Wright stood in front of the gates of the academy with a peaceful expression; he had finally made it. His hardwork and effort did not betray him.

His journey was arduous but it was pretty interesting, after all who else could say that they killed the Daemon of Destiny as an Aspirant.

Thinking back to how his Nightmare unfolded, Wright silently chuckled. His trial took place in the finale of the Doom War, his role was the King's trusted aide; the King had sided with the Daemons and as such they were currently fighting alongside them.

Wright knew his choice was not good so he spent two months quietly manipulating the events to dethrone the King. After his execution, Wright then joined the side of the Gods and participated in the final battle; where he and his army of Sacreds were able to kill the Daemon of Destiny.

In that Age God's and Daemons walked the Earth and even Supreme's were treated like common Awakened. But, the slaughter of the Daemon of Destiny yielded something beyond his wildest imagination — it was his lineage. Wright had gained the lineage of the Daemon of Destiny.

The battle was hard, straining and arduous but the benefits he reaped were worth it. Wright almost felt like he was Amanises the Goddess of Misfortune. The weapon the Daemon of Destiny wielded was also nothing to scoff at.

It was called [Unity], a weapon that could grow stronger with its user. [Unity] was not at its peak as such it was easier to defeat the Daemon of Destiny but if it was at its epitome of power — Wright shuddered to think of the outcome.

The world of Shadow Slave was interesting; it was nothing like his past life — yes you heard him. Before transmigrating into the world of Shadow Slave, Wright was jobless as fuck; he had re-watched One Piece almost seven times and had read LOTM twice.

Wright had also read Shadow Slave quite a number of times. But, he knew he couldn't expect this world to be just like how it was described in this novel, he knew he might perish at any moment; after all in this world even the Gods weren't safe from their demise.

Wright quietly brought up his runes.

Wright's eyes widened in surprise he hadn't checked his runes before coming here as such he was thoroughly astounded.

'Isn't this a bit overpowered?, I get that they start weak and by gaining more fragments they can grow stronger but this too strong.'

Wright pursed his lips with unease before he chuckled loudly: 'Why am I worried that these are too powerful, in this world even the Gods died; I should be thankful that I got such powers!'

His eyes then drifted to his memory — [Unity]; the only thing he knew about it was that it grew stronger with its user but he did not know much about it. He wanted to check its runes but stopped.

He decided to look at it later; his eyes then drifted to the others who arrived — by his side was Sunny, it was surprising that he and Sunny were in the same station.

Sunny or Sunless one of the Fated ones; favored by Fate and who would bear the lineage of Weaver. One who would stand together with Nephis.

The next person he saw was Nephis or Neph of the Immortal Flame Clan; a person who desired to conquer the Nightmare Spell, not desired — would conquer the Nightmare Spell.

Then finally there was him; a boy who just wanted to live a quiet and peaceful life aka laze off and read webtoons.

A/N - So what do you think of the chapter; do you like it. I've always loved Ben 10 and after it was kinda banned in my country I spent five years trying to find a place to watch it. So, when I could finally watched Ben 10, I wanted to write a Fan-Fic on it. So, this is how the story came to be
