Gohan was angry, no, he was pissed off.

He'd had a full day, followed by fights on the other side of the planet, only to have the media cursing him in the papers and, after trying to put some importance on these school issues, to have this little girl playing god over him and claiming he was forming a harem.

- "Hm... although that part I didn't mind." - He thought, catching a mental glimpse of all the members of the student council. - "No, Gohan, focus..." - He finished mentally as he flew through the buildings and finally found Videl's KI.

Giving short touches to the ajar glass window of the room illuminated by the lamps but hidden by the curtains, Gohan saw a female shadow approaching as he opened the curtains, it was Videl, with a look of pure contempt..., but which slowly widened when she saw Gohan shirtless and with his arms crossed there, right there... outside the window.

But it wasn't her physical state that caused her to lose her temper, it was the fact that the girls' dormitories were on the sixth floor of a large building.

Seeing that she wouldn't react for a while, Gohan opened the window and floated into the room.

- We need to talk. - Gohan said, sitting down in the chair at the computer desk, which made the girl finally realize that she was now staring straight at him, the window, the ground and the sky of the student campus.

- M-but... what the fuck! - Videl shouted, now focusing all her attention on him.

- Magic, my dear. - Gohan made a scene with his arms, smiling in the process. - And don't hang up on me, I hate it.

Hearing footsteps outside the door, Gohan sharpened his gaze when he saw the door open slowly and a woman with blonde hair appear.

He had thought that this KI was from another dormitory, but he had underestimated how big it was, what could he say, right... the principal's daughter.

- Hi, I'm Gohan! - The Saiyaman waved to the woman, with a gesture so similar to that of his father in the past, followed by seeing a male figure with afro hair appear there. This one he knew: it was Hercules Satan, the human martial arts master from Tokyo.

For him, the situation there was quite simple: talk to Videl face-to-face and resolve the situation quickly, so that he could return home, have dinner, then put his body to sleep and his soul to meditate in pure astral training.

But in the eyes of the adults, it wasn't quite like that. On the one hand, we had Videl in his low-cut pyjamas and, on the other, a pumped man with no shirt and tattoos, acting all self-confident in the bedroom of the little princess of the Satan family.

The result was only one thing for the blonde and the brunette, of course: a lot of confusion.

[ 1st Arc: School Life ]

Gohan was having his breakfast, his head throbbing with pain early on this sunny morning. The previous night, he had gone to Videl's house to resolve issues regarding the new members of the book club. At the same time, he felt a sense of anguish with his senses flying across the country, towards the other side of the planet. Specifically, a South American country called Brazil.

It was there that he had to fly quickly while all the windows in Videl's house shattered, disappearing into the darkness of the night.

Who would have thought that there was still a group of monsters brave enough to hold a couple who had just left a theater with their child, monsters wanting to rape the woman, behead the husband, only to leave the boy alive, growing up traumatized for the rest of his life seeking revenge.

At least that was what Gohan foresaw would happen as he broke the speed of light multiple times in his Super Saiyan transformation, crossing the Pacific Ocean in seconds, taking him from one end of the planet to the other.

Thanks to Shenlong, he had obtained this "omniscience" ability, where he foresaw the brutality of such monsters and arrived before the catastrophe occurred. But his state after foreseeing that was horrible, and Gohan spared no effort in dismembering each bandit in the most brutal and bloody way he could, making them feel all the pain they intended to inflict on the woman, everything they would make the man watch, and everything they would condemn the child to live with in his mind.

Gohan broke the mind of each one by restoring their vitality with his KI, only to start the torture all over again. In the end, he delivered the dismembered corpses directly to the nearest Brazilian police district, not caring about anything else, just wanting the night to end and finally stop these horrible visions of what the bandits would have done if he hadn't intervened.

And if he thought everything would pass the next morning after knocking himself out on the bed to sleep immediately, he was very wrong. The result when he turned on the television during breakfast only served to show him how corrupt the entire South American media was.

The Brazilian media and human rights organizations held overnight broadcasts on open networks, labeling him a genocidal monster who should have left those scum alive where prison would convert them and give them punishments and redemption or some nonsense like that. If they had seen such a crime firsthand, maybe they wouldn't continue protecting such scum. But in the end, that was the price he had to pay for Shenlong's omniscience, to foresee every crime and catastrophe before they happened, to ultimately prevent them, but always feeling the evil and catastrophe it would bring, his mind being the personal sacrifice so that humanity wouldn't suffer from it.

