Samson: The Undead

Chapter 14: Chapter 4 Episode 11

"Oh great Lord Romares, I humbly ask you to smite, or give me the strength to annihilate these disgusting swine which hold me against my will. I ask you…"

Snapping her head in the direction of their hostage Nutri beamed at him with extreme malice. "If i were you I would watch your tongue, before you lose it."

Gritting his teeth in anger the prisoner spat on the ground. "My Lord Romares will destroy each one of you even after my death."

"Your God does not exist but I do." Eyes glowing red the Inkan walked up on the hostage. "And so does my hunger."

"Nutri." Spinning around to face her brother, Nutri's eyes calmed back to their sea of brown. "When did you acquire the ability to speak their tongue?"

Lifting her head in confusion Nutri shook her head. "You don't understand him."

Cocking his head back then shaking it slowly Tecto answered, "No."

 "JunBee?"

Shaking his head, JunBee replied, "No but i can talk to the animals that I have devoured and command them as I will."

"Hmm." placing his hand up to his chin, Tecto's eyes darted from Nutri to JunBee. "You devoured one of his companions and gain the ability of their speech." Bobbing his head the Inkan asked, "have there been any other strange coincidences since your consumption."

Shifting her eyes in thought Nutri said head bobbed. "Yes, I dreamed of those I consumed life's path."

Eyes sparkling, Tecto's whole face began to glow. "It seems that you gain the memories of whomever you devour." Rubbing his chin he whispered to himself. "I wonder if there are any limitations to the devouring." Gazing at JunBee the Inkan said. "JunBee, do your ability limit you to just the commandment of the beasts you consume."

Shrugging his shoulders, JunBee thought long and hard. "I believe I also received their genes and traits for the other day after devouring a snake for biting me as I peed I received thermal imagery and the ability to pick up vibrations."

"Okay." tapping his chin a smile creeped over Tecto's face. "Then that means…" bobbing his head with surety the inkan said. "Nutri if you gain the recollections of those men you consumed then you should be able to use their skills and experiences." Grinning even wider, the Inkan stood erect with certainty. "Now only if there's a way to test this theory."

"Woah" running to the forefront of the Tapis Mellifera, Samson leaned on its long turtle neck. "It's beautiful."

"Welcome to the city of Aneuroma known for its vivacious plant life and its residence within the heavens."

"An…ne…roma." yawning as she awoke from her nap, Sarai rubbed her eyes. "That's one of the Burgh's of my kingdom."

"That's correct." replied Abbott. "This is one of your parents' most advanced cities. It's a safe haven for all things mystical."

"Yep" remarked Sarai. "It is the first out of 114 cities."

"It seems that you know your Kingdom."

"Mama always said that one who doesn't know their lineage or history doesn't know themselves and therefore can never fully wield or know the depths of their capabilities."

"Your mama is a wise woman."

"I know." replied Sarai with a giant smile. "That's why I want to be just like her."

"What about your father?" asked Abbott.

"I want to be like daddy as well, for he told me that a true warrior knows how to delve in their masculinity as well as their femininity in a perfect balance. That means we know when to fight and nurture for both can be expressions of love."

Laughing softly with a shake of his head, Abbott 's face lit up. "You sure are wise for only four cycles."

"Knowledge is power."

Opening his mouth to speak "hawooom" sung the Tapis Mellifera releasing its whale-like call, as it landed on the island with a rumble of its gargantuan body.

"Abbott The Omega it has been a century yet you still look as if you are in your third or second decennary."

"Well Acil The Quickset it was my third decennary when my quirk took full effect."

"That explains everything." Said their host with a shake of his head.

"Hey Acil." Shouted Sarai popping her head over the edge of the Quintessence Shells.

Flying backwards at the sight of Sarai, Acil Tapped her hooved feet on the ground picking up the entire layout of the land and everything on it within a hundred mile diameter. Opening her eyes from the black and white experience the Chisapho fell to her lion paws then catapulted into the air flying into the air. Batting her feathered black wings Acil zipped into the air capturing Sarai in her arms. "My Warrior Princess." Glaring up at Abbott she asked. "What are you doing here?"

"Culus and Mina left me with Samson."

"Really?" Throwing a side glance at The Omega he shrugged. "Well, nevertheless, shall we go." Flying off the Tapis Mallifera Acil landed next to Samson. "I wouldn't touch that. You see those two yellow bulbs with the red dots, one touch and electricity will surge through them and the plant will shock you. They are also carnivorous and poisonous as well. Do not allow the purple, yellow, and red colors to misinterpret you. Actually most of the creatures in these jungles are highly dangerous. Which is no place for a princess."

"But I'm a warrior!" Sarai Rebuttal.

"But yet only four cycles."

 "But."

"No buts."

Pouting and crossing her arms Sarai said. "Fine but I want you to use Stone Vector this time it's more fun."

"As you please." Replied Acil with a whip of her lion tail and a bow. Clasping both hands together, yee, int, aht, boosh, the earth rose and formed into a tiny jet. "Interesting fact."

"Oooo I love these." Sarai shouted, while climbing into the rocket. "What is it?"

Though, Tapis Melliferas' are in the Testidine family their shells are like those of bees and their hives. Its scales on the shell is always moving yet aligning which creates an anti-gravity field around this gargantuan creature which keeps it afloat and invisible to all below it."

Looking up at the Quintessence a crown of light from the sun sat on his head as it ripped away at boat size leaves Samson said. " That's Amazing."

"Yep and there's much more facts to come. But first sit back so I can buckle you up for this will be a swift yet wild ride." Said Acil.

"Yaaay" shouted Sarai before the jet burst off flying through the jungle, floating along the vector lines created by Acil.

Wooooosh, flowing through and around Tecto the breeze ruffled his locks causing them to flutter in the wind like the hundreds of butterfly-like insects dancing from flower to flower. "From here on out our…no your lives are going to change…hell it already has. You have been reborn and it is now time to learn every aspect of your new profound existence." Shifting his gaze between Nutri and JunBee, Tecto continued. "So far we have gathered that every nine days your hunger reaches it peak and without sustenance your body begins to deteriorate. We are also aware that this hunger sends you into a raving feral state which could lead to the spread of this contagion. For it seems that only hostile intentions cause this trait to take effect. Then there's the difference in your consumption. JunBee you find animals delectable and retain their genetic information to use and utilize at will. The question that forms is does this ability extends to insects, birds, and aquatic creatures or are beasts of the land are its only exception. Then we have to also have to work out the different methods and usage of these different characteristics." Turning to his sister the Inkan told her Nutri I will leave that to you for you are more adverse in that area. Nurturing and education is certainly your field. I will also need you to teach JunBee the art of reading and writing for physical force will not be our only force of survival. Intellect and intuition plays a valuable part. I will come up with a training regiment to test the fullness of your capabilities. We will also examine how the human experiences you collect can and will come in handy. Plus I wonder if you could utilize the Quirks of other Evols." Tapping his fingers together one by one Tecto's crooked grin became even more sinister. All that will be the easiest part of our venture. The hardest will be the manipulation and capture of those that are devoured." Looking around and drooping low the Inkan voice fell to an almost whisper. "Those that we strike will be the cruel, savage beings which threaten and harm others. We will scout out every meal and place judgment on those deemed fit. Regardless of our acts we are not monsters, we are like all else in and on this earth fighting for its survival and progressing everly towards its purpose." Dropping into a cross-leg position Tecto raised his goblet. "To Life."
