Max took his shitty excuse of a car and first went to an outdoor camping shop, and upon entering the store, he was greeted by a nice red-haired lady.

After going through the shop together with the girl and skipping on a lot of items he figured he didn't need or could get later, he eventually settled for the following items:

 

1: One Sleeping bag: He went for a high-quality one that was waterproof and suitable for outdoor and indoor use. The inside had 2 layers, one of which could be removed, making it suitable for both cold and hot temperatures. It had some type of filler on the bottom, allowing you to still lay comfortably on even hard terrain. It could fit a total of 2 people, which allowed him plenty of room to move around; this cost him a whopping $120. The pillow was not included, But he didn't mind. He would take his own pillow with him. After all, He laid his head on such a thing, and he didn't want to know what his sister would do to it if he left it alone for too long. He couldn't help but chuckle at the absurd thought,' Surely she isn't that crazy. '

 

2: 3X portable stove with a total of 12 gas canisters (small) for $75.

 

3: Some cheap pans and cooking utility as well as the necessary cleaning material: $150

 

4: A 2-person tent, One that wasn't too big and was easy to handle in combination with his storage ability. It could be set up and broken down in 7 minutes, which made for quite a handy tool: $100

 

5: A outside heater + gas canister  $135

 

6: A good medkit $150

 

7: A good high-quality hunting knife $50

 

8: A foldable wash basin,  Similar to those used in the army to wash oneself in, for example, The forest or whatever. Liquid body soap that has a nice fragrance, as well as liquid body soap with no fragrance: $13

 

All this left him with $407, so after thanking the lady for helping him bring it all to his car, he went on his way to the grocery store, but on his way, he made a small detour to a parking lot that offered an hour of free parking. You pay when you go over that limit, but he had no intention of doing that; he instead went towards the items he bought and tried fiddling with his inventory feature. Eventually, he realized that if he thought about storing it and touched it, a prompt appeared.

He thought about his items, and it showed up

Seeing how handy this new ability was, he nodded. If it wasn't for all the cameras and other such problems in the world, he could've considered starting a transport business or something of the sort. Assuming he could level it up high enough to make an actual difference.

He wasn't sure what else the quest " rewards " could possibly be, It would be kind of disappointing if he got random items then again. The system, Or whatever he should call this, hasn't disappointed so far. Only the storage ability is life chasing. They could cut down on the costs of electricity by using this instead of the freezer at home or the refrigerator. Assuming that world travel stuff didn't work out, that was.

 

Once he was finished with his little debate and his planning, he made his way over to the grocery store.

 

He entered the shop and, this time around, wasn't greeted, which isn't weird since a grocery store sells multiple, often cheaper consumable goods and requires less detailed assistance. While outdoor camping is often more expensive and might be more complicated, There are a lot of different items for the same task. Which one fits you best? Besides, The profit margins on such items are higher, and there are usually fewer customers.

 

He already decided to mainly go for off-brand goods and, after walking around for a bit, decided to settle for the following items:

10x Can of tomato soup: $10

5x Loaf of bread: $10

1 Kilo of cheese. $5

1x Cheese slicer; $5

10 Kilio of potatoes: $8

1 potato peeler: $3

30x Bottle of 1.5L mineral water. $19.50

5X Jarred beans in tomato sauce: $5.05

10 kilo of green beans which was in sale: $8

 

He went to the cashier and waited in line for his turn with quite the car full, which earned him a curious gaze. Neither of them spoke, though, and he finished up paying for it all a little while later.

 

He paid  $73.55 for it all, which left him with a total of $333.45, which he decided to save. He might still need to buy gas or come across other problems that require some savings. Honestly, If his engine broke down right now, he was quite fucked since he didn't have enough savings left to fix it.

 

After making his preparations, he went home, His mother had apparently gone to work even though it was Saturday. He looked for his sister and eventually found her in his room, In quite a manner at that.

 

She was fully naked, In a doggy-like position, Resting her bare breast on his pillow while one hand was on her laptop that had some type of writing program on it. Meanwhile, her other hand was on her glittering wet lips, Lower lips, of course. She was apparently lost in thought as he entered the room. Max had a front-row seat on it, yet he didn't feel any arousal from it.

Max shook his head. Honestly, he knew her sister did it, Quite frequently at that. He even saw her a few times, although not as detailed as now, of course. Similarly, he had his needs and did it regularly, sometimes with his sister present in the room. He often waited until she was asleep, but he, too, knew she wasn't always that and was sometimes even joining him. He had always put up with it because of the limited space she was either here or in their mother's room, and Max felt quite weirded out about the latter, especially if she was as active next to their mom as she was next to him. While the former had grown surprisingly normal to him by now. Max was pretty fine with this arrangement. They both handled their business by themselves and as long as she didn't get too invasive, he generally turned a blind eye to everything.

 

Max called out to her.

 

" Sis. "

 

Yet she didn't respond, At least not in the way he expected upon hearing his voice. Lost in her own fantasy, she screamed out.

 

" Yes, Brother!!!!!!! "

 

" Ahh, ahh, ahh…"

 

A loud moan followed, and juices sprayed over his bed, which frankly made him frown since she was pretty much soiling his sleeping place. He knew that what she was squirting over his bed wasn't piss, but still...

 

He made his way over to his sister and grabbed her by the shoulder, and upon doing so, he noticed her screen.

He was flabbergasted and, for a second, wasn't entirely sure how to respond. Her sister, too, finally realized that perhaps the voice that called her wasn't in her head after all. Feeling the hand on her shoulder, she fearfully turned her head around, and seeing her brother gazing at her novel, she couldn't help but freeze. She didn't turn beet red or embarrassed. She was genuinely afraid. She knew her brother accepted her attitude towards him and tolerated her love and perverted actions to some degree, but this was quite.... A lot. She honestly wasn't sure how he would react. Would he abandon her? Would he reject her now that he knew that her wishes or, more accurately, fantasies had gone so far?

 

Max eventually looked back at his sister, and seeing the genuine fear in her eyes, he couldn't help but feel hurt a little. Yes, This was a lot, and yes, this was quite messed up as far as he was concerned. but he was her brother. How could she possibly look at him with such fear?

After she wrapped the bed blanket around her like some sort of cocoon, Max sat down on top of the bed next to her. Ready to clarify to her his point of view.

Note: The next chapter won't be smut. The MC sees her as a sister and is unable to holster erotic feelings for her at the moment. Maybe in the future of the novel, depending on audience preferences, he's able to develop some feelings for her and see her as potentially more than just a sister. But for the time being, there will be no direct intercourse between the two.