Yeah, in the end... in recent years, it was Gohan who suffered the most amidst all this, constantly witnessing such crimes, feeling the evil of human beings firsthand... to ultimately keep crime and corruption practically zero, all at the cost of his own mental sanity. Perhaps that's why Gohan watched the television with no apparent emotion on his face and chose a path of no return.

He had been studying for a long time how human corruption never ceased, and it seemed he would have to force them to unite... there was only one way for that to happen, only one possible way for all the world powers to unite against something greater.

Brazil, a vast South American country, stretches from the Amazon Basin in the north to the vineyards and the massive Iguaçu Falls in the south. Rio de Janeiro, symbolized by its 38-meter tall Christ the Redeemer statue atop Corcovado Mountain, is famous for its bustling beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema, as well as its immense and lively Carnival festival, with parades, extravagant costumes, and samba. A fertile country with perfect climates for agribusiness, an equal mix of the four seasons throughout the year.

But that wasn't what attracted Gohan to this country when he flew rapidly across the ocean, quickly traversing all of Japan towards the other side of the planet.

- May I? - Announced the gleaming form of a transformed Gohan as he brutally landed in the Federal Supreme Court (STF), interrupting a large-scale meeting the Brazilian government was holding with all those bureaucrats and the pathetic president. - You know me as a Saiyan... descendant of an ancient and extinct alien race, but at the same time, I am also human. - He stated imposingly, under the fear of the woman who previously held the microphone, hurling insults and offenses at his name for what happened to the "victims of society", supposed victims who were the criminals Gohan had killed the previous night.

- "He lost his father, my best friend! Due to his own arrogance." - Krillin was talking with the remnants of the Z team after the incidents with Android Cell. - "The power was always there, he could have ended Cell, but he chose to play in the middle of the battle." - Saiyaman recalled while seeing all the camera flashes and recordings going live and broadcasting on open communication networks.

- "After all these years and you still care about the opinion of those people?" - Piccolo had said when Gohan once again arrived furious to train in the Time Chamber, after one of Bulma's annual cruises for her birthday, where his student's enhanced hearing had surely made him hear the outbursts and gossip of the rest of the Z team.

- I've spent all this time since my father's death at the hands of Android Cell, studying the evils of this world, preventing, containing, and punishing. - Gohan dictated while the audible sound of military forces on the other side of the walls was checking their weapons before intervening. - I've spent my time as a warrior reacting to these evils... and even with great results around the world, I see that I have still failed. - Gohan explained as the sound of distant helicopters approached the location.

- Not even the greatest power is capable of preventing evil from afflicting innocents... not while genocidal maniacs continue to wander around. - Gohan said regarding the fact that he had killed a group of bandits the previous night. - I don't care if you fight for freedom or if you're a terrorist, dictator, or president, monsters can no longer roam free.

- I gave time, aiming to wait for changes, past prejudices being abandoned, freedom of expression for races from outside seeking a home here on Earth... I always kept silent and hoped for the best from each of you, while protecting you with everything I had to the point where the planet's crime rate practically hit zero. - Gohan explained, referencing how, during Bojack's time, the planet started receiving alien visitors, with a clear warning from Bojack's defeat that no violence or invaders would be accepted on this planet. - But no, you don't change at all. The biggest problem with humanity has always been you, pathetic humans.

- I am immediately declaring a worldwide ceasefire. - Gohan's expression grew even sterner as his Super Saiyan transformation elevated to Super Saiyan 2, doubling his muscle mass with electric sparks resonating around him. - Either everyone stops... or I will make them stop... there will be no more nuclear weapons, no more atomic bombs... there will be no more innocent casualties on this planet, especially at the hands of criminals like those from last night, criminals that your media treats as innocent and victims of society, but who would have been responsible for raping that woman, making the husband watch and slitting his throat in front of his wife, who would have been impregnated by this scum and in the end would receive a bullet in the forehead and another in the belly... and in the end, they would have been responsible for traumatizing that child for the rest of his life. - Gohan exposed everything he explained to the police the previous night when he delivered the dismembered bodies and the family could return home safely.

- And amidst this... as a consequence of saving them from a cruel fate, I have an entire government-bought media protecting these pathetic scum... all I feel is disgust seeing you! - "I think he won't change who he is..." - Bulma said as they all looked at Gohan, who turned his gaze to the discussion of other Z warriors, who, drunk, spared no effort in debating their opinions of the last fight and how Gohan had the power and should have done better. - "What I think is that he will delve so deeply into his studies and training, that he won't stop evolving, all to prevent such catastrophes in his life from happening again."

