"Ichika!" His sister came running at full speed with a tear in her eyes. Because she was running at full speed which was around 50 km/h, she didn't have time to stop and flew into him.

*cough* *cough* "Sis" he was about to die as he couldn't even say anything, his breath was cut short by her sudden flying into him.

"Sorry," she immediately got up and Ichika was able to breathe again. "How are you?" she asked, during the past 3 months, she had only been back for 1 month and she was able to watch over him.

"I'm fine, but it just… that my body might have gone down" His progress was now down, as well as his stamina, so now he can't use chakra again until he managed to build it up. He doesn't need to train as much as before.

"Why are you concerned about that?" His sister was fully aware of how he exercised and what he did. "You should just take a break from that, you need to take care of your health first" she added.

"But-" he was about to say something when he saw her gaze and he stopped. "Okay, I'll take care of myself first," he said nothing else.

"Good, asked the nurse if you need something, I'll go down and grab the wheelchair. Oh, your nurse is our neighbor" She said before walking out of the room. Also, she was going to get a medical-nin to check on Ichika.

"Hmm, no wonder she looks so familiar" he doesn't want to immediately get up, cause he knows that he will probably end up like Mitsuki; the clone/son of Orochimaru.

Laying back down, he looked at the unfamiliar ceiling, 'where was I? Why could I remember it?' the place was the forest, he only knew that it was a dream, but was it really just a lucid dream?

'less than 2 years before the second shinobi world war' *sigh* "What a hazard" he closed his eyes.

Looking at his status, he began planning his workout. While he was thinking about his plan he didn't notice, someone came in and they were short of being around 130cm.

"Ichika!" the girl said as she saw Ichika was not up yet, she ran and hugged him so tight that anyone zoomed in on his vien, they will see a cut.

"Kushina, Ichika just woke up today remember?" the other boy was none other than Minato said to her.

"It's okay, I'm awake" Ichika opened his eyes while saying like he had no air left in his body. "Can you let me go?"

"Sorry," She let go of him Before continuing, "Finally, you're up, do you know how much I miss you?" Kushina's eyes were in tears. Ichika being one of her few (3) friends, was of course going to have a bit of a breakdown after what happened.

"I'm okay now"

"Are you?" both Minato and Kushina asked.

They both were concerned when he just suddenly went blank, only when Kushina and Minato checked that they found him sleeping. They tried to wake him up but he would not wake up so they ran to the neighbor's house and asked for help.

"You're not going back to sleep again right?" Kushina asked him.

"No, I'm not, I'm afraid you might accidentally kill me"

"No, I wouldn't do that," she said in a very low voice that it almost like muttering, of course, Ichika heard this.

"Ichika, how is your body doing? Any news from the doctor?" Minato asked him.

"I think I should be able to leave today, but the doctor is yet to examine them today, my sister is getting them," Ichika said.

"Alright, just don't do like that again"

"Yeah" Kushina done wiping her tears away "Also you need to thank me because I asked sister Tsunade to help you"

"I will, I even visit you when I'm healing up"

While they were talking a medical-nin came in which was Ichika doctor. "Alright, I now need to examine Ichika, can you both wait outside?" she asked

"Yes," Kushina and Minato left.

And then whatever needed to have happened, the doctor said that Ichika was healing quite fast and that he could leave today, and his sister was there to take him with a wheelchair.

And then they left with Ichika, his body was not in good shape, but he was still good.
