"Has the scope of influence reached its limit?"

In Ace's eyes, the red color representing Observation Haki flashed away.

Ace had been preparing these transmission den-den mushis for a long time.

Since the start of today's plan, Ace had been using his "Realm of Comprehension" to enhance the abilities of the den-den mushis. It was due to this continuous amplification that they could now influence such a vast network of communication den-den mushis across the world, allowing the image to be broadcast through the fully activated Realm of Comprehension.

However, it was still unrealistic to expect this broadcast to reach every corner of the world simultaneously. Many regions didn't even have communication devices.

After all, there were countless countries and people living in extreme hardship. In the original story, the focus was always on Luffy and his crew's adventures. The everyday lives of ordinary people were largely overlooked. But from Oda's rare descriptions, it was clear that war and hunger were the prevailing conditions in much of the world.

Communication den-den mushis, outside of major pirates and the World Government, were only common in more developed countries and key cities allied with the World Government. On small islands or in war-torn regions, such technology was nonexistent.

Nonetheless, the reach was more than sufficient.

The Four Seas, the Grand Line, the New World, Naval Headquarters, Mariejois—all the major areas were now witnessing this event unfold.

For those remaining areas without den-den mushis, Morgans would certainly make sure the news spread. Ace had counted on this. As predicted, Morgans, president of the World Economic News Agency, was already excitedly shouting about the "big news."

"Click!"

The sound of a gun being cocked echoed through the room.

Charlos, his face twisted with anger, aimed his pistol.

"You lowly scum, how dare you insult the Celestial Dragons?! You're just an ignorant fool!"

"Bang!"

Before Charlos could finish his outburst, a loud crack reverberated through the room as the bubble surrounding his head shattered. His eyes rolled back as blood spurted from his mouth. He collapsed heavily to the ground, unconscious.

"You talk too much, pig," Ace muttered coldly, his eyes fixed on Charlos, now lying in a pool of his own blood. His gaze was filled with nothing but fury.

"!!!"

Everyone in the auction house was wide-eyed with horror.

Did… Did someone just beat a Celestial Dragon?

Disco, the auctioneer, stood frozen, his face drained of all color.

A Celestial Dragon, beaten so badly they might be dead?! Could this really be happening?

"How bold, Ace!" Rayleigh chuckled, watching Ace knock out Charlos. The scene reminded him of a long-ago battle at the Valley of the Gods. His eyes shimmered with nostalgia.

"Did he really just attack the Celestial Dragons?" Issho, using Observation Haki, sensed Ace's actions and was equally stunned.

"It seems this is more than just a beating of a Celestial Dragon," Rayleigh remarked, pulling out a communication den-den mushi.

"Rayleigh! Is Ace with you? He's gone and done it! The whole world is watching the scene of him attacking the Celestial Dragons—just like what happened in the Alabasta incident. When he told me the world would change, I didn't expect 'this'! It's completely insane!" Shakky's voice echoed from the den-den mushi.

"Aren't I right?" Rayleigh smiled as he looked at Issho, who still appeared shocked.

Back in the prison, Shakky had wasted no time telling Rayleigh about Ace's visit to her bar. After hearing what Ace had said, Rayleigh couldn't stop laughing.

Rayleigh had been intrigued by this "newcomer" who had rapidly risen to become the Fifth Emperor of the Sea in under a year. And now, Ace's boldness exceeded all expectations.

This free spirit reminded Rayleigh of his old friend, Roger.

Watching Ace from across the room, Rayleigh's smile grew wider. Broadcasting this event to the entire world? We weren't even 'that' reckless, were we, Roger?

Rayleigh's eyes brimmed with emotion.

"Broadcast it worldwide?" Issho stared in disbelief, turning toward Ace. 'How utterly mad!' What does this man aim to do? Could this be the fate my dice led me to?

---

"!!!"

As the image of Ace's face flashed across the screen, people all over the world gasped in disbelief. A Celestial Dragon, beaten and possibly dead?!

"You really did it, Ace!" Whitebeard laughed as he watched the broadcast. The fallen figure of Charlos, a Celestial Dragon, lay unmoving after Ace's attack. The scene even conveyed Ace's immense Conqueror Haki, strong enough to be felt through the screen.

