Naruto: After Seclusion Becoming Naruto Grandfather

Chapter 51: Chapter 51

Uzumaki Chito lifted the oppressive aura, having already completed the analysis of Hidan's curse during the earlier confrontation. The existence of the so-called Jashin proved to be an intriguing puzzle, one that piqued Chito's curiosity rather than fear.

Hidan, now immobilized on the ground, resembled a defeated child who couldn't comprehend the failure of his supposed infallible curse. His disbelief was palpable, his faith shaken but not yet shattered.

Consumed by a mix of rage and desperation, Hidan clung fiercely to his beliefs. "The Jashin will not release you!" he spat, his eyes blazing with a mix of defiance and fear.

Uzumaki Chito's response was understated, almost dismissive, yet it left everyone momentarily stunned. With a calm, measured tone, Chito said, "Death? From your god? Let's see."

Hidan's hatred burned brightly in his gaze, but beneath it lurked a shadow of apprehension. Despite his trembling faith, he pushed himself upright, preparing to perform his ritual once more. His movements were hurried, yet filled with an air of finality, as though he sought to prove his god's power at any cost.

Chito took a few steps back, his calm demeanor unwavering. "Go ahead. Begin your spectacle. But be warned—if it fails to meet my expectations, you know what will happen," Chito stated, his words laced with quiet authority.

Unbeknownst to Hidan, his faith was already crumbling under the relentless pressure of Uzumaki Chito's presence. Like a porcelain doll hastily glued together, his conviction teetered on the edge of collapse.

With Uzumaki Chito's blood, Hidan drew a pattern of intersecting circles and triangles on the ground. As the formation took shape, his demeanor shifted to one of solemn reverence, the kind befitting a devout follower presenting a living sacrifice. Though Chito remained alive, Hidan fervently believed his ritual would summon Jashin to pass judgment upon the mortal who had defied divine will.

From the depths of the void, an ominous presence began to materialize. Shadowy entities emerged through a tear in space, their arrival accompanied by an oppressive, sinister aura. Hidan's eyes gleamed with fanaticism as he raised his arms in supplication.

"Lord Jashin, I beseech you! Pass judgment upon this human!" he cried, his voice trembling with a mix of devotion and anticipation.

However, to Hidan's utter disappointment, Uzumaki Chito merely shook his head, an incredulous smile playing on his lips. What stood before him was no god, but rather a crude vessel—a being that thrived on malevolent emotions, a parasite feeding on fear and hatred. It was a mockery of divinity, no greater than a shadow of true power.

As the entity loomed, Uzumaki Chito's chakra flared. The sheer magnitude of it dwarfed the so-called Jashin, rendering it insignificant. The being, once revered as a deity, now quaked under the oppressive force of Chito's presence.

Sensing its imminent defeat, the Jashin attempted to flee, retreating back into the void. But Uzumaki Chito's hand shot out, sealing its escape with effortless precision. His voice was calm yet unyielding. "You sought to judge me? Then face judgment yourself."

Ignoring the astonishment of the onlookers, Uzumaki Chito subdued the Jashin as easily as one might grasp a fragile chick. The once-mighty entity writhed helplessly in Chito's grasp, its essence trembling under the overwhelming force of his power. Though the Jashin possessed the ability to resurrect itself, Chito's influence ensured that its very nature would be irrevocably altered.

The being's cries for mercy grew weaker, fading into a faint whisper before disappearing entirely. In its place, only black mist remained, dissipating into nothingness.

Hidan, who had dedicated his life to the worship of this supposed god, stared in horror. His faith, once unshakable, had been utterly destroyed. Uzumaki Chito had not only defeated the Jashin—he had obliterated it without hesitation or remorse. Hidan's immortal existence, granted by the Jashin, now teetered on the brink. His spirit crumbled alongside his fading soul, leaving him a shadow of the fanatic he once was.

As Hidan's body weakened, Uzumaki Chito observed him thoughtfully. Then, in an act of unexpected mercy, Chito stabilized Hidan's soul, preventing it from being completely consumed. Yet, no sooner had Chito done so than a demonic figure emerged from the shadows—a grim reaper intent on claiming Hidan's soul as penance for his devotion to the fallen Jashin.

With a single stern command, Uzumaki Chito dismissed the reaper, banishing it as though swatting away an insect. The act was a profound statement: Uzumaki Chito's power extended even over death itself.

The bystanders, frozen in awe, watched as their worldview unraveled. For so long, they had believed their struggles for peace in the ninja world were the pinnacle of ambition. Yet Uzumaki Chito had transcended such mortal concerns. His gaze was set far beyond the petty squabbles of humanity—his sights were fixed on the gods themselves.
