Transmigrator Commander of Girls Frontline must not be a Reckless man

Chapter 427: Chapter 427: These Few? Do I Know Them?

"Uh... they really just fired twice... Are these guys so accurate?"

SOP2 spoke in surprise, observing the turret light up twice and then retract.

However, AR15 frowned beside her. As the aircraft approached the building, she distinctly felt two higher-ranking Sangvis units accessing the communication node.

Yet, they didn't issue any combat orders to the SF-Dolls.

They had been standing here the whole time and hadn't seen any elite Sangvis T-Dolls within their detection range...

"The Sangvis units have stopped. What should we do now? Charge down and take out all those Sangvis Units?" SOP2 pointed at the stationary Sangvis Units below with her eyes shining.

"No rush. Let's inform Commander Gentiane of the situation here and ask if the base needs any assistance," M16 suggested as she gestured towards M4A1.

Their mission this time was to destroy the communication node of this stronghold. With the gunship having completed the task for them, they couldn't make decisions on their own about what to do next.

"Okay, I'll..."

Whoosh!

Without any warning, the aircraft flew over M4A1's head again before she could finish speaking...

"Really! Can't they wait for us? Is it so difficult to take us back?!" SOP2 expressed her dissatisfaction.

...

"Renault, could you help bring back the AR Team and the Griffin squad that went out? The base is currently short on manpower."

Helian requested after receiving the AR team's report.

"Hmm! Okay, got it." Renault who was currently eating soup threw out these words before hanging up.

Although Helian wanted to rush over to Renault's side and eat right away, the matters in the base were not yet finished. As the head steward, she couldn't run off first.

On the other side, M1 Garand beside Renault saw Renault pick up another communication so she immediately asked, "Commander, should we launch the spacecraft?"

"No need. Just let Simonov bring those T-Dolls back; they're still on the way," Renault replied, glancing at the trays of dishes and soup buckets on the other side of the restaurant.

Seriously? You're not hungry at other times? Why do you all suddenly act like starving demons?

"Simonov, make another trip and bring back the AR team and those Griffin T-Dolls," Renault instructed, contacting Simonov again, who was piloting the aircraft.

"Huh!? Why like this... Commander, will there be food when we get back?"

Simonov immediately felt wronged and asked Renault upon considering making another trip and possibly returning to an empty pot.

"Yes, I won't let you go hungry. Hurry up and bring them back so we can finish early,"

Renault reassured. The area near the Griffin base wasn't a good place to stay.

"Got it!" Simonov perked up and turned the ship around, and flew towards the Griffins standing on the edge of the ravine.

Seeing the returning aircraft, the T-Dolls waiting for further orders looked at each other strangely.

They couldn't help but be a bit wary; after all, this aircraft had heavy firepower and wasn't affiliated with Griffin.

Amidst the wary gazes of the Griffin T-Dolls, the aircraft landed directly on the flat ground beside them, and the rear cabin door opened.

A familiar tactical T-Doll stood at the edge of the door, waving at them.

"Come up, come up! Your boss asked us to bring you all back," MG3 waved at the group of Griffin T-Dolls.

Seeing MG3 at the cabin door, the Griffin T-Dolls looked at each other strangely.

"MG3, what are you doing here?"

One of the T-Dolls appeared to know MG3 and asked curiously upon seeing her.

"Of course I'm here... Wait, you've got the wrong person. I'm not the MG3 from Griffin. Anyway, hurry up and get on board; your base is waiting for you to get back to work," MG3 replied. She realized they had mistaken her for the MG3 from Griffin.

"Uh, what? Can't we even take a break or something when we get back? Do we have to go straight to work?"

Among the Griffin T-Dolls, one of them immediately complained softly upon hearing MG3's words.

But despite the complaints, no one moved.

Instead, they all looked towards M4A1 behind them.

With all the command authority now directed at the AR team, if M4A1, the captain of the AR team, didn't speak, they wouldn't board the ship.

Just as the T-Dolls looked at themselves, M4A1 happened to receive new orders from Helian.

As for why it wasn't from Gentiane's command, it was simply because Gentiane was currently searching for her phone and didn't have the time to command them.

Moreover, the AR team and these T-Dolls from the squad were not under Gentiane's command to begin with. She was just temporarily exercising command authority on behalf of someone else.

Now that the battle was over, it was natural for this part-time worker to not jump out to give orders.

"Everyone, come aboard. The orders have been confirmed," M4A1 said, synchronizing the command information from Helian through the Zener Protocol to all Tactical Dolls' neural cloud.

"Woo hoo! We finally don't have to run back on foot! If we could have this treatment every day, how great would that be!"

With the orders received, the group of Tactical Dolls put on their combat dummies and entered the cabin one by one.

The number of Tactical Dolls wasn't that many, but with their respective combat puppets, the cabin became somewhat crowded for a moment.

But it was just a matter of not being able to sit down; standing for a while would be fine. After all, it wouldn't take more than a quarter of an hour to fly back.

Seeing all the Tactical Dolls and the AR team enter the cabin, MG3 waved to Simonov in the pilot's seat, indicating that they could take off.

As for the AR team, they stood by the cabin door while looking around at the furnishings inside the cabin.

Especially SOP2, whose curiosity was clearly undisguised in her eyes. If it weren't for AR15 watching, she would have climbed into the cockpit to get a better look.

M16, on the other hand, stood beside M4A1 watching MG3 and C96, who had returned to their gunner position, and then looked at Simonov in the pilot's seat.

She had an unexplainable sense of familiarity.
