When the group got back to hell max told the others to leave because him and verosika got to have a serious talk they didn't want to temp there chances so they left and it was just verosika and max who was looking at his boss with a serious look.

Max: so you caused the big fish to mutate?

Verosika: it was an accident I was a little drunk.

Max: that's a poor excuse and you know it this why I told you to no accept the duel because you don't know what's gonna happen and the fact that now I have another boss who I can tell is gonna be a pain in the ass to deal with.

Verosika: and give that little bastard the satisfaction of him winning his parking space no thanks you.

Max: oh my fucking God all this for a parking space you could have just went for one that wasn't occupied and parked it there but you and your ex started this whole bullshit I'm not a love counselor but you and your ex literally fighting over a parking spot one mark spot on the ground was worth all this to me it looks like both of you enjoy fighting with the other.

Verosika: i don't like that gremlin anywhere near me.

Max: oh really you could have just selected any other parking spot but you chose his you and you accepted a duel over a fucking parking spot again oh and let's not forget when you were about start singing the screen that showed you had text that said fuck you blitzo if you don't want to anywhere near him you sure did a lot of things that would get his attention and you just want petty wins against him.

Verosika didn't want to admit it but max was right she could have just selected any other parking spot but she chose blitzo's just to rub it in his face and she accepted the demon duel to once again rub it in his face and yes she did Added the fuck you blitzo in the screen so yes max had the to calling her a hypocrite for saying that she wants nothing to do with blitzo or get his attention.

Verosika took a seat and max sat down with her.

Max: look I'm not a professional at romantic relationships but seriously what the hell happened between you two because a part of you still thinks about him and you can't let it go I can tell that's eating you away so I can listen if want to talk about because it sounded much more then blitz stealing you car and maxing out your card.

Verosika looked at max in the eyes she always saw humans looking at her with horny looks but Max's gaze felt like he was concerned for her she never saw a anyone aside from her group looking at her like that but that look from a human felt somewhat alien to her but she decided to let some her frustrations out because she did screwd him over by accident.

Verosika: me and blitz met at a party we were kinda drunk at the time but we hit it off well and we went on dates he was a cool guy but after two years he started to get distant from me and he bearly texted or talked to me I thought he was busy but the night that he stole my car and maxed out my credit card he send me a text that we are done and that broke me that asshole almost drained me of every money in my credit card and I had to work my ass of to get it back and I even sold myself for it too but when I got popular enough I got my life together but I still couldn't let blitzo go I want to forget about him but I guess a part me still can't so I guess when I saw him in here I just wanted to pay him back for what he did to me and I wasn't thinking straight.

Verosika looked at max with a few tears coming out of her eyes and she wiped them away and continued.

Verosika: I'm sorry for dicking you over max I guess I wanted to one up that little gremlin that I would throw you under the bus and the worst part is that I actually did throw you under the bus because I got drunk and threw my flask into the water and...fuck if you decide to quit I won't blame you....you have the right because your boss couldn't let go of her stupid ex.

Max just got closer and hugged verosika and patted her on the back

Max: well you did kinda screwed me over but at least you are sorry so I forgive you.

Max pulled away and looked at his boss in the eyes.

Max: but the next time you are in a demon duel don't accept if you are gonna lose something Important if i was taught anything gambling your life is gonna kill you more quickly then getting shot at.

Max got up and brushed off the dust on his clothes.

Max: I'm going back to the hotel I got a date with a shitty boss.

Verosika: wait.

Max turned and unexpectedly verosika gave him a kiss on the cheek and max was blushing like crazy while Moline in his psyche was gushing like a high school girl.

Verosika: consider that my way of saying thank you for listening to my problems.

Verosika left the room and max was all alone this is the first time he was kissed by a girl but not just any girl a succubus of all thing but he didn't fell anything wierd so he guessed it was just a normal kiss.

Max sneezed and he felt like something good happened to him but he didn't know why.
