In Fairy Tail, starts with a Super Mega Gengar

Chapter 49: Chapter 49: Gravitational Collapse Black Hole, Surrounding Stinger

Ultear frowned, puzzled and speechless.

Stinger shook his head, talking to himself: "Something's wrong; this isn't the Earth."

He continued, "So... can you swim?"

Ultear frowned and asked, "What's going on, Stinger? What's swimming got to do with it? Are we supposed to swim back?"

Stinger shook his head. "No."

Suddenly, a powerful magic surged from his body as he apathetically stared at Ultear: "Fall."

A gravitational field directly enveloped Ultear.

Boom—!!!

The magical speedboat under Ultear shattered under the pressure of gravity. She looked at Stinger in disbelief: "You!"

The weight of gravity suddenly increased, and Ultear couldn't help but let out a muffled groan as her bones felt as if they were breaking, blood surging up her throat.

There was no time to cast any spells.

She found herself directly pressed into the sea by the gravitational force and unable to move.

The ocean, under this gravitational field, formed a vacuum area several meters wide, plunging straight down to the seabed.

Stinger expressionlessly rose from the speedboat and floated above the unfathomable chasm, raising his hands towards the ground as a detached voice echoed: "Super Gravity Ball."

The space before him began to distort as a black hole appeared out of thin air, radiating an eerie purple glow.

The surrounding space started to collapse, this was Stinger's ultimate move — to infinitely compress gravity into a single point, creating a black hole formed by gravitational collapse that could devour everything around it.

As the black hole in front of him shrank to the size of a fist, the nearby sea surface grew restless, seemingly being drawn into the black hole.

Stinger suddenly released his hold.

The small black hole formed by gravitational collapse, enhanced by Stinger's magic, plummeted downward.

As it descended, it dove into that vacuum abyss, the imbalance of gravity around it causing the seawater to surge into the black hole's gravitational pull.

The seawater swiftly flooded the abyss, continuously following the descent of the black hole.

Stinger slowly descended, floating on the surface of the sea, his gaze detached as he looked down, seemingly able to see Ultear's desperate struggles below the ocean: "It's over."

Stinger turned and walked towards the magical speedboat.

Deep under the sea.

Under Stinger's gravity magic, Ultear was pressed down to several hundred meters beneath the sea.

She was still alive only because Stinger's gravity magic countered the pressure, the surrounding area remaining a vacuum.

Once the gravity magic faded, she would face the moment when her body would shatter.

The light from the surface had long since vanished. At this moment, Ultear's eyes were completely black, seeing nothing but the endless darkness closing in on her.

Ultear tried to cast magic, but the bones in her body had all been crushed, and her internal magic couldn't function properly under the heavy gravitational pressure. A bitter smile appeared on her face.

Am I going to die...?

Her fleeting life flashed by rapidly in her mind.

Tears suddenly welled up in Ultear's eyes: "Why?"

Ultear inexplicably wanted to cry.

She couldn't understand why.

Why did her mother abandon her, why did she have to endure inhumane tortures in the research institute, why did she escape with all her might just to survive?

And yet, she was still going to die.

A flicker of purple light suddenly appeared in Ultear's eyes, emanating a deadly threat.

That purple light shone brightly amidst the endless darkness.

Ultear knew it was Stinger's ultimate spell, the "Super Gravity Ball," creating the gravitational collapse black hole:

"Seriously... Do you not even want to leave me a corpse...?"

Ultear's gaze suddenly calmed.

Quietly, she watched the purple 'Super Gravity Ball' gradually approach her, not questioning why Stinger wanted to kill her, because her time was running out.

At the end of her life, only Ur's image remained in Ultear's mind.

What is she... doing right now?

Teaching those two little brats magic?

Honestly…

I'm the one who is her daughter.

Why does she have to be so cruel to me?

I wonder if she would be sad when I die...

Yeah... she probably would.

After all, I'm still her daughter.

But if I don't even leave a corpse behind, she might never know.

Perhaps that's for the best...

At least... it won't make her sad…

The purple light drew closer; Ultear could feel her body beginning to halt its descent, the surrounding gravity starting to dissipate under the interference of the 'Super Gravity Ball.'

The pressure of the ocean made Ultear gradually suffocate, causing her to shut her eyes.

Ur... I...

I really miss you...

But...

There will be no more chances...

Ultear gave up struggling, allowing the seawater to rush into her mouth and nostrils, the heavy pressure engulfing her.

Everything has ended...

No one would care what had happened here, nor would anyone know what had transpired.

Perhaps dying in silence like this would be the best outcome.

"Ultear!!!"

Suddenly, it seemed Ultear heard Ur's voice.

But then she self-deprecatingly smiled, thinking that this was just a place without a location, the deep abyss of the ocean; how could there be Ur's voice here? Was it hallucination brought on by how much she missed her...?

"Ultear—!!!!!!!!!!"

Ultear froze, not a hallucination?

How could that be?!

Ultear struggled to open her eyes.

Creak creak creak!!!

Familiar ice-cracking sounds reached her ears, the surrounding seawater quickly freezing. Under the illumination of the eerie purple light, a shadow rushed toward her.

That was the person she thought about day and night. Ultear stared blankly at that figure: "Ur..."

Bang!

Unable to halt her momentum, Ur collided with her, the two embracing tightly, years of longing and heartache transforming into tears overflowing: "I'm sorry, Ultear, I'm late! Sob Sob Sob. I'm sorry, I'm sorry... Sob Sob Sob Sob Sob."

Ultear was held tightly by Ur. In this bottomless sea, she felt the long-lost warmth, still having a shred of unreal feeling: "No... this is just right. Mom..."

Am I really... not dreaming?

Ur...

On the surface of the sea.

Stinger knelt half on the ice, blood trickling from his mouth, staring intently at Gildarts and Gaal, the sea beneath him wholly frozen, the magical speedboat reduced to scattered parts in the ice.

Stinger wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth and stood upright, looking at Gildarts across from him, then turning to Gaal: "I underestimated you; I didn't expect you to arrive so quickly."

This turned out to be a miscalculation from both Hades and Stinger. Hades thought that even if Gaal could use space magic, it wouldn't be so quick for him to find Stinger and Ultear.

If he could teleport directly, he would have found Ultear long ago.

Stinger simply didn't expect them to come so fast; after all, they spent several days on the ship to the island, how could they have predicted they would be found in less than half a day?

Gildarts spoke up: "Surrender, and you still have a way out."

Stinger, expressionless, replied: "Spend the rest of my life in a Council prison? What about Rustyrose? Wasn't he captured by you? It's quick to arrive here, yet there's no sign of Rustyrose. Has he already been killed?"
