Her mind was filled with thoughts about her training and the lack of improvement

For now, she is set to learn the hurricane fist, and to achieve her goal she needs some assistance.

Unfortunately, the person who can help her is none other than Hatake Kakashi, as he is the only one who knows how to do a similar jutsu to the hurricane fist

Looking ahead, Yumiko pondered 'Where do I find Kakashi?

Come to think of it, I usually meet him by coincidence...' A thought suddenly came to her mind, making her stop in her tracks and frown deeply. 'Does he, by any chance, meet me at his will and make it look like a coincidence?

No no, he can't be this crazy. And also I would've noticed it! Not like I am meeting with him daily' She shrugged her shoulder, dismissing the negative thought which is unfortunately true, but Yumiko will never know that

While walking on the empty street peacefully, a certain boy was running ahead while checking his surroundings from the back

A wide grin can be seen on his face alongside the mischievousness in his eyes

'Hell yeah! Those sorry excuses of ninjas would never be able to catch me! Hehe next time I'll make sure they-' the boy's thoughts were cut short when he bumped into something, or rather someone

Yumiko with how much training she had; stood rooted to the ground while Naruto who bumped into her fell on his back

"Aw man..." he grumbled while stroking his butt "Hey you! Didn't you see me coming? Are you blind or something?" he pointed his finger towards her

Yumiko crossed her arms, a peculiar expression gracing her face, she wasn't impressed by any means

She, of course, saw him running towards her at full speed while his attention was focused behind, Yumiko didn't bother to move aside as she did it intentionally

Receiving no response, Naruto opened his eyes only for them to widen the next second upon seeing Yumiko

He kept looking at her in surprise, not finding what to say.

For the very first time, Naruto became speechless and self-conscious at the same time (aside from times when he talked with Sakura who can make him anxious because of her beauty).

Seeing him like that, Yumiko chuckled in amusement "I wonder why were you looking behind while running ahead Naruto-kun, you clearly need to pay more attention to your surroundings because after a few years, you'll become a ninja" Extending her hand towards him, she smiled waiting for him to take it

"W-what?" he stuttered "What do you mean? I was totally paying attention while running! It was just a small mistake because you appeared out of thin air like you always do!

And you bet! I'll be the strongest ninja in the world" He managed to say whatever came to his mind loudly

Yumiko raised her eyebrows in confusion and soon enough, Naruto's cheeks became as red as a tomato

"It's okay to admit your mistakes Naruto-kun, everyone needs to learn from their mistakes, so don't be embarrassed" She reassured him, shaking her head

He slapped her extended hand away before standing quickly and yelling

"I don't need your help, weird girl! I can stand alone!"

Yumiko took her hand back, rubbing it softly while concern was shown on her face 'The fuck is wrong with him? I didn't even bully him, in fact, I just told him about his future! Ungrateful brat! This is how you repay my kindness?!'

Despite her vicious thoughts, Yumiko's expression remained natural "You sure you're okay Naruto-kun? you seem stressed out..." She said unsurely

Naruto frowned at her, trying to find a good answer to her questions. "I am fine! I was just running away from those sorry-ass shinobi after pranking them"

Yumiko's eyes softened for a split second before regaining her composure, she closed the distance between them

Now her face was uncomfortably close to Naruto which caught him completely off-guard

"I must say, you were lucky not to be caught by those ninjas; if anything, you should be proud, after all who can escape an experienced ninjas, let alone an academy student!"

Naruto's eyes again widened in disbelief, after a brief moment his expression turned into suspicion

Seeing his skeptical expression, she said casually "Don't misunderstand it Naruto, am not being sarcastic, I just find it fascinating to be able to do something most academy students can't do"

He kept looking at her for a few moments before shrugging "Whatever you say weird girl" He said before sprinting ahead, the blush on his face didn't disappear, in fact, it became redder than it was with remembering Yumiko's close face

A thought came to Yumiko's mind which she implied without thinking twice.

She activated her chakra field only for her blood to run cold the very next second. Her hands shook uncontrollably while she became petrified

Yumiko quickly deactivated the chakra field as a sweat dropped from her forehead at the shock

'I... I didn't think Kurama chakra would be this scary.' She sighed before wiping her sweat 'I brought this to myself...I should've thought twice before doing it' She took a step back then turned around only for her face to bump into someone

She raised her face finding a smiling Kakashi "Yo Yumiko-chan" He waved at her with the book in his hand

'Does this man follow me everywhere? I can't even know since it's rude to activate the chakra field in a ninja village!'

Seeing her looking at him with a frown, he said playfully "Getting comfortable, aren't you?"

She rolled her eyes at him before getting away.

Receiving no answer from her, he chuckled in amusement.

"You sensed it, didn't you?" He suddenly asked out of the blue, his face remained casual, but Yumiko knew better

She nodded at him before asking curiously "What was that sensei? That chakra was dark and scary, it made me feel uncomfortable..."

Kakashi sighed before replying seriously "This chakra is the Demon fox chakra, if you listened to the gossip between the civilian villagers you would've noticed them calling this boy a demon"

Yumikos eyes widened in shock at his declaration; her expression soon turned serious too "So the rumors were true... he is the demon fox..."

Kakashi nodded at her while he thought in sorrow

'I am sorry but I can't give you any more information about him, it's safe for you to only know this information or else...'

After a moment of brief silence, Yumiko said with a smile

"Kakashi-sensei, I want to ask you some questions, lately I started working on something very important and I need your help"

Kakashi raised his eyebrow at the quick change of topic "What is it?" he asked curiously

Yumiko looked around her and then back at him before replying, "How about we go to a training ground?" Before he could deny her request she said hurriedly

"Please meet me at training ground seven, you are the only one who can help me with my new jutsu!" After her last words, she flickered to the said training ground without waiting for his answer.

'A new jutsu?' Now that picked his interested
