Picty in his thoughts, which explains the announcement before she entered this room but why was it not announced now, I wonder. Why was an announcement made before you came to interrogate me? It was morning and the arrangements for court was done. Three judges in place, both lawyers were present, members of D.A.B arriving one by one, and it was time for the court to be commenced. Head General of the A.A.B enters the court room with the first lieutenant commander and heads to Head General Alannah Claudie and with a creepy smile he says, long time Alannah and the princess too, so here to lose another court case. Alannah laughs and says, we will win today, mark my words Head General Heyestain. How would we lose? I brought your lawyer and luckily one of my men's uncle is the side judge today. Alannah smiles let's see in the end your play of any cheap tricks won't work today. Heyestain grins and goes to his seating area. Theora surprisingly ask, will we actually win today? Not a chance, if the judge is in there side then two side judge and one main judge, where opinion of the two side is one and main judge is one point, so it means that it's a handicapped and he lost half a point already. Then why did you say we will win? I was just messing with him; look he is calling his spies in D.A.B to check, what I have planned against him. Silence in court, as I see everyone is present, let the court commence the head judge announces. Bring the accused into the court. First lieutenant assistant starts the case by saying, I hereby ask the court in granting the execution of the accused as he is a danger to our society. Right to the point, I see says the head judge and says, how does the defense plead. The lawyer just woke up and said no statements my lord. Head judge realizing the situation of what is happening in his court asked first lieutenant to specify the reason. He is one of the spies of resistance who is trying to leak our information to Red. We all have seen the interrogation clip here before the court commenced, and I would say that his story is false, and Red is alive. We all know how merciless Red is, why would he save another person of another planet by sacrificing his life. Head judge looks at the defense lawyer and asks how do you defend the clam? Once again, he got up and said no statements. Head judge asks Picty directly, what are your statements against these clams? Picty remains silent and keeps his head down. Head judge takes a deep breath and says, if you remain quiet, it means you are guilty and you will be executed. Picty raises his head and says, what is the use if my own lawyer will not help me what will you do. Head judge realized what Picty is trying to do and smiles and says, your words will be taken seriously here you may speak at will or get another lawyer appointed to you. Picty smiles and says I will fight my own case. I have one question to the opposition lawyer; do you have any proof that Red is alive? Head General Alannah smiles and says, I think we may actually win today. Opposition lawyer goes near Picty and says, my name is Gallo Gaiden, you can call me Gallo. My response is Red is the most wanted criminal, he is not easily found and will not be easy to find but that does not mean he is dead. Head judge asks, yet you have no proof if he is alive? No, my lord. But he is still a spy, his power is same as Red, and I think Red is plotting his next move by using him. Picty replied by saying just because I have his power does not make me a bad guy unless you have proof that I have actually caused harm to the country, and do you have any proof that I am a citizen of this world whatsoever. Gallo goes into silence. The head judge asks, is there any proof of his existence here? No, my lord. Picty, do you have any proof that you are from another world? Yes, my clothes, as I have been informed it is not manufactured here anywhere. Yes, we have seen the interrogation and will take that point as evidence. Gallo now with a serious look says he is saved from extinction and in return he is conspiring with Red and by helping the princess he made his way into D.A.B. Alannah staring at Picty and thinks, how you answer this will decide your fate and I know how to answer this question but do you kid, I wonder. Picty smiles and says I have no proof that I am not conspiring with Red but even Gallo does not have proof for his statement. So I will tell my statement of what has happened, I was in complete acceptance to my death in the extinction but I was kidnapped by Red and saved me for what reason, I don't know but I know it's not my fault because if the people responsible to take down Red had done their job this would not have happened and I would have ended in extinction with my planet. First you give me hope to live and you take it from me when I have not even caused any harm to anyone. Gallo realizing the situation sits in his chair waiting for the final verdict. Judges thinks for a while and the head judge announces, let the side judges give their verdict now. I side judge give the verdict that Picty should be executed, I the side judge give the verdict Picty to be not executed. Main judge looks into the facts that was presented and announces I shall give my final verdict now. As there is no way of determining the truth if Picty is a spy or not, there is no logic to execute him or let him live as he is a non-citizen with no rights, so I hereby announce that first lieutenant of the A.A.B will personally investigate this matter and will submit solid proof that he is conspiring with Red or proof that Red is alive in one month from today. Until then Picty will be in the custody of D.A.B as past events have showed A.A.B have mysterious death of people in custody. The Head of D.A.B will take responsibility of Picty till the date of the final verdict to be announced. Till the date of verdict, no harm should be done to Picty as any attempt to kill him by the A.A.B will be consequential. Court is adjourned now. Head General Heyestain angrily gets up and while he walks away, he says to Alannah, this is not a victory, this is a draw. Head General Alannah Claudie smiles and says, whatever that satisfy your ego Heyestain. Heyestain just rushes out of the court room. Theora call our spies in the A.A.B, tell them to inform on every move Heyestain is planning to do. Can't believe a kid broke winning streak of the A.A.B, he will be famous soon, people is already buzzing about him, it won't be long before this news reaches everyone ears. Theora lets go we have a lot of work to do and very less time.

A person wakes up from hearing a knock on his bedroom door, whoever it is can come in. Sir sorry for disturbing but it's fairly important.
