"Sorry honey, but you got to train me".

Melissa's face was filled with shock and surprise. I didn't really know why she had a surprised look on her face, but I guessed that it could be because of how fast I was able to grab her hand.

Getting out of her shock, she frowned.

"Let go of my hand, bitch. What do you think you are doing?"

Oops!

It seems I hadn't processed my actions. I simply let go of her hand while sending her a weird smile.

"Sorry for my quick action" I said apologizing with the same weird smile.

"It's good you apologized and next time, don't try such a nonsense".

After she gave me a piece of her warning,she was about stepping into the portal when I grab her hand again.

"Hey, what's with you. Can't you just let go of my hand" Melissa spat out with anger.

"I would like to have a word with you and Arizona. Can you please stay a little while" I said with a fake pleading tone.

"What is it, Naagin? What is it that you want to tell me and Melissa?" Arizona asked.

Surprisingly, Arizona was just a few feet away from me with old lady Papirus beside her.

I let go of Melissa and I turned to Arizona.

"I have a word from father" I simply replied.

Melissa gave me a raised eyebrow at my response. She immediately dispersed the portal and turned to face me squarely.

"What the heck are you talking about?" Melissa asked with a frown on her face.

"I'm saying that I was told to tell you both something, silly" I answered back with a scoff.

"Hey, how dare you call me silly?"

"Well, for starters. You called me a bitch" I said with a mocking smirk.

Melissa groaned angrily. But she was quickly silenced by Arizona's voice.

"What did Hijirar tell you that you are supposed to tell us?" Arizona asked silencing Melissa.

I pretended to clear my throat before I started talking.

"You see,he didn't really tell me to tell you guys but anyways he said that both you and Melissa would be staying over at old lady Papirus's hut. The reason is because, according to him you both will have to train me" I spoke with an air of importance.

Melissa stared at me,a lot dumbfounded for a moment. As for Arizona, she simply grinned. I think she was grinning because, maybe she would be spending time with her daughter. And as for old lady Papirus,her face was as expressionless as ever.

"You got to be kidding me. My dad wouldn't say something like that" Melissa said, quickly waking up from her shock.

Arizona sighed, hearing Melissa's words.

She immediately performed a little magic that got me a little bit surprised. Not like she wasn't amazing in magic.

She closed her eyes as she allowed energy to flow through her body. Once done,she folded her palms and in a second,a faint blue light emitted from her folded palms.

Melissa scoffed at her mother's little show of magic. She didn't really know what her mother was doing and by the look on her face,she seemed to long to go back to Hijirar's Abode.

"I wonder why my dad would even let me stay in the human world. It's just nonsense" Melissa mumbled loudly to herself.

Somehow, I feel that Melissa is quite spoilt. Like a spoilt bitch of a daughter. Especially the fact that she's the daughter of Hijirar and likewise, having been spending all her life in Hijirar's Abode. It isn't surprising if she's quite a bitch.

After Arizona performed her little show of magic,a circular spiral of blue light appeared in the air. Not to lie, I was stunned by the circular spiral of blue light.

"What are you doing, Arizona?"

I asked, quite curious at what she was doing.

I heard her chuckle with humour.

"Don't tell me you still find it hard to call me your mother. Besides, you already know the truth about who you are" Arizona said, giving a different answer to my question.

I rubbed the back of my head , nervous about her words.

"It's not like that. It's just that I need time to really accept the truth".

"I understand. You need time to accept the fact that you are the second daughter of a god and an immortal. But anyways, what I am doing is communicating with Hijirar".

"Why? What for?" I asked.

"It's better you don't ask. Just watch. Once I'm done,we will head over to old lady Papirus's hut according to what you said" Arizona said with a smirk.

Melissa growled angrily hearing her mother's words. Looking at her,one would know that if she had claws,she would definitely claw on me.

"Okay then, if you say so".

Immediately I concluded the conversation,a blue coverage overshadowed Arizona. It was more like she entered another dimension or so I thought. I left her to do whatever she was doing knowing that once she was done,we would all go back home.

Finally, I would get to see Ovie after such a long day.

When I looked around the temple, I noticed that old lady Papirus wasn't inside. No wonder there wasn't any interruption during both me and Arizona's talk. I had the feeling that she could be outside. And as for Melissa,she was by the corner, muttering words to herself after hearing Arizona's decision about them staying at old lady Papirus's hut for the meantime. Meaning, she would not be going back to Hijirar's Abode.

