The Life of a Villain Healer

Chapter 2: Ch 2: Serena and System

*Beep beep beep beep*

"Ugh.."

What the.. I didn't set up an alarm, it's the weekend for gosh's sake. Groaning to myself, I reached out to the alarm.

Huh? Wait... Looking at my wrists, they were fair... Not like how they usually are..

"What the—", eh? That's not my voice. I quickly looked around if there was someone with me, but soon realized that I wasn't at my house. Where is this? Did I get kidnapped?! I don't have any money to give them!

"WHAT THE ACTUALLY HECK!" There it is again! That's not my voice! And where is this!

"Wait, don't tell me." Quickly searching for a mirror I scanned my surroundings.

"There!"

....hold up, this face... Serena Bellus?!

==================================

Shitty ass novel, I didn't leave the author a long ass essay about how their novel sucked! There were many plot holes but they didn't get any words from me! So why?! And why in 'her' body!

Surprisingly, I quickly calmed down as if all that yelling was a lie, I don't know if it's her skill or something but it's helping me a lot.

Scanning my surroundings again, I noticed the overall structure of the room. "Dang, luxurious indeed."

The room is a serene sanctuary, bathed in soft, natural light that pours through expansive windows draped in translucent white curtains. The floors are crafted from polished white marble, its delicate veins of grey and gold tracing elegant patterns across the surface. The walls are smooth and pristine, with subtle textures that add depth without disrupting the calm.

A plush, cream-colored velvet sofa anchors the space, its cushions inviting relaxation, while a large, minimalistic coffee table made of frosted glass rests in front. A few tasteful sculptures and vases with fresh white orchids add to the sophisticated decor. The ceiling features recessed lighting, casting a soft, ambient glow that enhances the room's tranquility.

Large, soft rugs in muted tones of ivory and light grey are scattered across the marble, adding warmth and texture to the cool elegance of the space. A few pieces of modern art with minimalist designs hang on the walls, their calming hues of white, pale blue, and soft gold blending seamlessly with the room's overall palette.

The atmosphere is one of quiet luxury, where every detail, from the fine silk throw blankets to the delicate crystal chandeliers, contributes to a sense of peace and understated elegance.

Well, I guess you'll be able to afford this much if you started your hunter career at a young age. Coming out of the room, a similar design enveloped me.

"Sheesh, I must say she at least had a decent taste in designs." After an hour of looking around, I didn't encounter a single person. Can you believe it? This big of a house, all to yourself.

"*Scoffs*, I guess you were also a kin." I headed back to Seren- my room, and laid down on the LARGE ASS bed.

Serena Bellus, a talented Healer who awakened at the age of 7, forced to participate in dungeon outbreaks and getting harassed for her looks. At the age of 12, she's well known as the "Restorer of Harmony". Because, the raid she participates in, has never lost a hunter before, she is also the one who creates opportunities for bonds between hunters.

Overall, she's known as being kind, lovable and dependable. But as someone who read the novel, she's worse than a monster. She beats up her victims, heals them, and then beats them up again. It will never stop until she gets bored of her victim.

On ch 567, that was when 'she' was introduced. The main character's (transmigrator) party, decided to raid a party with other hunters to gain more experience, it was the usual C rank dungeon, where you have to stay in the dungeon for a week.

She approached the main character's party, and offered to help them as much as she could. The party, despite having a healer of their own, accepted her offer. I mean... If one of the world's best healers offered you free service, wouldn't you be tempted too?

Then, one by one they started noticing that the hunters of the other party were slowly disappearing without a trace. They decided to investigate this, and caught Serena torturing the poor hunters.

The MC's party seeing this, attacked her and was debuffed by her. The surprising thing was, the MC's party wasn't the one who killed her, she killed herself right in front of the poor kids.

Leaving behind the words, "Torture is an art, and this might be my best one." Then off she went.

CRAZY RIGHT? I don't know what pushed her to be crazy, but the harassments definitely helped.

Collecting my thoughts, I began formulating my plans. 'Hm.. she was 17 years older than the main cast, wait how old is she now though'.

With that thought in mind, I prepared myself for saying the most legendary words.

As expected of a broken character.

"Woah... Look at her stats... 120 in intelligence??"

This is the short description of the stats:

Strength: Raw physical power—how strong and resilient you are.

Dexterity: Precision and skill—how well you perform delicate or coordinated tasks.

Agility: Speed and flexibility—how fast and gracefully you can move, react, or dodge.

Intelligence: Mental acuity, knowledge, and problem-solving.

Charm: Social influence—how captivating, persuasive, or magnetic you are to others.

Furthermore, one intelligence point equals 100 mana. Skills are honed through practice or experience and help characters overcome challenges.

Talent refers to how an individual grows, how fast they can grow, and what rank will be their limit.

All in all, basic knowledge. However, Hunter Time, a world where power is quantified, every individual is born with a certain number of stat points—attributes such as strength, dexterity, agility, intelligence, and charm.

These points determine one's potential in every aspect of life: how strong, fast, smart, and charming they can become. The maximum a person can ever achieve in any stat is 100.

No one can surpass this limit, and anyone who reaches it is said to have attained the pinnacle of human potential. These stats are monitored from birth and can be increased or decreased through various means, such as training, quests, or magical interventions, but never beyond the sacred number of 100.

That was the setting of the novel, so how'd she get those stats? Her stats are much higher than the MC! She's basically a living legend, how come someone like her is just a minor villain? I knew the author had some loose screws, but I didn't expect it to be that loose.

Her intelligence is one thing, but DAMN! The strength, and charm though? Even the most beautiful character in HT only had 87 in charm, though her strength... It's basically nonexistent.

Anyway, now that I know some things about her, let us formulate plans!

She's 16 years old this year which means I still have a year left before the main cast gets born, plenty of time to get new skills and level up my stats (especially strength).

"Crissy..."

She'll be born in eight months.... Alright! I've decided that I'll adopt her. Wait... Maybe, just maybe, did the author decide to transmigrate me here because they want me to take care of her?

Did my love for her reach them? I know it's a self-centered thought but.. there's a big chance that might be the reason.

Coming into that conclusion, my decision was now firmer.

"We'll both defy fate Cristina, wait for big si- NOPE. Wait for mom Crissy!"
