Chapter 6: Mysteries and Revelations
"It holds the key to uncovering the truth about your mother's murder. It will guide and enhance your powers, providing the initial clues you need."
Zarkon poured wine for the old elf, handing him the goblet. "Master, this could be the chance you have been waiting for."
Ignatius felt a stirring of hope and fear. The orb pulsated with ancient energy next to him. He had always known of its potential. Unlocking its mysteries now seemed both exhilarating and daunting.
As he pondered Rowan's words, the man excused himself, allowing Ignatius to get dressed. As the door closed, Christie rolled out of bed, showing off her body as she did, sticking out her tongue at the door.
Zarkon showed Rowan to the living room area. Ensuring he was comfortable before returning to his Master's chamber.
*************
Luna noticed that Christie's bed had yet to be slept in. She opened the door at the back of the yard, which was extensive with a small garden in the corner. The stairs led down to the back door. A small mud room attached for rainy days.
She trained her sword style for an hour, and the sun appeared over the ocean. She stood on a chair and looked at the sea beside the building. Small waves crashed into the ancient stones that made up the foundation of the building.
She heard a knock from inside the building. Footsteps coming downstairs. She saw Zarkon through the back door and held her family sword. Sweat ran down her face and body; she had not felt this free in years.
The realisation struck her with curiosity and concern seeing Christie's bed still not slept in. As she walked up the stairs. Passing Christie's room. Moments later, Zarkon and Christie emerged from Ignatius's room.
Christie wiped her mouth with a white napkin. She followed Ignatius towards the kitchen. Her presence a silent testament to her loyalty and service. Luna inhaled and a familiar scent hung in the air as Christie passed her. Luna licked her lips, the familiar scent making her mouth salivate. She had forgotten how delicious he tasted. She had not had a drop since she left the capital. Her mouth watered craving the delicious liquid. She wondered if alcoholics felt the same way. Could she be addicted.
Ignatius stopped. "Good morning. See you in the kitchen. Take your time in the shower." He said touching her shoulder then walked on.
Zarkon and Christie greeted her as they walked into the kitchen. He had Christie for his physical needs. Envy blossomed in her heart. It should have been her wiping her mouth, she thought begrudgingly.
She showered methodically used to showering five to seven times a day. Luna thought about her situation and how she could make him see her as a worthy woman. She was a hard worker and always got her way with men. Something seemed different when he looked at her. What could it be?
She delved deep into her memories, picturing his face when they were teens. It struck her so hard that she dropped her hairbrush. He used to look at her with admiration and a hint of lust. She recalled how his eyes faded when she told him about her and Bradley.
Now, when he looked at her, he saw an elf woman. There was no delight or lust in his eyes. She could not read his mood. She could always manipulate him to a certain extent with her charms.
She could remember his eyes dropped her chest as she did something to make her blouse fall open. She would let the wind catch her dress lifting it. His eyes wide as her panty or lack of one caught his attention. He used to call her out if she went overboard. His face flushed as he refused to face her.
The cook had arrived early, and Zarkon, ever diligent, opened the door for the young man. Seeing Luna and Christie, the cook couldn't resist trying his luck with a compliment. Ignatius watched Luna closely. His eyes tracking her reaction to the young man's flirtation.
Luna, aware of his gaze, remained composed, her thoughts racing. Despite the fairy's intimate relations with Ignatius. She realised she felt no jealousy towards Christie. Christie treated her with genuine respect. Luna sensed the potential for a strong friendship.
*************
Elder Rowan joined them as they gathered around the kitchen table. The scholarly elf's presence brought a wave of nostalgia and emotion. Tears welled in Rowan's eyes as Ignatius hugged him warmly, their bond unshaken by the years apart. The second meeting more emotional than the first.
Luna's heart pounded as she gained that Rowan had lived in the capital until a few weeks ago. The fear of Ignatius discovering the more unsavoury aspects. Her past in the capital loomed over her.
She couldn't shake the terror that he might judge her harshly or pull away from her completely. Seeing Christie wipe her mouth as she exited Ignatius's room. The scent of his milk. It Stirred something feral inside her. She longed for his attention. She touched her lips and glanced at Ignatius as he hugged Rowan.
