and putting it back on the tray, Dr. Hebah moved out of the treatment room and came back to her own cabin.

As Dr. Hebah entered inside her cabin, she heard her phone ringing. So with a curious look on her face, Hebah went closer to her phone.

Picking up her phone, Hebah saw that the call is coming from Anveshi and this brought a smile on her face.

So she immediately picked up the phone and began the conversation with Anveshi.

Dr. Hebah: "Hello Anveshi. Tell me what new gossip you have ?"

Anveshi: "Hebah where were you ? Why weren't you picking up the phone.*

[Hebah noticed the sadness and anger in the voice of Anveshi that made Hebah to think that something terrible has happened.]

Dr. Hebah: "Anveshi tell me everything."

Anveshi: "Akram has been shot."

Dr. Hebah: "What ? How ? When ? Who did that ?"

Anveshi: "It was Don Uday Shetty who has shot Akram."

[After completing this sentence Anveshi told everything that has happened in this week and then everything that has happened between Don Uday Shetty and Akram and Anveshi.]

Dr. Hebah: "I am preparing everything right away. You bring Akram right away."

Anveshi: "Yes we will reach there very soon. You please get everything ready on time."

Dr. Hebah: "Don't worry."

Cutting the call Dr. Hebah put down her phone and look forward with a serious look but then in the next second a mysterious smile appeared on her face as she uttered, "Interesting... let the game begin..."

After uttering these words with the same mysterious smile on her face Dr. Hebah got up from her chair and moved into the operation room.

After reaching inside the operation room, Dr. Hebah arranged everything for the operation. Even if other than her clinic there is nothing in that surrounding area but Uday Shetty has spent really good money in that clinic and filled all of the equipments, medicines and other things that are required for the treatment and operations but in that clinic only Dr. Hebah is the only person who is working.

In twenty minutes Dr. Hebah arranged all of the things and began to wait for the arrival of Anveshi with Akram at the main entrance of the clinic.

After the next ten minutes Dr. Hebah saw a car coming to the clinic in full speed and as it came near to the clinic Dr. Hebah clearly saw that it's Don Uday Shetty's car.

There was no expression on the face of Dr. Hebah and in just a few seconds the car stopped in front of the clinic.

From the driver seat Nargis got out of the car and then she went towards the passenger door and opened the door and from the inside Anveshi got out of it.

Seeing Anveshi, Dr. Hebah pulled out the stretcher and took it closer to the car and then the three women put Akram on the stretcher.

After that the three of them brought the stretcher and Akram on it into the operation room and then the three of them put Akram on the operation table.

After this Dr. Hebah sent both Anveshi and Nargis out of the operation room and once they both went out Dr. Hebah closed the door behind them.
