Samson: The Undead

Chapter 21: Chapter 4 Episode 18

"Found you…you…abomination." Popping out of a meditation Oneef head swerved to the east peering out at the sea of sand before him. "I have located the Princess."

"Tell me Shadow Throne…" taking a sip of his mead Madaurai side-eyed Oneef. "Tell me Djinn how is it that you are able to locate the presence of the Princess yet not have the ability to attain her as of now."

Biting down with anger Oneef stood up. "I am a Djinn and we Djinns are able to recognize each other even if one is an abomination."

Raising a brow in curiosity Madaurai took another sip of his mead. "Explain please."

"The boy with her. Might be a Ruach but he is a Djinn as well."

"I don't understand."

"Neither do I." Clenching his fist at the cringing thought of a carbon based Djinn, Oneef shook his head. "We Djinn are made of a smokeless fire while ruachs are made of clay earth itself." Rubbing his scaly chin in though the Shadow Throne pondered on Samson's abilities. "I would say the boy was under possession yet his shadow displays no sign of it. He is neither bred by Djinn and Ruach."

"That's interesting." Bobbing his head up and down Maduarai drummed his fingers on his knee. "Does that mean that you might be able to access abilities?"

"Unfortunately that is not a possibility. We Djinns are just as unique as the third density for we are ever changing forms. For we have not one."

Nodding his head Madaurai took another sip. "Do you have any excess information on the Omega?"

"Only that which you have acquired."

Nodding his head The Ibex stood up. "Matters not I guess. I will find a way to climb this mountain."

"Uhhhf" groaned JunBee as he woke up with a stretch. "What?" blinking his eyes and shaking his head the SouBei opened his mouth to speak but no words came out. "What's going on? where's the light?" he thought while floating in a sea of darkness.

"You are the light." a voice called back to him. Halting his ever spinning rotation, JunBee awareness focused on the voice yet still took in its surroundings with each spark of a star in the background. "You have now reached a new level of awareness. Instinct has become Cognition." Absorbing the thoughts into his being before he could speak, the voice replied. "I am your higher-self. I am that which you truly are in every essence. The light before you projects from me and the stars are the infinite portals to our ascension. Let's expand and evolve." Feeling nothing but a vibrating calm JunBee had another thought but himself knew. "What we are has no name for we have no form except the current vessel we hold. With every beast we consume our energetic pattern alters, condenses and expands. At every moment we are creating our being…I can only show you the path your experiences, mind, and will will determine our destiny…If you want to find me I am in the place that is hidden within the darkness…You are a GOD but you can live as man or beast if that is what you will…Seek and you shall find."

Jolting awake from his consciousness re-entering his body, JunBee took a breath of life. "Grrrr" growling, JunBee's head swerved to the right with annoyance. "Vulture's." Spotting every movement the carrion's made after images began to form of the vultures. "What?" Blinking his eyes at how his mind took in his surroundings regardless of if his eyes were on them or not.

Standing on his feet JunBee staggered at the sight of the vultures taking off one by one moving following their chosen images into the heavens beyond. Laughing, JunBee took a deep breath taking in the carcass of the Voisarro, drooling at the taste of rotting flesh in the air. "You are only a beast if you choose it." Catching a flash of his higher self, JunBee closed his eyes. "Nutri, where are you?" Pinpointing her miles away he peeked at the corpse one last time exhaling with a shake of his head. "Time to go"

"Where are you?" Muttered Oneef while scanning the desert sands.

"I thought you could feel the presence of this young Djinn…"

"He is not a djinn!" Snapped Oneef. "He is an abomination, he is not made from the smokeless flame but of the earth. He is a ruach who has been fused with that of a djinn in some form of manner.

"Prepare yourselves." Peering through the dimly lit darkness ahead Abbott whipped Arion's reigns. "We have company."

With a clack of its claws the Mermot understood. Picking up its pace as it neared the exit foosh the ceiling opened and the ground spat them out of the tunnel onto the smoldering hot grains of the desert.

"Hey." breaking up Oneef's and Madurai's argument, Sarahi pointed. "What's that down there?"

