Rising of a New Reaper

The robot then put in medication for me to wake up. My eyes opened slowly as the light was bright in the room. I still feel the pain from the implants. I opened and closed my new hand to see if they were alright.

I brought myself off the table and started to stretch. I looked towards the robot and started to give it a command. My iris of my eye glowed red as I have a command.

"Looks like two of the cybernetics so far work. Time to test them out" I said.

I then sprung the blades out of my forearms to see if they worked. I went towards a metal pole I had and slashed it. The pole fell down and was split into 2 pieces. After checking that out I put my now new hands onto the blades.

I was reminded with memories that I had with my old blades. The blades were painted black with crimson splashed on it as it were blood. I felt like the flexibility was much better than the one I had. I wondered if the baby was feed when I was out so I asked the robot if it did. In which it responded yes.

The pain still lingered though I knew it was going to go away in a few minutes. I walked out the room and went to check on the baby. When I went inside of the room I heard the boy trying to say some words but couldn't. I smirked a little.

I went towards the boy and lifted him up from the crib. The boy looked at me and started to laugh. He then grabbed my face and was having fun. Though I felt annoyed that the baby did that I let it slide. My stomach then rumbled and so did the kid. I contacted the robot come over and ready the kid for some food.

I went downstairs and into the kitchen. I checked for some ingredients that weren't expired. I had a bunch of ingredients that I could use to make many dishes but I ended up making sopes. Sopes is a known Mexican dish. It was one of my favorite foods I once ate a lot because of my father used to make it with my mother. I also found some baby food for the boy.

I immediately started cooking which took about 45 minutes. Once I set me food on the table to eat, I began to first feed the baby first. I paused for a moment realizing something.

" I never named you have I? Well I'll name you after my father, David Vasquez." I said

David started to clap his hands as if it liked the name. I smiles before starting to feed the kid again. After I fed him, I told the robot to put the kid to sleep. After the robot went away with the kid, I started to eat my food. Though my food was already cold I still ate it.

Once I was finished I put the dishes into the sink. I went towards the couch and fell asleep since I was going to train with the cybernetics tomorrow.

It was morning. I woke up and rolled off the couch to wake up completely. I stood up and went to the bath room and brushed my teeth with the new toothpaste I found. I also took a bath afterwards. Once I left the bathroom, I went towards the room the baby was in.

I checked if he needed any milk.

But i saw the kid already had bottle of milk. Though I remember not giving the kid milk but then it hit me. It was the robot that probably did. I picked up the kid since he was already awake. I checked his diaper if he needed a new one but he didn't.

I placed him back inside the crib and put a blanket over him. I then told the robot to contact me if the kid needs anything. I went outside to begin training but I was immediately interrupted.

Change of plans Sebastian. They're three miles out from the location get ready to kill them.

Though I was a bit pissed because Athens subordinate called me by my real name. But they were right. I went back inside to get ready. I went to get my prototype suit that I have. It was a small slime like substance.

I placed it it on top my shoulder so It can fully integrate with my clothing. I communicated with the robot telling it to protect the boy at all cost. The response I got was,

"It will be my pleasure Master."

I walked out the place I was in and hid on top of one of the buildings near the entrance. I saw trucks containing people and children come in through the entrance. Though I wanted to kill them now I couldn't since they would immediately kill me on site, so I waited for night time to come.

Once nightfall came, I lifted myself off the ground. I stood there watching.

"Hey Athens subordinate, could you do me two favors?" I questioned.

What is it?

"Could you give me the location of every gang member here and give me the information of the ones who raped some people here?" I asked.

Sure. Currently most of the members are dealing with the buyers who are in town square. The ones who raped some of the women are about to do it again in the building nest to you

"Alright thank you." I responded.

I was about to make a mp3 player with the powers that Athen gave me. For other people it may seem useless but for me it's the last connection that I have with my father.

A mp3 player then appeared. It dropped into my hand. I turned it on and scrolled down to one of my favorite songs. I put in my earbuds and started the song.
