Superman’s Saiyan little brother

Chapter 83: The Giant Ape Becomes a Fish

Just as the giant ape Robert stepped on the Abomination for the first time, it was clearly just the beginning of his assault. In the next moment, he began to stomp on the ground continuously!

"Boom!"

"Boom!"

"Boom!"

...

As the giant ape Robert launched his war stomp, the surrounding ground trembled incessantly. Even in New York's urban area, slight vibrations could be felt. Beneath Robert's feet, even the inhuman Abomination's bones were completely crushed, its flesh and blood indistinguishably merged with the earth, hanging on by just a thread of life.

"Whoosh!" Just as the giant ape Robert was about to continue his attack, a missile was launched towards his head, followed by the appearance of several armed helicopters nearby.

"What is this monster?" The pilots and soldiers were greatly shocked upon seeing the fifteen-meter-tall giant ape Robert. They had already been astounded by the Hulk and the Abomination, who were over two meters tall. But now, the giant ape Robert was challenging their perceptions even further. They even wondered if this was a secret research result from some military laboratory that had leaked out...

However, the soldiers quickly regained their composure, following orders from the rear. They first launched missiles at the giant ape Robert, followed by a barrage of Gatling gun fire.

"Hmph!" The giant ape Robert snorted coldly, showing no courtesy towards the armed helicopters.

He first caught the incoming missile with one hand, a sphere of energy condensed in his palm, enveloping the missile. Despite the explosion, it did not harm the giant ape Robert at all.

Then the Super Magic Mouth Cannon formed in front of his gaping maw, transforming into a shockwave that swept through the surrounding armed helicopters.

"Boom!"

Explosions sounded one after another. Facing the Super Magic Mouth Cannon, the helicopters were as fragile as porcelain, bursting into flames and exploding.

"General! All armed helicopters have been destroyed..." General Ross, hiding in the command vehicle behind, fell silent upon hearing the report from his subordinate.

General Ross considered himself a seasoned and iron-blooded soldier. Even when facing the Hulk, he did not intend to give up the chase, believing that no matter how terrifying the monster, his troops could handle it. There was nothing that military firepower couldn't solve; if it couldn't, then it just meant that there wasn't enough firepower!

But now, facing the giant ape Robert, General Ross hesitated. After seeing the recent battle report, he felt that apart from nuclear weapons, there really wasn't any effective weapon against a monster like the giant ape Robert.

General Ross was somewhat relieved that he had transferred from the helicopter to the command vehicle after spotting the giant ape Robert. Otherwise, he might have died alongside his soldiers.

"Keep an eye on him! With his size, it's impossible for him to hide. Tail him closely, and as soon as he reaches a deserted area, request a nuclear strike. I believe they will also recognize the threat of this monster!" After a long pause, General Ross's eyes flashed with determination as he ordered in a deep voice.

"General, have you considered that he might be in the same situation as Bruce Banner? Could he also be a monster mutated from some experimental accident?" A close aide pondered and reminded in a low voice, "If he turns back into a human, our tracking difficulty will increase significantly..."

"I'll ask..." General Ross's eyes flickered with hesitation, followed by a hint of excitement, "If so, that's actually good news. It not only means he's easier to deal with, but also that we might have a chance to create an even more terrifying army! Mobilize all surveillance equipment to track him, don't let him escape!"

General Ross had been desperate to capture the Hulk in order to replicate the Hulk's genes and create an army of green giants. Especially after his soldier, Emil Blonsky, successfully transformed into the Abomination, General Ross saw even more hope.

But now, if the giant ape Robert was also a replicable experimental result, then General Ross felt less impressed by the army of green giants.

Not to mention that the giant ape Robert had defeated the Abomination, his sheer size alone was something the army of green giants couldn't compare to. The oppressive presence on the battlefield was on a completely different level!

"Robert, you should go now. You've caught the military's attention. The great ability you mentioned before, it isn't just about killing everyone around you, right?" Meanwhile, Clark's voice echoed with some concern in the giant ape Robert's mind.

"Don't worry! You'll find out soon!" The giant ape Robert grinned fiercely, his Super Magic Mouth Cannon leveling the ground before burrowing underground, targeting the barely alive Abomination and completely erasing its last breath of life.

Then, the giant ape Robert leaped into the sky, heading towards a nearby river. In Clark's astonished gaze, Robert jumped into the river, stirring up a huge splash.

"You think that'll let you escape... Hm? Robert, is that fish you?!" Clark's voice resonated in Robert's mind. But soon, a trace of surprise tinged Clark's voice, as he watched Robert transform from a fifteen-meter-tall giant ape into a twenty-centimeter-long fish, perfectly blending into the river and becoming indistinguishable.

If Clark hadn't been watching Robert the entire time, he might have doubted whether he had seen correctly and wondered if Robert had escaped some other way...

Even Clark, using his X-ray vision to carefully inspect the body of the Robert fish, found that it was no different from the surrounding fish, except for being more robust.

"How about that? Useful, right?" Robert's somewhat proud voice rang in Clark's mind, "By the way, how are things on your end? Do you need my help?"

"You better not come here. Just go home. I'll leave when no one's paying attention!" Clark surveyed his surroundings. Official personnel had already begun to deal with the innocent victims nearby. Clark knew it was time for him to leave, especially since Batman and Gold had already disappeared.

"Alright, I'll head back first!" Robert agreed and swiftly swam out to sea. He leaped out of the water, transforming into a bird in mid-air, flying towards the Kent farm.

Meanwhile, Clark also disappeared after observing his surroundings. However, he continued to monitor General Ross's situation to prevent any additional clues from being discovered...

New York quickly regained stability. Even though the damaged buildings remained, for the residents of New York, it was still a peaceful day.