Rowan got Luna's attention as he seated himself. "You are from the capital as well, Luna.
Luna could feel nausea rise. She wanted to run from the kitchen. "Yes." she said, her voice soft, almost too soft to hear."
Rowan took her delicate hand. "We from the capital will begin a new life here. Let us leave the capital in the past."
Luna looked up at the elf as she sighed with relief. "Thank you, elder, for your consideration."
Rowan took a pipe from a lavishly decorated leather tobacco pouch. He lit the pipe with a match, and the aroma of cherry tobacco filled the kitchen.
He blew the smoke to the side. "As a counsellor in the royal palace, I know nothing happened in the capital without my knowledge."
Luna clenched her anus tight her bowels wanted to run loose. "You worked in the royal palace elder."
Ignatius pointed to the creamy milk Zarkon poured for him. "Rowan ran police headquarters from his office at the palace."
Luna turned pale. She wanted to faint. Her secret would come out now, and her life would end. She could only return to her parents and marry a wealthy, entitled man. She would never return to the capital, and her reputation was well known amongst the police. She tried to remember if she had seen his face before.
She would adapt to a noble's lifestyle. The noble's she knew like Bradley used their spouses as bargaining tools. He had his friends and brother plough her at parties. They were only engaged this was the way of the city. She entertained the new business partners as part of the signing ritual. She would be in every meeting as new business partner's and his brother, and his father enjoyed her while they discussed contracts.
Rowan bent forward, whispering. "Let me tell you, Ignatius, there was this young girl we got reports on every week."
Luna's heart wanted to burst out of her chest, so she held her breath as Rowan spoke. The dreaded moment had arrived.
Rowan let her hand go, taking his mug of milk, and the silence only made the situation worse for Luna. She wanted to run, no faint. Her head felt light. She wanted to silence the man, but her voice did not work. "Mabel, that young whore. Got promoted replacing me."
"Do not worry, Ignatius. I might not have my position anymore. But I have contacts in the city loyal to me."
"I have found the answers we have been searching for."
Luna exhaled with relief. She knew Mable they had shared a detective or ten before. The woman was shameless one of Gigi's friends. She Slept her way up the ladder. Luna harrumphed.
Rowan looked at her. "Luna, you know this whore. She is shameless, you know."
Luna waved her hands. "No, not at all, elder. She sounds like a fiend." Her memory of her and Mable side by side on a bed on their hands and knees sandwiched. Her image interrupted by Christie touching her thigh.
Rowan sat back, puffing his pipe. "Indeed, women like that will only end up dead in time ploughed to death by orcs."
"Nobility in the city use their women as whores."
Luna swallowed a big gulp of milk. Had she played with her life all these years? How naïve has she been, she bedded many orcs. They were beasts in bed. She always had Gigi to help her when she needed to rest. Christie's hand caressed her thigh strangely she felt calm again yet aroused at the same time.
The gathering in the kitchen was a blend of old memories and new beginnings. Elder Rowan shared stories and insights. His presence a soothing balm to Ignatius's worries.
The Mystic Orb of Fate, now a focal point of their conversation. Luna listened to every word the old elf spoke. Dreading that he might tell them about Detective "Easy" and her appetite for threesomes.
"My investigation had revealed many truths."
"The Mystic Orb of Fate could help you find your mother's killers."
"Find it, my boy, and you will be on your way to find justice, for Silvi."
Zarkon made a gesture of zipping his lips behind Rowan. Ignatius understood immediately. "Where might we find this orb."
"This information I do not know. My boy, you should search the library for ancient books related to the war on the Sealy court."
Rowan stood, excusing himself. "I need to rest."
He placed his pipe back in the tobacco pouch. "The capital has taken its toll on my health."
"Even young people suffer from the corruption running rampant in the capital. It is a vile place."
"May I never have to see it again." Zarkon accompanied the man down the stairs.
The young cook settled into his duties as evening approached. Bringing a sense of normalcy and routine to their lives. Zarkon, ever vigilant, managed the household affairs. The maids arrived and went to their locker rooms to get dressed.
