Chapter 18: Harribel, You Are Mine!

The bursting crimson light soaked the sky, and even the pure white clouds turned bright red.

The Gillians don't have much consciousness and just mindlessly carry out the orders given by Adjucha.

Hundreds of Ceros merged into an unparalleled beam of light, erupting in front of them, plowing deep ravines in the desert.

The air vibrates as it moves forward at extreme speed with immense thrust.

Faced with such an attack, the three Menos Grande, who were still in their beast forms, were completely dumbfounded.

As the best among Adjucha, they could face any Adjucha in Hueco Mundo without fear in their hearts.

But...

When hundreds of Ceros combined into a single attack, the momentum was overwhelming, as if the end of the world had come.

Not to mention resistance, even the thought of running away was hard to summon.

What the hell is going on with these strange Gillians?!

How did they have the audacity to attack a Vasto Lorde?

The hierarchy in Hueco Mundo is absolute—superiors suppress inferiors.

This is a critical reason why Adjucha and Vasto Lorde maintain their elevated positions.

With scorching eyes, Mila let out a deafening roar, took the lead to stand on a high place, opened her lion-like mouth, and began condensing a Cero.

It wasn't in her nature to wait for death.

She roared: "Crush these fools before they dare touch Lady Harribel!"

Sung-Sun and Apacci gritted their teeth and stood beside Harribel, pouring all their strength into releasing their Ceros.

Seeing this, Harribel's long eyelashes drooped slightly, and the thought of resisting the attack alone was quietly set aside.

She pulled the giant bone sword from her back with a reverse grip, and a terrifying Reiatsu burst forth like a tsunami.

Golden light bloomed from the giant bone sword, dispelling the crimson glow of the distant sky.

Although she had not yet become an Arrancar, the terrifying power of the Third Espada was already showing.

Even against a hundred Gillians, Harribel's aura did not falter; it grew even stronger.

"Broken Waterfall!"

Majestic water surged forth from the giant bone sword, flooding the boundless desert in an instant.

The torrent became a fierce waterfall, grinding the white sand into nothingness as it clashed with the oncoming Ceros!

The intense collision between Broken Waterfall and the combined Cero created a massive impact wave.

The wave took form, transforming into boundless ripples that spread wildly in all directions. The deafening roar shook boulders miles away, causing them to tremble and shed gravel.

Apacci and the others' Ceros were utterly insignificant at this level of power.

The two forces stalemated briefly before the ferocity of Broken Waterfall surged again, sweeping toward the fused Cero.

Santos, observing carefully from the sky, felt it clearly.

"Vasto Lorde!"

"Definitely a Vasto Lorde!"

His voice, high-pitched and trembling, betrayed his shock.

"We must report this to His Majesty."

"This is a foe neither Gillians nor Adjucha can handle."

"I hope those idiots survive until I return..."

Without hesitation, Santos turned and unleashed Reiatsu through his tail, accelerating several times faster than when he had arrived, disappearing on the spot.

His figure streaked across the sky like a long arc.

Harribel frowned, her emerald-green eyes fixed on Santos's retreating figure.

From the beginning of the skirmish, she had noticed Santos observing from the sky.

For some reason, watching Santos retreat left Harribel with a bad premonition.

"It's absurdly strong," murmured Cortez, a grin spreading across her face.

"But acceptable."

She seemed unconcerned about Santos's escape.

As one of the most combative Adjucha, Cortez's strength was undeniable.

"Cero suppression."

"I'm taking this fight head-on!"

Ignoring the thoughts of the other Adjucha, Cortez pawed the ground and charged with astonishing speed, arriving before Harribel in an instant.

"War Trample!"

Raising her hooves like heavy hammers, she brought them down with devastating force.

Boom!

The iron-black hooves clashed with the bone giant sword, unleashing a gale that roared across the battlefield.

Cortez sank her weight into her attack, unleashing even more power.

But against Harribel, a Vasto Lorde, such strength wasn't enough to make her take even half a step back.

The failed attack didn't discourage Cortez; instead, her horse-mask grinned wider with exhilaration.

Her body suddenly grew taller. Pure white fur stretched taut over powerful muscles, and tendons bulged beneath her exposed skin.

Her already formidable strength became even more ferocious.

Boom—

Another heavy blow landed, and this time, Harribel retreated several meters.

She wasn't known for her physical strength.

Caught off guard, she suffered minor losses—but nothing she couldn't recover from.

"Damn you."

"I'll kill you!"

Mila's eyes turned blood-red with rage. Letting out an enraged roar, she charged at Cortez.

As Harribel's most loyal subordinate, Mila would do anything to protect her.

Opponents swapped places.

Cortez didn't mind, eagerly engaging Mila.

The collision of hooves and claws sent violent winds scattering white sand in all directions.

While the two Adjucha fought fiercely, the Gillians once again locked onto Harribel, unleashing another round of Ceros.

To protect Sung-Sun and Apacci, Harribel engaged again, her anger barely contained.

Staring fiercely into the distance, she resolved to tear these Gillians to shreds after neutralizing their attack.

At the same time, Santos had returned to the edge of the Menos Grande forest, delivering news of Harribel to Shendu.

"Lion, snake, and deer?"

Shendu mused, his tone certain.

"Harribel..."

With those words, Shendu vanished, leaving only his voice echoing in the emptiness.

"You are mine!"
