The Entity of Contradictions

 While Diya was worried that Marco was in any danger, Marco snapped out of his stupor and was confused as the why his bracelet was glowing crimson. To Marco, he simply learnt his true name, knowing that little piece of information should be nothing. But to his amazement the artefact Diya said would seal anything dangerous activated.

 Deciding to ask Diya what happened when they met, he focused on Gaia. Little did he know his action sent the entire world into a frenzy again. Leaders from all sides tried their best to investigate the phenomenon, humans trying to calm their citizens. The gods tried to investigate by contacting their respective sources, no matter who everyone wanted information on this event. They needed to know if it was a friend or foe, what type of countermeasures were needed and if possible, if they could recruit this being into their fold.

 Marco continued the procedure, "I XXXXX declare Gaia to be my eternal slave. She will be loyal, or her soul will be destroyed." Gaia heard Marco was going to intervene and state that these subordination contracts can only be performed by the servant. The intention to serve was necessary to establish the contract; otherwise, these contracts would not work, nor would they be recognised by the system.

 Before Gaia could correct Marco, the system was heard again, "Gaia will now be the eternal slave of XXXXXXX, severance of contract without XXXXXXX consent will disintegrate Gaia's soul." This lone message made Gaia faint in pure horror. Initially, she wanted to weasel her way out of the contract but now her plans had become useless.

 Seeing Gaia faint Marco could only sigh, he wondered how much more trouble he would encounter. He had LITERALLY just returned to earth, if it took so little to attract trouble, he didn't want to think about the issues he would attract. He picked up the useless goddess and ascended into the air, knowing the rough location of his home he kicked off and they shot away. As sonic booms reverberated a shadow formed where Marco was standing a few moments ago, As the shadow spread the head of Sonia emerged.

 Sonia looked expressionlessly at the sky seeing that she just missed Marco. But seeing that he is safe she decided to contact Diya first. She pressed a few buttons on her phone and connected to Diya, almost immediately Diya answered. Sonia immediately said, "Lord Marco is safe, he looked like he just captured someone, regarding why the artefact activated I'm not too sure but I will inform Madam when I find out."

 Diya simply replied "Thank you Sonia, hurry and find out what happened, I'm afraid something happened to my husband. Get your subordinates to investigate what exactly happened, I want to know every detail possible." Sonia simply replied with a "Yes Madam" and faded back into the shadows. She gave her subordinated orders while heading to Marco's location.