Luna coughed as her food went down the wrong pipe as the ladies presented themselves. Their eyes sparkled as they stood like innocent doves. Their charms accentuated by the almost non-existent maid outfits.
Their transparent lace underwear on display. Scantily dressed was an understatement. She realised every one of the maids wanted Ignatius's attention.
Ignatius praised the young women, knowing each of their names. Each stood before him, receiving a kiss and hug. Luna did not know at that stage that he had been intimate with each of the ladies in many locations in the mansion. She soon discovered.
He treated them like rare treasures. They were always ready whenever he wanted them, no matter where and how. Firm yet loving and kind praising them listening to them talk about their daily struggles. Encouraging them as if he was their husband.
Zarkon and Christie inspected the maids with delight. Praising them as they touched them all over. Zarkon bent each maid over his eyebrows raised each time.
"Should you need anything do not hesitate to ask." Zarkon said his hand between Morgan's legs.
Ignatius instructed Zarkon. "Ensure the maid's food stores. Are filled to the brim. At their new homes."
He stopped for effect Mandy's eyes glittering as she stared at him from her bowed position. "Get everything, they could need or want." Ignatius said touching her breast.
Zarkon helped her upright his hand on her thigh. "Yes, Master."
"Remember ladies if you feel lonely my bed is always warm." Ignatius said touching each of their noses as he inspected them.
"Thank you, Master." They said in unison.
Ignatius had employed permanent caregivers to look after their parents when were at his house. They stayed over at least four times a week all seven at the same time. Christie would sleep in her own bed rushing to his room. Early in the morning naked as the day she was whatever fairies did to come into existence.
Ignatius and Luna, despite the unspoken sexual tension, worked together to further their goal of making the coffee shop a success. Luna set her goal she would fit into this crazy household she wanted attention as well. Zarkon treated the elves like precious art works.
Zarkon's nimble fingers adjusting underwear and clothing for more comfort. Silvi loved this ability he had. She would join him in secret in his room on many nights to sate his fetish. Christie and Ignatius spied on the affair to Christie's benefit. He was a Master with women and their needs. He knew what they needed before they knew it themselves. He delivered with spectacular accuracy.
************
Early morning, Luna stretched as her training ended. She inhaled the fresh ocean air. The sound of waves breaking on the old stones. Zarkon had planted flowers in his garden in the corner during the night.
She still found it hard to believe that Ignatius had a vampire butler. She had never suspected he was vampire. All those scantily dressed maids who worshipped the ground Ignatius walked on. Christie was the biggest surprise for her. She had replaced her as his lover.
Luna kicked the tree stump that served as a table. She hobbled around in a circle swearing. Did she stand a chance to gain his heart again after what happened?
Luna wiped her face with a small towel. "He does not lack affection from women. How will I gain his affection?" She said to herself as she walked to the stairs.
They treated her with respect because of her family name, which was well-known among elves. Ignatius made it a point to kiss all his maid's good morning as they lined up for inspection. She could not fathom what they did the whole day, as one maid could clean the place.
She could only stare as he fondled them. Their cheeks flushed red as their lips parted in a sensual gesture that said take me now. Luna had to admit that the young elves did arouse her. He did not care if she saw him with them.
**************
Christie exited her room naked, stretching her arms and wings as she greeted Luna in passing. She took Luna's face in her hands and landed a solid kiss on her. Luna stood shocked as the naked fairy, slipped into Ignatius's room. Zarkon brought a tray with steamy coffee mugs from the kitchen.
"Good morning, Miss Luna." He handed her a mug.
"You look ravaging on this lovely morning." He sighed as he looked her up and down. "If only you were mine and not Masters friend."
It was clear to her that Zarkon would take her in a heartbeat. She grinned pushing her chest out showing of her assets. It felt good even vampires desired her. She realised she craved attention even a little made her giddy.
As Zarkon opened the door to enter. Luna caught a glimpse of the fairy on the bed. Ignatius on top of her feet in the air. Maids were sprawled on the bed still sleeping.
