Chapter 13: Learning Magic

An hour after Michael left for Kamar-Taj, Mia arrived at his house, frowning. She had learned of his departure from the travel agent, and the two silly maids hadn't told her anything about it. As she entered the house, she was met with an unbelievable scene: both Lana and Ella were still asleep, completely naked. Mia shook her head and woke Lana, demanding the details.

Lana groggily explained that after spending the entire night with Michael, they had both been exhausted and had fallen asleep. By the time they woke up, Michael had already left.

"You idiots… you can't do anything," Mia muttered, though her tone wasn't as harsh as it could have been. At least Michael had enjoyed his time with them.

"Keep taking care of him like that," Mia added before turning to leave.

But Ella spoke up, her voice a bit desperate. "Mia, we need two more sisters."

Mia paused, raising an eyebrow. "What do you mean?"

"We... we've been with him all night, and we're too weak now," Lana explained, her voice soft. Mia looked at them and nodded.

"Okay, I'll send two more maids to keep up with you guys," she said before leaving.

Back at main house, Mia informed Michael's mother of his whereabouts. "Did he go off traveling again?" she asked, concerned.

Mia shook her head. "We don't know for sure, but most likely, he went to relax."

"This kid... always makes me worry," Michael's mother sighed, looking over her son's account balance with a thoughtful expression. "Let him enjoy himself." She said while sending some hundred millions to him.

Mia nodded and returned to her usual work.

Later that evening, Mia's phone chimed. She checked the message, which was from Michael. A concerned frown crossed her face. "Is he taking drugs there?" she wondered aloud, before quickly texting the travel agent to arrange a ticket for her to follow Michael.

"Always making everyone worry," Mia muttered to herself. She instructed the agent to prepare a ticket and decided to track Michael down before things got out of hand.

Mia received the ticket, but the problem was that the flight was scheduled for the next afternoon. She couldn't wait that long, so she decided to take the private jet instead, arriving at the location by midnight. When she arrived, she looked at the house and knocked on the door.

Wong answered. "Yes, Miss?" he asked.

"I'm here for Michael," Mia said, frowning slightly at his monk-like clothing but still going ahead with her request.

"He is here," Wong replied, nodding as he invited her in and led her to his quarters.

"He's staying here," he pointed to Michael's door and left.

Mia watched Wong walk away and muttered to herself, "The security here is terrible. He didn't even check my ID."

She then knocked on Michael's door. When he opened it, he looked a bit surprised. "You're fast..." he started to say, but Mia quickly pushed him inside and locked the door behind her.

She turned to face him. "There's no sign of drugs, so what was that message about?" she demanded.

Michael shrugged. "It is what it is. I'm learning magic here," he replied nonchalantly.

Mia looked him over skeptically. "I'm serious here," she said.

"I had a fellow prisoner tell me about this place, so I came to check it out," Michael said, running a hand through his hair.

Mia raised an eyebrow. "If that fellow prisoner knows magic, he wouldn't be imprisoned in the first place."

Michael fell silent. She was too observant for his liking. He thought about her words for a moment before answering, "He had his own circumstances."

Mia crossed her arms, giving him a stern look. "Then how about this—let's observe for some time and see if it's true or not." Michael said seeing this.

Mia nodded after a brief pause. "Okay, but no more than a week," she said.

"One day would be enough to see if it's true or not," he added, and Mia agreed with a slight nod.

"You can sleep here. The bed's big enough," Michael said with a smirk.

Mia shot him a look. "I won't be entering your bed, though."

Michael sighed. "Well, I was looking forward to it," he muttered.

Mia shook her head but didn't comment. "Focus on learning magic for now. After you're done, I'll have two more maids for you. Those ones said two isn't enough for you."

Michael raised an eyebrow. "They were the ones who seduced me first."

Mia gave him a pointed look. "Just don't get distracted. You can sleep on the bed. I'll going to work anyway." She pulled out her laptop and began working.

Michael shrugged seeing this and went to sleep, Mia looked at him as she slept as she came near him and inspected him and then began to inspect the room.

"there is really no Drugs here" she mumbled as her mind went back to those monk like clothing she saw everyone wearing here.

She shook her head as she sat on the chair focusing on her work "I will see tomorrow if its true or not".

Next morning

Michael wakes up as he saw Mia all ready for the day, "get ready, a guy just came by and told to be ready by Eight" he nodded as he went to wash and get ready.

After a moment he was ready as he came out wearing the robes provided, while Mia also got one but she didn't wear hers and sticking to her Maid clothes.

"you two are ready?" Kaecilius asked as Michael nodded and Mia just looked at him.

"Let's go then" he said not minding Mia as he led them to an area where a lot of people were training like Kung fu movies.

"I don't see magic here" Mia said as Kaecilius said "This place is just for hand to hand combat" he said as he led them to next place, that blowed Mia mind.

There she saw many of variable age standing there as they create magic circles mid air, she looked around trying to find the projectors.