Tossing his head into the direction Oneef's eyes lit with fire. "The abomination…" Clenching his fist and gritting his teeth, Djinn stood up. "That abomination will be slain by my hands. I will assist with the execution of the Omega once the death of that monstrosity is complete."

"Wait." Placing a hand in front of Shadow Throne, Sarahi stopped him. "Allow me to be of assistance." Taking a deep breath the insectoid whistled through his fingers.

"Abhah." Staring up at the sky, Samson tilted his head. "Where did the black clouds come from?"

Boom, streaking down in a bolt of lightning a navy and ice blue husky of a quint with white stripes appeared next to Sarahi side. "Cublo." shouted the insectoid. Wrapping his arms around the stormhound, Sarahi glanced over at Oneef. "I need you to assist our comrade."

Howling its reply the boom, boooom, lightning commenced to rumble and the thunder roared. Smirking at the intensity and speed of the wind Oneef took a peek back at the bronzen giant. "Finally you show your worth." Disregarding the tornadoes now spiraling to the downwards, Shadow Throne kept his sights on Samson.

Poosh, Catching Shadow Throne's hand before it could pierce his heart Samson's beamed into the eyes of the Djinn with burning red eyes. "Leave Sarai…" cocking his arm back, his claws extended out like blades.

Sensing the danger not only in the SouBei's eyes but in the energy gathering around him Shadow Throne teleported out of the way sensing the danger in both the strike and the child.

"So he wields the ability to shapeshift." thought Abbot with a swift glance of his disciple. "How does that work?"

Enyan boom! Streaking to the earth on the back of his Stormhound a grin formed on Sarachi's face at the parry of his attack. Bolting backwards before The Omega could touch his master the Quintessence howled upon landing releasing waves of thunder with its roar.

Beeennn cranking ant-like wings to life Samson rose off Arion and shot across the sky like a comet after Shadow Throne.

Materializing into space Oneef's eyes bulged out their socket in shock. "How?" Teleporting a boulder in the way of his aggressor's punch Shadow Throne shoved an energy blast in his foes face. Boom!

"I won't." Thinking about Sarai as he sailed across the sky a reddish black exoskeleton began to form around Samson's body. Poosh! Landing in a dune like a pool of pillows, The Undead generated an electromagnetic force field to negate and toss shadow throne to the side.

Sliding along the sand like a skater wiggling his arms to keep balance, Oneef swiftly caught bearings at the pounce of his foe. "You abomination, I will show you the true power a Djinn possesses."

"Abomination?" Watching his attackers in slow motion The Omega eyes swept to his Pealim. "How haven't I noticed?" Redirecting his enemies, Abbott teleported between Shadow Throne and his Disciple.

"What." Leaning backwards from The Omega invading his space, Shadow Throne manipulated the Shadows around them causing them shoot up like blades of spring.

Transmitting both Samson and himself in the air, The Omega took a gander at Madurai shifting the earth causing large slabs of it to break free from their body to sling themselves at the Mermot which jumped, weaved, crawled and even bounced past all their advances.

"Hmm" acknowledging the Quint's agility with a huff of enthusiasm The Ibex redirected the slabs causing them to swerve around and surround the beast like sharks.

Taking in everything with its stalked eyes, Arion calculated the timing and movements of the slabs within a second then pounced by leaping in the air running along a hunk jumping off it, bouncing off another, then climbing up the next.

"Pointless." thought Madurai while manipulating the stone slabs circle the Quint in all directions and angles before firing randomly.

Blowing out a laugh at the dexterity of Arion, Abbott slid his gaze on Oneef who teleported a few feet away from him. Slipping a swift glance back over at the Mermot and Sarai, The Omega couldn't help but bust out in laughter.

"Why is it that you laugh, Omega?"

"Pardon me I mean no disrespect but your comrade attempts have posed to be of assistance." Observing how Shadow Throne awareness remained on him even though his gaze may have parted, Abbott hovered without movement. "I give thanks to you Oneef of Shadow Throne for you have opened my now I Know. Next when you see Samson." Lifting up the unconscious dangling child in his arm Abbott lowered him once again. "He shall be capable of standing on his own." Teleporting into the silking thread ball of web made by Arion, The Omega teleported everyone out of danger unseen.
