I, who had explained all the rough plans, returned to March after confirming that my relationship with Frinel wasn’t what Bella thought. Because we had been talking for a long time, the night sky was already filled with stars.

I turned my head and looked towards the second floor.

The sensation of her hitting me with a cotton bat-like fist was still vivid in my mind. And the bright smile she smiled at me. With that one smile, all the pain in my heart disappeared.

I took a deep breath and exhaled, gently raising my mana. My mana, a beautiful mixture of purple and blue, flowed around my body.

Magorit, who had averted her eyes, could have tried to retaliate against my child or me. So, I placed a light protective shield around my and Merilly’s rooms. Now, if someone approached us, I would be able to recognize them right away.

My hands under the blanket were shaking. Does he want to play honeymoon with me in this mansion where he married Magorit? It wasn’t even funny. Not even a smile came out. I just stiffened coldly.

With one eyebrow raised, I glared bitterly at Endimion’s back as he spread cream cheese on toast. He seemed to be in a very good mood and was even humming.

I raised one corner of my mouth and then hardened my face again. Then I pulled the blanket up and spoke as if I was embarrassed. “W-why are you like this?”

His busy hand stopped moving. Endimion slowly turned his head with an incredulous expression.

I laughed inside at him to my heart’s content and continued my words. “Didn’t I tell you not to do this? I’m still a patient. I don’t know anything about Marquis. You still don’t understand? Or are you not considerate of me?” Sharp words poured out of my lips in an instant.

“Please give me time. If you dot his right now, I’m really confused…!” I covered my face with my hands and began to cry.

The panicked Endimion hurriedly approached and made an excuse that couldn’t be called an excuse. “Sorry, you… definitely remember me yesterday…”

Finally alone, I lifted my palms from my dry face without a single tear in my eyes. My cold eyes were directed at the table.  I rose from my seat, grimacing fiercely.

Lemon zest sprinkled like stars on top of the cream cheese reminded me of the past. Because my mood became so unpleasant, I dropped all the food on the table to the floor. With a loud noise, the plates broke, and the food was ruined. Of course, the floor instantly turned into a mess.

Startled by the sound, Endimion hurriedly came back into the room. “Lia!”

“I don’t need this.”

“…Lia, calm down.” He slowly approached me as if to calm me down.

“I don’t need it. No!”

I screamed like a crazy person and bit Endimion’s ear as he came toward me.

Even though Endimion was the one who suffered, I pouted my lips as if I was about to cry. He held on to his blood-pouring ear but still stupidly found me as if I was cute.

“I’m okay, Lia. Thank you for your concern.”

“I’m sorry. I’m losing my mind.” I continued my words with an unapologetic tone.

Then my eyes slowly rolled to Magorit. “Good morning, Mari.”

Her brow wriggled. Having made her husband’s ear like that, she sat there saying good morning? In addition, her mind went back and forth. Magorit couldn’t tell if she really didn’t remember or if she was just pretending to be crazy.

“You need to get treatment first, Endi.”

Magorit grabbed Endimion, who was lying on the floor and lifted him up. He didn’t take his eyes off Lobelia until the very end.

“I’ll tell them to bring back the meal. Eat slowly. I need to see a doctor first to treat my ear.”

Magorit spoke quickly. Her eyes were shining. “How about doing it like this? We don’t have to tell anything to Roseni either, so let’s say we’re going to use her as a maid for a while.”
