The Senju Remnants Of The Uchiha Clan

Chapter 15: Hell

Shiratori Uchiha once boasted in front of the old man that he wanted to see the real hell, but when a hellish scene really appeared in front of him, he still found it difficult to accept it.

In the woods, corpses wearing Konoha uniforms were lying on the ground in all directions, with broken limbs everywhere, and some of them were nailed to tree trunks by tools.

The corpse was already highly decomposed, and the blood that had flowed all over the ground had long since dried up, mixing with the soil to present a strange reddish-brown color. The pungent stench of corpses spread in the air…

"Urghh!"

The ninjas in the team, especially the Chūnins and Genins, had never seen such a visually shocking scene before, and they all bent over and vomited.

Apart from the four leaders, only two people could barely keep calm at this moment.

One of them is a Shiratori.

Before the mission, the old man took him to the interrogation department and the execution ground, where they observed various cruel torture methods and the execution of prisoners. He had almost vomited everything he needed to vomit by then, and he also suffered from insomnia for a few days. So, on the day the team set out, he looked like he had kidney deficiency.

The other one is Ibiki. He didn't go through the pre-war education like Shiratori, nor did he have a life on his hands like several other Jōnin. He didn't vomit, which can only be said to be due to his extraordinary talent and personal ability…

"The time of death should be more than five days." Suiten Sarutobi's face turned pale. He suppressed the discomfort and turned over the clothes of the corpse with his hands, trying to find something to prove their identity.

The clothes have been stuck to the body, and when he flips them hard, he can hear a clear and very graphic tearing sound.

So those poor Chūnins and Genins vomited even more happily…

"It should be a supplies transport team like ours."

Shibi Aburame walked up to Suiten, holding a broken wooden box in his hand.

He found this wooden box in the bushes nearby. It was of the same style as their boxes, except that the scroll containing the supplies inside had disappeared.

Shibi looked at the scene in front of him and asked: "Suiten, do you know the departure time of the last team?"

"I don't know. It's a mission secret, so I have no right to ask. But I think it should be seven to ten days before we set off."

"That person… I know him." Shibi pointed to a corpse not far away, his tone somewhat sad: "His name is Chunshan, he is a Jōnin, and he has his name tattooed on the back of his hand."

Suiten walked up to check and found the name Chunshan on the back of the corpse's hand.

"Jonin?"

Suiten looked around, and including the broken limbs and arms, it seemed that… There were exactly sixteen people, the same as their own team.

From this perspective, there were four Jōnin in this completely wiped-out transport team!

Who or which force could wipe out a team of four Jōnin without even spreading any news…

"Suiten, Shibi, Takeshi, come here for a moment, I think you should take a look at this."

Choza's voice sounded from not far away.

So Shibi, Suiten, and the Jōnin named Takeshi Hyūga came to Choza together.

Following the direction of Choza's finger, they saw a body broken into two pieces.

This poor Konoha ninja seemed to have been cut into two pieces by some huge sword.

The sword cut into the left shoulder and out at the right waist. The cross-section was extremely flat, dividing the entire body into two.

The weirdest thing was that the body didn't seem to bleed much, as if it had been sucked by something…

"Executioner's Blade!"

Shibi said his inference with a serious face: "This is the wound caused by the Executioner's Blade; it belongs to the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist!"

"Executioner's Blade? Seven Ninja Swordsmen?"

Suiten exclaimed, with a look of disbelief: "Impossible! How could the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist appear here and attack our transport team? This is an act of declaring war!"

"Suiten, based on the degree of decay, these ninjas… They should have died about five days ago, right?" Choza suddenly asked.

"Yes."

"Logically, the southeastern camp on the front line should have sent people to investigate along the route before the transport team arrived… But what happened? The bodies of this team were left exposed in the wilderness, and we should have been the first to discover them."

"This..."

"The commander of the southeast camp is my father. I know him well. He would not make such a low-level mistake."

"Choza…"

"There is no doubt about it." Choza took a deep breath and said slowly: "Something may have happened on the front line."

The other side.

Shiratori didn't know what the Jōnin captains were researching. He and Ibiki just distributed water bottles to the Chūnins and Genins, who were vomiting all over the place.

"… Thank you." Asuma took the bottle and rinsed his mouth. His calves were still trembling.

"Kurenai, are you okay?"

"I'm fine…"

Asuma handed the kettle back to Shiratori and asked with some admiration: "Shiratori, you… Don't seem afraid?"

"I'm afraid, but I can barely accept it."

Shiratori answered without blushing or panting, but he was thinking of the experience a few days ago.

In the interrogation department, he saw with his own eyes an interrogator insert a red-hot iron rod into the spy's eyes, and he vomited it out on the spot.

The image is not much better than that of Asuma.

That was not all.

Afterward, the old man, Setsuna, took him to the execution ground. In order to make a deeper impression on him, Setsuna cruelly took the long knife from the executioner and chopped off the head of the death row prisoner with his own hands!

Shiratori still remembers the head rolling all over the ground and the blood gushing out from the neck like a fountain.

One drop of blood even fell accurately on Shiratori's cheek… That feeling was warm and fishy.

Then Shiratori started vomiting again.

As the executioners looked at him and said, "All Uchiha are perverts and lunatics," Shiratori stumbled out of the execution ground, subconsciously staying away from Setsuna as he walked, causing him to laugh at him.

Shiratori will probably remember this unforgettable "Extracurricular practical activity" for the rest of his life…

At this time, Choza and others finally came to a conclusion and returned to everyone.

As the captain of this operation, Suiten Sarutobi looked at the miserable appearance of everyone and his heart sank to the bottom.

If something really happens on the front line, can these people… Really go to the battlefield?

"After discussions between the other leaders, we decided to act separately in small teams."

Witnessing the tragic end of the previous transport team being annihilated, Suiten made the decision to divide his troops to avoid being completely wiped out.

Since the opponent has the ability to surround and kill four Jōnin and twelve Genin and Chunin ninjas in a short period of time, the best decision at this time is to act separately. Although Suiten believes that their strength is far greater than that of the previous team, as the leader, he does not dare to gamble.

After all, the famous Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist are definitely not ordinary people!

"Before that, we need to collect the bodies of our fallen comrades and bury them first. After the crisis is over, we will bring them back to Konoha for burial… In view of your embarrassing performance just now, you will do this. The four leaders will not participate."

"Then get started now."
