Chapter 4: The Formation of Myths
From two spheres one black as the void of space itself, and one as white/yellow as the brightest stars in the universe. Two entities would be born both already given names and titles for what they were, Nira the Nightbringer and Lucra the StarForger both powerful and both far more clever than their older siblings.
The Black Sphere gave birth to a humanoid figure, one with hair as dark as the night sky filled with stars and a moon. they had long spindly legs/arms and thin bodies to match. their face had four white eyes and no nose with a mouth that was constantly smiling. A being who would guard the night and the dreams/nightmares of all mortal beings born on this planet, one whose visage had a purpose, a rhyme, and reason.
The white/yellow sphere created a humanoid as well, only it would resemble a female far more than its older siblings. She would resemble a humanoid bird though and only had a female-like form, with four wings of white feathers. She would be a bit shorter than her fellow newborn brother. She had hind legs and sharp yellow bird talons, like those of a predatory bird. They had a beautiful female face and eyes of black with no pupils.
Both entities would study their form and look on at the world, staring out in wonder as they floated closer to it before noticing the massive form of their creator Volra. They would be shocked and prepare to attack like a newborn before two medium-sized black tendrils stabbed themselves into their foreheads.

It then moved further away from the Earth as the disoriented Nira and Lucra looked at each other before speaking. Lucra's voice would be angelic and welcoming as if welcoming home an old friend or family member after being separated for so long.
"The world...cries our siblings hurt it."
Then Nira's voice would ring out, demonic-like made to strike fear into their enemies, to all those who are enemies of the night.
"Yes, the world must heal, the mortals must progress and history be written."
Both then made their way to the still-nameless planet, and while both were far smaller than their gigantic primordial cousins, they were still as strong and far more intelligent. In fact, their small size would work for them as it made it far easier to dodge their attacks and any large-scale ones they threw at them.
Their abilities would prove most interesting however as they approached their first target, Melga the Ragining One who was currently making a large section of the western continent almost uninhabitable. As they approached, Nira began gathering a ball of darkness in their hands, and all around everything felt pressure on them, as Nira increased the area's gravity and penned down Melga.
At least they tried to as Melga resisted and put their arms into the grounds, digging beneath the surface. They gathered up all the magma, making their body far bigger, increasing their body and strength. While Nira put more pressure on them, if they kept this up it would eventually have a detrimental effect on the world and they figured it out, stopping the initial assault.
All the while Lucra created a ring of starlight, then another, then another, one after another until there were hundreds of them. While Melga stopped as the pressure did, he launched a torrent of lava at Nira trying to encase them. While they dodged easily, they were unable to counterattack as Melga kept up the assault, either sending out more lava blasts or swinging their arms as a whip.
When her attack was ready, Lucra launched her rings of light and each one harmlessly passed through at first, much to the confusion of Melga. He tried to swat away it but it only passed through, not destroying the light ring. Unfortunately before the primordial could figure out what was happening, Nira began to gather the darkness once more.
This time though they launched spears of darkness, piercing Melga's chest with five in total pulling the rings of light into the physical world. This then sent a series of light-based attacks at Melga causing both pain and none at all, as its energy was absorbed into two balls formed by the dark spears and light rings.
After all, they weren't here to destroy their brothers and sisters, nor even seal them. They were given a different task which was to absorb their energy and give birth to the next generation...so to speak. Their energy would be put to good use and be used to further shape the world and help settle it.
While this was happening, Melga was screaming as the essence of their being sucked into a mystical ball container. Then for the first time in ages, one of the four primordials would speak for the first speak. Its voice was as loud as a booming volcano, as rough as a rockslide, and as deep as a volcano would be without lava.
"How dare you, how dare you stop my fun, my destruction of this land, for it was why I was created and my purpose!"
Both Light and Dark primordial siblings were surprised to hear it speak for the first time, not knowing that it had the capability of speaking. Nira would speak first, probably a bit more surprised then their sibling.
"Your purpose was to facilitate the growth of this world, to-"
Before Nira could finish speaking.
"No the being who created you and gave me its power, did not truly create me, the world did."
"The ancient world did, a reminder of this world's past and its own longing to be sent back there."
"I am the eventual destruction this world will wish for, I will grow stronger just as the Storm Primordial does."
"But I will outlast them, they will eventually destroy themselves, but I will just grow stronger."
Lucra would then speak, having heard enough of this, and raise both their hands creating a gigantic ring of light.
"Then you will be sealed and used to feed the gods, the beings that will soon be born on this land."
Melga screamed as the two balls containing a fusion of the three beings' essence floated towards the siblings. Then the ring came down this time being physical and shaping Melga's body, turning them into a gigantic "living" volcano, one ready to erupt at any moment under the right conditions.
Once it was done both Nira and Lucra looked at each other both holding an orb in hand swirling with a small chaotic torrent of newly created divine energy.
"Nira shall we begin the birth of a new Mythology, one ready to help this world's development?"
"Yes Lucra, further delaying may prove unfruitful or costly to the energy currently contained."
Then both at once, the spheres were shattered releasing the energy into the Earth, ready to be born not as a Primordial but something new instead, the next generation of divine beings.
this would mark the beginning of the planet's first myth, the Sontaya Myths and the second generation of divine beings.