- Destroying weapons won't save these humans, that's not how it works. - A beastly voice responded within him.

- By getting rid of the weapons, most crimes can stop happening... there may still be risks, but it would be a solution, you know it can be done that simply. - Gohan replied in his mental space, where a large, imposing dragon figure opened its eyes from its rest.

- It's not because it can be done that we should do it. - The voice responded again.

- Think about the lives we'll save. Humanity has a genocidal history since its creation. Maybe without weapons around, things can start resolving themselves, and I won't have to interfere in the world all the time, with crimes emerging every hour around the globe.

- Cigarettes. - The voice cited.

- What? - Gohan asked, confused.

- Cigarettes kill much more than weapons... and people are aware of that, but they keep smoking. - The voice said seriously. - Want to save lives? Arrest everyone so no one else smokes and ends up killing themselves with such drugs.

- Also, take away the cars of those who drive fast, threatening the lives of innocent pedestrians.

- Take away the pets from everyone who lets them walk without a muzzle, threatening others' pets.

- And finally, kill everyone who doesn't recycle... whoever doesn't take care of their own planet is just another accomplice to what will ultimately be a natural apocalypse of their own actions.

- I'm trying to bring peace to the world, Shenlong... what's so hard to understand about that? - Gohan retorted, annoyed by the moral lesson.

- You don't achieve peace through control... you are a warrior, a hero... not a dictator. - Shenlong responded, his voice almost comforting. - That's why I chose you, you have the power and virtues of someone who wants to change the world for the better. You're not like the other warriors who train and fight for the love of battle. In fact... you're the only person who hates fighting and yet does it, and I've been around for a very long time.

- And what should I do? Look at what happened last night. - Gohan said with a deep sigh. - If, even with my interference, crimes like that occur, what will happen when I die?

- Gohan, I'm not saying I disagree with your speech. - Shenlong said, causing confusion for Saiyaman. - In fact, I believe the evolution of this world will only flow when they abandon past differences and use their newfound magic.

- I still don't understand. - Gohan said, confused, as his speech was almost like that of a dictator.

- You act, boy... but don't change who you truly are. - Shenlong explained as he closed his eyes again. - Continue acting with your speech, show everyone that you want a worldwide acceptance from each country through control, disarm the governments, demanding their weapons and nuclear keys... they really don't need that.

- Humans are at a point in their own evolution where clinging to weapons of war will only do harm. They should focus on this magical aptitude diluted from what you know as KI... but to truly unite the countries... you will have to be the villain of the story and not the hero. - Shenlong explained, with Gohan already understanding. - Be the dictatorial villain in front of the cameras, show no submission to any country... but, of course, this is an act. This way, humans will stop their rivalries and unite to combat a common enemy. Because really, the only person suited for the job is you, someone who won't abuse power and will keep them united and evolving.

- Without a common enemy, humanity will remain divided with its rivalries, and eventually, a world war will erupt. So, now that crime has dropped to nearly zero with your hero persona, it is indeed time for the planet to unify in an alliance against the greatest villain they have ever had, their own hero turning against humanity.

- So, even if I continued saving them for the rest of my life, keeping them neutral... with my departure, a war could erupt again? - Gohan asked seriously as he quickly approached Japan.

- Boy, I am a fragment of the divine essence of the creator... so yes, I have some tendencies towards free will, but I also know that they need a push. - Shenlong explained as his tail coiled around the entire mental space within him and slowly touched his chest, where the tattoo of the seven spheres glowed with pure power. - You, better than anyone, are capable of this. I don't need to remind you that it was you who allowed a dragon to be sealed in your own soul so humanity would stop abusing my powers, which in perhaps a decade could result in my divine essence becoming obscured with evil dragons emerging and devastating the universe with pure malice.

- You are already the most powerful warrior on this planet, the first-class singularity that carries a fraction of the creator's power... and now humanity's number one enemy... do this, and it's certain that the whole planet will unite in an alliance against you... and we both know they can't face you, so... yes, the global unity will continue, and humanity's imminent evolution will finally be reached. - Concluded the divine Dragon of Creation, who returned to his long sleep inside his host, leaving him to continue his daily routine while keeping the Dragon Balls with him and away from any misuse that could bring chaos to the entire planet in the future.
