Chapter 8: Chapter 8 {Great Grandparents}
*lAs the ship descended into the city, the triplets gazed out the windows in awe. The city was made entirely of crystal, with towering spires and glittering buildings that refracted the light into a kaleidoscope of colors. The air was filled with a gentle hum of magic, and the scent of crystal dust wafted through the air.
Aika's eyes shone with nostalgia.
"I used to come here as a child," she said, her voice soft.
"My parents would bring me to the Crystal Market, and I would spend hours exploring the stalls and marveling at the wonders of the city."
The ship landed with a gentle thud, and the triplets quickly unbuckled their seatbelts. Aika led the way, her long strides carrying her quickly through the ship's corridors and out into the bright, crystal-filled air.
As they emerged from the ship, a figure awaited them. He was tall and slender, with piercing blue eyes and hair as white as snow. He bowed low, his movements fluid and elegant.
"Welcome, Lady Aika," he said, his voice low and smooth.
"I am Elric, your escort and guide in Gleras Crystal City. I trust your journey was uneventful?"
Aika smiled, her eyes sparkling with amusement.
"Uneventful, indeed," she said, her voice dry.
"But we're here now, and I'm eager to explore the city. Lead on, Elric."
Aika was cold and indifferent while she sat inside the flying car the kids where tired so they fall asleep and all of them leaned on Aika her eyes were also closed she took a deep breath and her fingers ran through Tun Tun fur before she decided to take a small nap she was going to Xanaz Capital City it was known to have many mages, entertainment industries stars, and other industries not only that many rich people live there.
Aika's eyes fluttered closed, her breathing slowed, and she drifted off to sleep, surrounded by her children's gentle snores. The flying car hummed softly, carrying them towards Xanaz Capital City, a place of magic, wonder, and endless possibilities. Tun Tun snuggled closer, its soft fur a comforting presence as Aika's fingers continued to stroke it, even in her sleep.
The flying car glided smoothly through the air, navigating the winding roads and towering skyscrapers of Xanaz Capital City. As they approached the city center, the sounds of the city grew louder - the chatter of pedestrians, the wail of sirens, and the distant thrum of music. The car's autopilot system expertly avoided other air traffic, weaving through the crowded skies with ease.
As they flew over the city, Aika's eyes remained closed, her face serene. The children slept soundly, exhausted from their journey. The only sound was the soft hum of the car's engines and the gentle rustle of Tun Tun's fur as it shifted in Aika's lap.
The flying car began its descent, slowing down as it approached the landing pad on the rooftop of a sleek, modern skyscraper. The car's lights flashed, and the engine died, signaling their arrival. Aika's eyes flickered open, and she sat up, stretching her long, lithe body. The children stirred, yawning and rubbing their eyes.
"We're here," Aika said, her voice low and smooth.
"Xanaz Capital City. Our new home."
"WOW mama this is our great grandparents Estate the Sunset Estate!?" The triplets shouted and bounced up and down. Aika stuck her long beautiful legs out this was the city she grew up even if she was misplaced she wasn't treated kindly among her family but that's all in her past she gently picked up her kids who wanted to be carried. This was her master parents place also her godparents. A servant smiled brightly.
"Lady Aika please come and the little ones please welcome, Old Madam Cathy, and Old Master Nick are excited to see you," The servant said.
"Thank you we have something inside the car."
Aika smiled, her eyes sparkling with warmth.
"Thank you, I'll get it. Just give us a minute." She turned to the triplets.
"Let's get our things, kids. We don't want to keep our great-grandparents waiting." The triplets nodded, excitement still radiating from their faces as they helped Aika gather their belongings.
Aika led the way, carrying a large bag and with Tun Tun perched on her shoulder. The triplets bounced along beside her, chattering excitedly about their arrival at the Sunset Estate. The servant, a kindly-looking woman with a warm smile, led them to the entrance of the estate, where a stately woman and a dignified-looking man stood waiting.
"Ah, Aika, dear, it's so wonderful to see you!" The woman, Old Madam Cathy, exclaimed, opening her arms wide for a hug. Aika smiled and hugged her back, feeling a warmth and love that she had never experienced from her own parents.
"And these must be the triplets!" Old Master Nick boomed, his eyes twinkling with delight.
"Come here, come here, my little great-grandchildren!" The triplets giggled and ran to him, hugging his legs and looking up at him with wide eyes.
Aika smiled, feeling a sense of peace and belonging wash over her. This was where she belonged, surrounded by people who loved and accepted her for who she was. She felt a sense of gratitude towards her godparents, who had always been there for her, even when her own parents had rejected her.
"Let's go inside, shall we?" Old Madam Cathy suggested, smiling.
"We have a lovely lunch prepared for you, and we can catch up on everything that's been happening in your life, Aika."
Aika nodded, following her godparents into the estate, with the triplets skipping along beside her. She felt a sense of excitement and anticipation, knowing that she was about to embark on a new chapter in her life, one filled with love, acceptance, and happiness.
"Oh my dear don't be cold, emotionless, and indifferent," Old Madam Cathy said gently and rubbed Aika cheeks her adaptive parents were cruel she was raised by them so she is thankful to them but she is worried about her brother Victor before she was kicked out she had a ten year old brother he must be seventeen years old now. She needs to make sure he is okay she hasn't talked to him for seven years old. But she also knew when people find out she is back they will think the worst of her and she is ready for that.

Aika's expression softened slightly at Old Madam Cathy's touch, but her eyes remained guarded.
"I'm fine, thank you for worrying about me," she said, her voice low and even. She glanced around the room, her mind already turning to her brother Victor and the uncertain reunion that lay ahead.