"In front of the entire world, a Celestial Dragon has been beaten unconscious. This man..." Marco, trembling, stared at the image in shock.

In territories under Whitebeard's protection, from the distant islands to Fish-Man Island, everyone was watching the same broadcast. The entire world had seen the Celestial Dragons fall.

Those were the Celestial Dragons—the so-called descendants of the Creator, revered as untouchable by the World Government. The government had always maintained that any harm to a Celestial Dragon outside the Holy Land would trigger the intervention of an Admiral.

Throughout history, people were forced to kneel before the Celestial Dragons, never allowed to offend them in any way. And now, in front of the entire world, a Celestial Dragon had been attacked without mercy.

This had never happened in the 800 years since the World Government's founding!

Marco swallowed hard.

Even the Whitebeard Pirates had never caused such trouble as attacking the Celestial Dragons. And now, in front of the entire world, a Celestial Dragon lay beaten, his fate unknown.

This man, Portgas D. Ace, is truly…

Marco struggled to find words to describe his feelings. There were no adjectives that could adequately express his current state of mind.

"Looking back, a grand declaration like this can't be just about beating a Celestial Dragon," Whitebeard said, laughing heartily. "Ace has done something that neither Roger nor I ever dared to do. Gurarararara!!!!"

There was a nostalgic glint in Whitebeard's eyes.

Beside him, Marco's expression remained shaken. 'Is attacking a Celestial Dragon in front of the whole world just an appetizer?' he wondered.

Red-Haired Pirates

"He really did it," Beckman said, exhaling a puff of smoke as his eyes narrowed.

"Did you have any inkling of what Ace planned to do?" Shanks asked, a smile of intrigue curling at the corner of his lips.

"Just a guess," Beckman replied thoughtfully. "Judging by the Alabasta incident and now this, Portgas D. Ace is unlike any other pirate."

Shanks raised an eyebrow. "Oh?"

Beckman's eyes gleamed with intelligence. "It seems this man wants to reshape the world according to his vision."

"The world, huh?" Shanks' smile grew wider. "How fascinating. I'm more eager than ever to meet this man!"

"Should we head to the Sabaody Archipelago right away?" Beckman inquired.

"No," Shanks replied. "Let Ace finish what he started. I'm curious to see what he'll do next. In the meantime, let's take care of anyone who might get in his way."

A red glow, the mark of Ultimate Observation Haki, flickered briefly in Shanks' eyes.

Naval Headquarters

"Damn it! He actually did it!" Sengoku exclaimed, his teeth clenched and cold sweat dripping from his forehead.

A Celestial Dragon, the world's nobility, had been beaten to the point of not knowing if he was dead or alive. This had never happened in the 800-year history of the World Government.

Celestial Dragons were considered descendants of the Creator and enjoyed extraordinary privileges. There were many cases where they provoked powerful individuals or acted irrationally, but no one ever dared harm them. Everyone knew that attacking a Celestial Dragon would summon an Admiral of the Headquarters.

Yet despite all this, Ace had done the unthinkable.

The Admiral rules, set to protect the Celestial Dragons from danger, had made them increasingly untouchable. Now, those who dared challenge the Celestial Dragons were virtually extinct. Even if someone did harm a Celestial Dragon, the World Government would erase the offender's identity to preserve the nobility's image.

But now, in front of the entire world, Ace had broken this unspoken rule.

A Celestial Dragon had been attacked—perhaps killed—right before the eyes of the global audience. This act was pushing Naval Headquarters toward an inevitable war with Ace.

Sengoku had initially hoped to restrain his subordinates and wait for a clash between Ace and either Kaido or the red-haired pirate. Once those two collided, the Navy could swoop in and capitalize on the chaos. After all, not even Naval Headquarters could afford the price of a full-scale war with multiple Emperors at once.

But now, all those plans were in ruins.

Portgas D. Ace had forced their hand. What on earth was this madman thinking? What did he hope to gain by doing this?

Sengoku's jaw tightened as he glared at the screen, where Ace's image remained.

