The junior student whose food were scattered across the floor didn't take it as a mistake , ran to her and forcefully grabbed her hand .

"You must pay for the food or get me a fresh one ."

Elizabeth looked like someone who was wrongly accused .

"What did you mean ," she looked hurt , "I was actually going to give you my food as a compensation but now I think I won't ." She snapped , " you ungrateful junior student." Her voice were slightly raised at the end .

The other students who had witnessed the episode from the start and knew the reason behind it got glued to their food and kept eating as if the food would run away in a blink of an eye . They didn't want to be caught in the cross fire.

"Uh .. uhm.." the boy stuttered. He didn't know what to say . He didn't know that she wanted to give him her food but that was a big lie as Elizabeth swivelled and went to her seat .

He looked confused but eventually followed her .

"I'm sorry , I didn't know that's what you wanted to do ." He apologized .

People who were around gasped when they saw him following Elizabeth to her seat . They felt pity for him . Who would willingly follow their enemy into their camp and come out unscathed.

Elias looked at the boy and said , "you can leave now . Apology accepted." He waved his hands dismissively. The boy was dumbstruck as he looked from Elias to Elizabeth and to the other people around their table who were busy with their food .

"But she - what about my food ?" He squeaked .

Daniel made a screeching sound with his seat and grumble. "You are disturbing my peace , go away . Don't you get it ?, apology is already accepted."

By then the boy realized the situation he was in . He thought that Elizabeth was really sorry for what she did but actually she was only playing games with him . He became angry and reached out for her food intending to also pour it on her but Damien who saw through his intention caught his hand in a blink and twisted it .

"Ah !" The boy screamed . His flared and watered with both anger , hunger and resentment.

"Leave me be ." He shouted as Damien twisted it further behind him . The cook in charge of the cafeteria saw the scene and went closer to them .

"What's going on here ?" He asked .

The wailing boy on the floor struggled to speak . "He .. he .. she ... poured my food ." He stammered .

The cook looked at Damien for an explanation.

"Actually I went to their table to taste his food ," Elizabeth spoke up , " but it poured mistakenly and I decided to give him mine but this ungrateful soul ," she pointed at the boy who was still on the floor rubbing his arm , "thought it was right if he could release his anger on me by also pouring my food . The one I intended to give him ." She acted all tensed and innocent.

" It's a lie . " He wailed . The cook hushed him as he understood what the since was all about . He told the boy to apologize to them and wait after the lunch to see if there would be any leftovers so he could eat .

The boy was bashful when he heard it , his ear tingled and redden with both anger and embarrassment . He looked at them with disgust and went back to his seat sniffing.

The cook looked at the DEED's group , his hands on his waist as he narrowed his eyes on them .

"Don't ever creat a scene like this in this cafeteria again." He warned . Damien shrugged and took a spoonful of his food and said ," then warn then in how to behave ." He put the food in his mouth.

The other students quietly disperse as soon as they finish their lunch without making a single noise for the fear of being pointed out . Gradually,the hall was empty remaining only few of the final year students and the boy . Later Damien and his friends also stood up and left but not after throwing a warning glance at the boy who was still sniffing and rubbing his arm.
