The Village Disciples

KODAINA FOREST

Two students can be seen running through the Kodaina Forest, those two students are team A. Which consists of Apiru Nadameru and Tanjo Nozomu.

"Left!" Yelled Naderamu, occasionally jumping from lower branches to spot markings and running on the ground to stick close to Tanjo. "Keep going forward!"

Following the teacher's instructions, they are following the blue markings that have been left on several trees. Using them as a sense of direction.

After about 5 minutes of running, both Naderamu and Tanjo took notice of the lack of blue markings, as if they seemingly disappeared, causing mass confusion to team A.

"Spot any markings yet?" Asked Tanjo, who is currently trying to shield the sun's rays with his hand as he was looking far up on all the surrounding trees.

"If I found one, I would've told you already." Naderamu rudely and impatiently retorted,

"I was only asking, geez," Tanjo responded to the rude retort.

"Then maybe ask smarter questions." Naderamu shot back, only continuing to be aggressive.

As more time passed, they got more and more confused and lost. Even trying to retrace their steps, but alas, it didn't prove to be successful in such a large forest. With them being lost, they started to call out for either their teacher or classmates.

"MR. OSHIERU! AKOGARE! ANYONE!" Tanjo tried calling out, that too only proving to be a useless method, but they continued to try. Until.

"Wait, Naderamu. Why don't we just use our magic as beacons? We can shoot into the sky!" Tanjo strategically planned,

"Then why don't you do it? You had the biggest beam out of the whole class." Naderamu thoughtfully responded to the plan.

The suggestion made Tanjo pause, seemingly thinking if he should do it or not. On one hand, it could gain the attention of anyone nearby, but on the other hand. He doesn't want to risk overusing his magic, causing both excruciating pain and the possibility of them being slowed down due to Tanjo's magics' drawbacks.

"Well, are you going to do it?" Questioned Naderamu, who has been somewhat patiently waiting for Tanjo's final decision.

"...I'll do it, just stay on the lookout for any signs of people shortly after I shoot." Ordered Tanjo, only to receive a head nod in response.

Soon after Tanjo agreed, he assumed a stance. Widening and bending his legs and then pushing his arms up, 'please work, please work, please work.' Tanjo mentally begged.

Then, Tanjo started to feel his aura sense fluctuate inside him, oddly feeling the sensation around almost every part of his body, but then feeling the aura sense crawl up his arms. Seemingly alerting every nerve in his body, once Tanjo felt the magic reach his fingertips. He mentally prepared himself and.....

*BOOM*

A large blue blast was sent upwards, disintegrating any leaves and branches in the way, possibly any unlucky animals as well.

Tanjo felt his knees buckle and his arms bend outwards, the wind must have been blown out as well as leaves and dirt was flying everywhere. The longer it went on, the more Tanjo really felt his body cry.

As to brace himself for more, Tanjo closed his eyes. Starting to also feel sweat escape his pores as well as being nearly deafened by the roaring sound of the blast.

'Let's hope someone sees this!'

WITH TEAM B

Sukudo and Utsukushi were jogging throughout the forest, Sukudo has been using his hawks as his eyes, seeing the forest from a birdseye view, as Utsukushi was scaling up trees now and again using her cat-like magic. Looking for blue markings written on the trees.

"Not going to lie, we are probably the luckiest. Considering you have your birds and I have my claws, this is easy!" Utsukushi proudly stated,

Sukudo only nodded, "I somewhat agree, we do have a slight advan-"

*BOOM*

Both members of team B quickly snapped their heads in the direction of the loud explosion.

"What was that!" Hollered Utsukushi,

"I don't know, I'll send a bird to check it out. See if you can crawl on a tree high enough to see." Sukudo ordered, then he created 2 birds. One on each shoulder and then sending them off.

"Got it!" Responded Utsukushi, then started climbing up the nearest tree.

WITH OSHIERU

The seemingly never-ending standoff between the intruding duo and Mr. Oshieru has yet to cease.

"You said you had students, right? That means you're only a teacher in this village. What makes you think you can beat us in a two-on-one stand-off? Even if you're an educator from a school of aspiring warriors, we'll overpower you completely." Announced the first hooded intruder,

"Some Cocky bastards you are, eh." Retorted Oshieru.

As another pregnant silence filled the air, a roaring boom took up the three's ears.

*BOOM*

All of the three in the standoff looked in the direction of the noise and spotted a giant blue beam not too far from their location,

"Who the hell!" Shouted one of the intruders,

Unfortunately for Oshieru, he remembers exactly who shoots a beam like that and is of course obviously in the forest with them.

'Tanjo' Oshieru thought, spreading concern as to why he might've sent out a magic-filled beacon of sorts.

"Are there more teachers or warriors out here? Answer us, teach!" Demanded the second hooded intruder,

Oshieru immediately took that as an opportunity to lie and potentially scare off the unwanted company, "Yes, we have a group of warriors out here as well as more teachers scouting throughout this forest!"

"Shit, I'll quickly deal with this lump. Doryoku, I need you to understand the layout of this forest as fast as possible without getting caught." Ordered the first hooded intruder,

"Gotcha." Responded the second hooded figure, now known to Oshieru as 'Doryoku', information to keep in mind for later.

As soon as the Doryoku person left, The first intruder launched roots out of the ground at Oshieru, just before the roots could grab him. Oshieru jumped up, only to be grabbed on the arm by a tree branch.

'What the hell!?' Oshieru confusingly thought,

Oshieru was then slammed against a tree, the same one that the branch that has hold of Oshieru is connected to.

The intruder then charged at Oshieru and flipped the staff in his possession, a sharp blade stuck out at the tip. Alerting Oshieru of his impending doom if he stays put.

Before the intruder could impale Oshieru, the teacher pulled out a hidden Tachi blade. Both blocking the attack and shoving the intruder back, then Oshieru cut the tree branch. Freeing himself from the tree's grasp.

The intruder stood back up from the ground, beginning to stand firm once again and eyeing Oshieru through the shadows of his hood. Knowing that the teacher can't distinguish his face.

'Shit, I can't get held up here. He said others were coming.' The intruder mentally panicked.

"Is that all you got!?" Oshieru questioningly yelled at the hood intruder,

"Itami..." stated the intruder, confusing Oshieru.

"Itami? Who's that." Asked Oshieru, still keeping his guard up.

"The person who'll watch you take your last breath!" Yelled the Intruder, then charged at Oshieru.

The intruder now apparently known as 'Itami' to Oshieru summoned more roots out of the ground, directed at the teacher. Oshieru jumped once again but slashed away any tree branches coming at him.

Oshieru's Tachi blade started to glow a light vibrant blue, indicating an aura sense being poured into it. Oshieru then swung the blade at Itami from roughly 10 meters away, then watched as a blue ray parted itself off of the blade and was directed at Itami.

Just as Itami moved out of the way, the blue-ray cut off his right hand, luckily for Itami, he already had his staff in his left hand.

"Argh! That hurt!" Shrieked Itami, feeling the pain of losing his hand

"Who sent you!?" Demanded Oshieru,

"Do you think I'm stupid enough to tell you?" Itami responded,

'Damn it, I'll just hope Doryoku navigates the forest enough, extras will be coming to help the teacher.' Itami mentally stated to himself,

"We'll be back! I hope you remember the name Itami well, Teach!" Declared Itami before jumping away.

"Damn it, now I have to find his partner."