Doflamingo

"Fufufufu, what a spectacle, beating a Celestial Dragon in front of the whole world," Doflamingo chuckled darkly.

Though the incident had occurred in his auction house, Doflamingo wasn't worried about any repercussions. After all, he was once a Celestial Dragon himself.

Even though he had lost his noble status due to his foolish father, he still retained some privileges. And he knew this event wouldn't drag him into trouble.

As he watched Saint Charlos lying unconscious on the floor, Doflamingo's eyes gleamed with twisted joy. The Celestial Dragon title had always been a sore spot for him. His father's idiocy had stripped them of their noble standing and forced them into the life of commoners.

Even after killing his father and trying to reclaim his status by bringing his head to Mariejois, he had still been rejected. So seeing a Celestial Dragon beaten so publicly by Ace ignited a sick satisfaction within Doflamingo.

At the same time, he was pleased to see Naval Headquarters forced into conflict with Portgas D. Ace.

'This guy is insane!' Doflamingo thought, his grin widening. 'The Navy and Shichibukai gathered here to prevent a war between him and Kaido or the red-haired pirate, yet here he is—attacking a Celestial Dragon in front of the whole world.'

By doing so, Ace had forced the Navy into action, compelling them to strike before Kaido or the red-haired pirate could.

Even though Doflamingo didn't fully understand Ace's motivations, he had only one word for the man's actions:

'Madman.'

Doflamingo's smile grew more wicked by the second.

——

"How bold of you, Portgas D. Ace," Mihawk mused, his eyes sharp like an eagle's.

Beating a Celestial Dragon in front of the entire world—without knowing if they were alive or dead—was a supremely reckless act. It was something even Shanks, renowned for his Conqueror Haki, would hesitate to do.

But this man was even more unhinged.

——

"...."

Kuma's eyes were obscured by sunglasses and his expression could not be seen clearly.

But the hands holding his chest became tighter and tighter, which can explain his mood at this time.

Behind those shades, his eyes flickered, deep in thought.

——

"You're absolutely crazy, Ace," Moria muttered to himself, his face twitching slightly as well.

Although he already knew just how bold Ace could be, witnessing him beat a Celestial Dragon half to death in front of the entire world was beyond anything she could have imagined.

What worried him the most was the thought that Perona might also become a target of the World Government because of this incident.

Moria clenched his jaw. 'I need to grow stronger, fast,' he thought. 'With my current strength, I can't protect Perona from getting swept up in this vortex.'

The most visibly shaken figure in the conference room, however, was Boa Hancock.

The most beautiful woman in the world clasped her crimson lips with trembling hands, her wide, horrified eyes fixed on the screen.

Portgas D. Ace had done the unthinkable: beating a Celestial Dragon to near death in front of the entire world.

For Hancock and her sisters, the Celestial Dragons were a lingering nightmare.

Even now, as the Empress of Amazon Lily and one of the Shichibukai, a title that earned her the nickname "Pirate Empress," the terror of the Celestial Dragons still haunted her.

That's why, when she first heard the rumors that Ace had used his Conqueror's Haki to knock a Celestial Dragon unconscious in the Holy Land, she felt compelled to investigate.

She had never wanted to set foot in the Holy Land again, but this news was too extraordinary to ignore.

She needed to confirm for herself: could someone in this world truly be reckless enough to lay hands on a Celestial Dragon?

Now, however, there was no need for confirmation.

Ace hadn't just rendered a Celestial Dragon unconscious—he had beaten one in front of the entire world.

The unassailable status the World Government had bestowed upon the Celestial Dragons had been shattered, trampled underfoot by this man in a global spectacle.

There really 'was' someone brave—or foolish—enough to attack the Celestial Dragons.

And to do it in such a brazen, public way…

Tears welled up at the corners of Hancock's eyes.

Sengoku noticed the change in the Pirate Empress's demeanor but had no time to address it. Too many other things demanded his attention.

Because what unfolded next on the screen left Sengoku, Whitebeard, the Red-Haired Pirate, Kaido, Big Mom, Hancock, the Shichibukai, and even Dragon himself in a state of total shock.

And it sent the Five Elders into an unprecedented fury!
