The Earth-Shattering Palm of All Nations, a unique technique from Master Roshi, is rarely seen in the Dragon Ball saga. Unlike the commonly used Kamehameha Wave or the passed-down Evil Containment Wave, it's one of Master Roshi's signature moves.

The technique's limited transmission is due to its inherent limitations, similar to the Evil Containment Wave. Firstly, it cannot be effectively used against significantly stronger opponents, as its effectiveness would be greatly reduced or even nullified. Secondly, it's not a burst attack but a continuous output of lightning attribute, converting qi into powerful electric currents to damage the enemy.
