Chapter 4: a distant future part1
After sealing Kaguya, the scene was one of both relief and reflection. The battlefield, once torn by fierce combat, was now bathed in the gentle light of dawn, casting a serene glow over the gathered heroes. The air was thick with the scent of earth and the faint, lingering traces of chakra. The massive rift left by the battle had begun to heal, the once-destroyed landscape gradually returning to its natural state.
All the Kages were present—both past and present. The area was filled with the solemn presence of the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze, alongside his predecessors, as well as the current Hokage, Tsunade Senju. The scene also included Oonoki of the Stone Village and the other influential figures who had been crucial in the recent battle.
As the dust settled and the last of the tailed beasts roared their approval, Tsunade glanced around at the assembled Kages. "It's hard to believe it's finally over," she said, her voice filled with a mixture of exhaustion and satisfaction.
Oonoki, leaning heavily on his cane, nodded. "Indeed. We've faced unimaginable threats, but our unity proved stronger than any foe. Though, I must say, I'm glad to see the end of this particular conflict."
Tobirama Senju, the Second Hokage didn't say anything.
Hashirama Senju, the First Hokage, smiled warmly at his successors. "Our bonds as Kage have always been crucial to maintaining balance. It's good to see that this generation has risen to the challenge as well."
Naruto who had been speaking with the tailed beasts, joined the group. Naruto looked around, taking in the presence of the past Hokages and the gathered Kages. "It's really something to have everyone here" .
Hagoromo Otsutsuki, observing the scene, stepped forward. "The sealing may be over, but the fight is not."
Just then, the atmosphere grew tense as Hagoromo's words hung in the air. Naruto, sensing the shift, asked, "What do you mean? Didn't we seal her?"
Before Hagoromo could respond, a cloaked figure appeared out of nowhere, his white mask obscuring his face and two swords glinting at his side. The figure moved with remarkable speed, now standing before them.
Naruto and Sasuke immediately took fighting stances, their eyes fixed on the enigmatic man. The other Kages, including Tsunade and Oonoki, readied themselves as well, sensing the threat.
The masked man looked at Team 7 and said, "You've grown, Naruto and Sasuke. You've become strong enough to rival the greatest. And you, Sakura, have become a bit less worthless."
Sasuke, narrowing his eyes, asked, "Do we know you?"
The man turned to Hagoromo and said, "You should be familiar with my identity. Why don't you tell them?"
Hagoromo, with a solemn expression, replied, "I know who you are—Hatake Kakashi."
This revelation sent shockwaves through Team 7. Naruto's eyes widened. "Kakashi-sensei?"
Sasuke's voice was laden with disbelief. "Kakashi."
Sakura, her voice trembling with emotion, added, "Kakashi-sensei."
Tsunade, surprised, said, "Impossible Kakashi died."
Hiruzen Sarutobi, the Third Hokage, muttered under his breath, "Kakashi."
The man removes his mask showing his face and remove cloak proving his identity
