Two hours later, three figures were running through the woods. They were Uzuki Yugao, Gekkou Hayate, and Chiyo.
"They should be catching up soon," Gekkou Hayate said. "I can feel the remaining chakra around here, which means the invaders are not far away from us."
"Hayate, are you sure you can deal with the invaders?" asked Uzuki Yugao.
Gekkou Hayate shook his head. "I can't tell before I meet them, but since they were able to invade Sand Village and successfully capture the Kazekage, it means they are quite strong. Chiyo-sama, there are two invaders, right?"
Chiyo nodded.
Gekkou Hayate thought, "Two people were able to enter Sand Village and capture the Kazekage, which means their strength is almost at the level of Lady Tsunade. I wonder if the three of us can deal with them. Tsk, it's a bit tricky."

Chiyo also took out a humanoid puppet.
But Uzuki Yugao was dumbfounded and did not move.

She slashed with her sword, and the man disappeared again and appeared behind Uzuki Yugao.
"So fast!" Uzuki Yugao's heart sank suddenly.
The man slapped Uzuki Yugao's neck with a palm.
Boom!
Uzuki Yugao's eyes rolled back, and she fainted.
"Yugao!" Gekkou Hayate climbed up with great pain. "Don't try to hurt Yugao! Your opponent is me!"
The man glanced at him and ignored him, looking at Chiyo in the distance.
Chiyo narrowed her eyes slightly. "Do you regard me as the biggest threat? It seems that you have good judgment. Compared with the two of them, I have more combat experience."
The man walked towards Chiyo with his Zanpakutō.
"I will not surrender without a fight." Chiyo waved her hand, and a humanoid puppet appeared beside her.
The man seemed not to notice and continued to walk towards Chiyo.
"Hey! How dare you ignore me!" Gekkou Hayate rushed to the man from behind. "Konoha Style Kenjutsu: Mikazuki—"

This knife pierced straight through Gekkou Hayate's heart.