I gave a sigh at the thought and shook my head.

Once done, I headed outside the temple to look for old lady Papirus. I found her seating on the steps that lead into the temple.

I stared at the old lady as she was quiet. Her back was facing me, that means, I couldn't see her face. I approached her, expecting that she would notice my presence. But she didn't. She only continued staring at whatever was in front of her.

Or maybe not.

Getting to her front, I found out that she wasn't staring at anything. Instead,her eyes were closed. But I did get to realize that she was meditating.

I contemplated on whether to disturb her meditation. Though, I decided against disturbing her meditation. I gave a sigh as I walked away, leaving her front and entering the temple again. But just as I was about entering the temple, old lady Papirus's voice halted me in my tracks.

"What did she say she's doing?" Old lady Papirus asked.

I turned to her and walked over to her front. I noticed her eyes were still closed but I answered anyways.

"She said she's communicating with Hijirar".

I answered, getting to understand that old lady Papirus was talking about Arizona.

She opened her eyes afterwards and stared at me intensively.

"I was just communicating with Zeph" the old lady said.

"What did he say?" I asked.

"Both he , Ovie and the other five spirit rabbits are fine. I told him to be expecting our arrival but he did tell me that Ovie is worried sick about you. He said that Ovie was worried that both of us were taking too long. Not to talk of the fact that he tried to go down the hill again".

I sighed abruptly.

I looked up at the night sky, observing the stars for some minutes. It was already dark and Ovie would really be worried.

"Guess what" the old lady spoke making me turn my gaze from the night sky.

"What?"

"Would you believe if I told you Melissa visited the hut today?" The old lady asked.

"Meaning, she visited Ovie".

The old lady nodded.

"Yes, she visited Ovie earlier this afternoon. Maybe when she was taking some fresh air, according to her" old lady Papirus said with a smirk.

I nodded again slowly.

That only means, Ovie and Melissa know each other. But the question is, how did they know each other. Could it be when Ovie had left the hut?

"Can't wait to get back to the hut" I spoke with tiredness.

"Just face it. You can't wait to get into his arms" the old lady chuckled at her words making me frown but I smiled afterwards.

Not long after, Arizona and Melissa stepped out of the temple. My gaze went up to the two ladies coming out of the temple. A scowl was clearly written on Melissa's face, but it's best I ignore it. My only focus was to get back home and probably get back into Ovie's arms.

Arizona walked up to old lady Papirus who was already up on her feet. Melissa followed her,it made her look like an obedient child.

"It's gonna be a tough training, Naagin" Arizona said to me once she got to were I stood beside old lady Papirus.

"I know. Hijirar doesn't want me to rely fervently on the powers of the Jewel so I'm well prepared to face the training".

Arizona nodded with a quick smile.

"And I'm sure you know the truth about you being born a human" Arizona said.

I growled a little bit feeling the harshness of her words.

"Yeah. But I'm a snake now" I muttered with a an obvious smirk.

Arizona sighed with a tired look. She moved her gaze to old lady Papirus and she sent her a smile. Immediately, I knew they were communicating in that snake language.

After they were through communicating in that snake language, they both simultaneously moved their gazes to me and Melissa.

Melissa flinched at their gazes.

"It's time we head back home. Both I and Arizona would go back home through a magic means while you both would go back home using your feet or perhaps something else other than a portal" old lady Papirus announced.

"But that's not fair. How can you both use portal or magic means but us use our legs to trek down to the hut"Melissa retorted with a cry baby tone.

"It was your father who suggested it when I was communicating with him. According to him,he said it's a way for you both to get together" Arizona said with a cunning smile.

"And besides,we are not using portals. We are using something more magical,so you both better get home before dinner" old lady Papirus supported.

She gave both me and Melissa a wink and before we knew it, both she and Arizona vanished.

But before she vanished,she gave a warning.

"Remember, don't use magic to teleport yourself to my hut or use portals. Just use your legs and any other means other than magic to get to the hut...."

She left that trail of warning and vanished into thin air.

Arizona also gave a warning as well before she vanished.

"But you must know that it's your father's idea of making you both bond as sisters. Besides,if there is going to be a training, there must be no disagreement".

Arizona vanished and well leaving both me and Melissa stranded,right in front of the temple.

I can't believe that Hijirar would make such an idea in making both me and Melissa bond together as sisters. Well I better get used to Melissa as my sister and walked through the forest to the hut.
