Chapter 8: A Creature? No. A Terrifying Monster.
The strangers face crumpled,
"Sir?" He asked back.
He didn't like the term especially when it was coming from her.
"I shouldn't disrespect you, yo know. You might even be older than my father, he never forgot his age"
"And how old is your father?"
"Was... " She corrected as her voice reduced I'm excitement.
" He was three hundred and twenty seven when he died."
"He was young." The stranger comment. He wasn't sure of his age bit he knew he was older than a one thousand years.
"Wow." Alex nodded. "You're really something older then."
He sighed.
He didn't know his age but he knew loneliness.
Alex yawned softly making the stranger to stare at her.
"Sorry." She apologized. "I think I should sleep now. Goodnight sir." She said and laid down back on the bed and closing her eyes.
"It's morning" He had whispered after a short while. A sigh escaped his as he sat up and watched her sleep.
She didn't deserve him.
No matter what.
She didn't.
He wasn't just any creature. He was a monster. A Terrifying Monster that lived for more than life itself.
He had so much going on in his life and her coming was not Perfect at all. He sat thinking and calculating the next steps he needed to take and what he needed to be cautious about. Since he had found her, others will too and her life? it might be shorter than hundred.
He stood to leave to the balcony. Sitting and staring at her wasn't helping and he wasn't a fan of sleep. Time just kept running and it reminded him constantly that he should be prepared.
His steps halted when he heard her murmur something incoherent. He walked back and sat beside her. He watched her murmur again so he caressed her cheeks.
"Shush." He whispered.
"Sleep." He added and slowly he felt her relax and fade back into her sleep. His lips curved up.
She was to good to be true. He could even feel her breathing softly. She seemed so comfortable and relax.
Burning sensations....
Hot hands caressing her cheeks...
Mixed feelings....
Touch of passion.....
And...
Zekeiel...
Her body in burning flames....
She didn't want him to stop and when she felt his warmth leaving her hand instinctively caught his.
She immediately woke up and knelt beside the owner of the hand.
His face turned to hers and his eyes seemed to widen in shock Abit, unaware that her eyes were blazing golden.
"Alex?" She heard him call.
"Alex?" He called again when she only starred at him slowly her brightened eyes returned to his normal color and her grip on his hand loosening.
She breathed out and he quickly stood from the bed, he sat back on the couch away to avoid her touch.
The table light clicked when she turned it on, he looked at her.
"What's wrong?" He couldn't help but ask.
"Zekeiel." She said instead and he was attacked my surprise.
How did she-
Alex whose gaze finally met with his nodded with a sigh.
"I know I'm right"
"Your scent. Your touch. You're him" She added after awhile and he still yet didn't reply.
"Do we know each other ?" She asked feeling very confused.
"Cause, I've never felt like this before"
"Felt how?" He asked. His surprise reaction totally forgotten and erased from his face.
"Alex looked away and then back at him...
The feeling was just.....
"Longing" She answered and pursed her lips.
"Your eyes, You make me think of him."
"Who is he to you?" He asked again.
He wanted to know too..
Her eyes met with his... she was confused.
"I should be asking you that." She argued.
" Aren't you Zekeiel?" She asked while he stared at her.
"I am"
Alex had seen him again. Not his face but she felt him in her dreams. Caressing her cheeks and she had called him that name.
"Who are you?" She asked again but this time seriously.
"No. What are you?" She corrected.
Zekeiel only stared at her as question invaded his thoughts. His explanations would only make her confused and even cause her more harm. He needed to just esse her for now.
"You shouldn't know."
"I shouldn't? or you wouldn't tell me?"
He didn't reply and she scoffed and smiled.
"Very well then. There is only one way to find out.'
That very statement was enough to make Zekeiel to look up and stare into her eyes.
He was somewhat fearful of what the bold woman might be thinking.
'My neck,
Your neck?
Try it .. one time'
Alex lips slowly curved up and in a knowing smile. She stood and slowly took steps to him while he watched her unsure of what her plan was.
Then she was directly Infront of him still keeping the eye contact, she straddled him.
Zekeiel's eyes widened.
"Alex-"
But before he could finish, her lips were already on his neck. His breath immediately hitched of how sudden it was. His hands quickly went to her arms and shoulders pulling her away but she didn't bulge as she continued to lick and kiss him there.
Strong and serious.
She kissed his neck and sucked in it softly while the man struggled to keep his mind sane and pull her before.... hell breaks loose.
It was from her dream, he had told her that his weak spot was his neck.
He pulled her again and in defense she wrapped her arms around his neck ad she continued. Her soft lips and sinful tongue ruining his mind and soul.
"Stop- Alex, get off!" He said as his heartbeat started to change it's beating and he knew what it meant.
No.
What the hell was she thinking!
Why is she suddenly doing this!!
Did she forget she was a woman and he was a man?!
Or did she forget that she only wore a robe with nothing underneath?!
For goodness sake...! She was completely bare without the robe!!!
Why would she kiss him and on the neck of all places..
How did she know about it and .... Why!!!!
Zekeiel heart beat escalated.
He pulled her again but then it was too late because she was no longer kissing him but.. using her hot slippery tongue to draw circles.
Zekeiel's eyes finally closed and all restrictions were broken. His hands left her and his lips released a hot breath. Hus eyes opened and it was pure pitch black. His throat worked and he let out a deep yet sexy to the ears growl.
It made her stop.
The sound was not normal of the other she had heard. His was ... Terrifying. As if she had crossed the line.
She pulled away slowly and stared into his black eyes with him looking into hers too.
"I was right.." She said in a whisper.
"Again. You're one of those monsters, a demon." She said as her lips shivered softly earning a seductive and mischievous smirk from him making him look dangerously evil.
Yes, he was a demon. One of the oldest at that but he wasn't still interesting. He was just an empty soul now.
"Satisfied, darling?" He asked with that deep and yet tempting voice.
She wasn't blind. The only light in the room was the table lantern and it was deem for the room.
Sitting on his laps.
Their gazes locked.
Very close to each other.
Her heart panicked.
She wasn't scared of him but curious of what may happen.
"Yes.."
She replied softly.
Zekeiel's smirk increased making him look like a sinister. He shook his head slowly and spoke to her in a soft and tempting voice.
"But,
I'm not."
That line was enough to make Alex heart stop for a second. She couldn't take her eyes off him. Not with those starry eyes,
Sinful lips,
And seductive smile.
As her thoughts went back and forth.....
Her eyes flew open in surprise...
She suddenly gasped.
