**World timeline Calendar 1521, January 1st.**

Even though the entire country has relocated and created a paradise in the sky, the customs of the New Year remain unchanged.

However, due to the historical inscription on the Golden Bell and the words of One Piece, the original clock is now placed on the Island of Gods.

Putting it outside would be quite bold.

Even if people don't understand its significance, the World Government wouldn't allow the inscription to exist so openly if they noticed it.

The huge golden clock seen today was replicated by Arthur himself, using nearly a hundred tons of gold from the mines. Aside from lacking the historical text, this golden clock is almost identical to the original.

Since New Year's Eve has become an important national festival after the establishment of the Sky Island Angel Kingdom, this time it was celebrated with many tourists participating.

As the twelve bells rang out in a melodious and lively manner, people from all over the world couldn't help but feel a sense of joy and renewal.

After New Year's Eve, January came to an end, and by early February, Arthur disappeared from everyone's sight once again.

**An uninhabited island, Rusukaina**

On the edge of this island, a new landscape emerged.

Ten massive rocky mountains, each 3,000 meters tall and one kilometer in diameter at the base.

Arthur is now training on one of the ten Yamanaka mountains.

**Booming!**

**Boom boom boom!**

**Booming!**

The sounds of impacts and cracking rocks echoed throughout the area.

Compared to the other nine stone mountains, the rumbling mountain is nearly a thousand meters shorter.

At the top of the mountain, where large and small stones are constantly flying out, a figure wearing baggy pants, with wings spread, covered in dark Armament Haki, is continuously striking the mountain with different parts of his body.

Fists, elbows, heads, feet, knees, forearms, shoulders, wings, chest, calves, thighs, and even hips are all used as weapons to attack the mountain.

This kind of extreme self-training is not common on the entire Red Ring planet. Only Kaido dared to undergo such harsh training after awakening his Shenlong Fruit.

With each strike, Arthur grinned.

Though he was covered in Armament Haki, the impact was still intense. Jessica had condensed the ten mountains, making each successive one significantly harder.

And the mountain he's on now is just the most basic.

Yet, even so, after days of this relentless self-training, Arthur felt severe pain in his body, despite being covered in dark Armament Haki.

If it weren't for the IQ grass, which enhances his healing ability, he wouldn't dare to practice like this. He would only be able to punch the mountain.

This method of training was inspired by Garp in the original story, who used it to deal with the sharp spikes of the green peppers.

In the original story, Garp flattened eight mountains to be able to punch the green peppers. However, even Garp didn't use the extreme and brutal training methods that Arthur employs.

While it's unclear how tough the mountain Garp trained on was, Arthur feels his ten mountains for training are definitely stronger.

**Boom boom boom!**

**Booming!**

The roars echoed across the sky and land, covering the entire island of Rusukaina with noise.

On the island, the angels training hard would often look up at the smallest of the ten massive peaks, their eyes filled with admiration and awe. Arthur's intense training sparked enthusiasm among the war angels.

For a time, the atmosphere of training here was even stronger than before.

But the island's animals were terrified. Initially, they thought it was the end of the world due to the noise.

Arthur had initially planned to popularize television on the island.

However, a sudden problem arose regarding electricity. Each kingdom in this world typically has only a few prosperous towns connected to electricity, leading Arthur to realize that creating a power grid was even more important than high-definition TVs and movie theaters!

Electricity is not entirely absent in this world.

In the anime, it was shown over thirteen years ago when Sabo was in Gaozhen, with streetlights and bright rooms indicating electricity's use.

However, due to technological limitations and high costs, electricity is mostly found only in wealthy cities and towns.

This presents a massive business opportunity and a blank slate for development in this world.

Just imagine: if the power grid could be established in all the franchised countries and even in non-participating ones, charging even one Bailey per kilowatt-hour could quickly recover costs and generate profit.

Arthur planned to charge five Baileys per kilowatt-hour. After all, a typical family uses about twenty to thirty kilowatt-hours a month, so one Bailey would be too little!

Once the power grid is widely adopted, wealth would flow into the world like never before.

And controlling the power grid would give Arthur greater influence! Just think, if he controlled all the electricity in the world, which country would dare to oppose him?

This would make Arthur's future plans run much smoother!

From the beginning until now, his plans have evolved significantly. But compared to the original, Arthur feels the current plan is far better and easier to achieve!

Because of this sudden insight into the power grid, Arthur has temporarily shelved his TV and movie theater plans.

On the moon, the technology needed to generate electricity in that ruined city will require adjustments to suit the environment.

Currently, a team of scientists is working on designing the generators. Arthur's goal is to make electricity easy and affordable to use, which would help lower costs.

Otherwise, even if a generator and power plant were built, electricity wouldn't be accessible or popular among the general public.

It has been five months since the establishment of the WTO. During this time, the international trade rules and channels around the world have improved significantly, especially during the frequent ministerial meetings held in the first three months.

Now, the WTO can be said to be operating effectively.

Given the importance of each country's status as a WTO member, Arthur realizes that at the next World Summit, his influence will surpass that of all kings in one decisive moment.

It's important to note that the WTO advocated by Arthur is open not only to franchising countries but also to non-participating countries. However, so far, only a few non-participating countries have chosen to join. Most are still watching and waiting, with their royal families skeptical about this global organization.

But Arthur isn't concerned about their doubts. What he needs is strength—strength that keeps increasing and growing!

With the help of pure gold, which extends his lifespan, everyone who appears to lead the angel empire is like a handful of sand compared to him.

In the face of top combatants, everything else is irrelevant. No matter how powerful a person's authority may seem, it will be crushed by strength.

Take Lord Imu, for example. The power of the world lies in the hands of the Five Elders, yet even they must kneel respectfully before Lord Imu. Without strength, how could the Five Elders, the supreme authority in the world, bow before someone else?

Strength! Strength! Strength!

Arthur repeats this in his mind, grinning through the pain, feeling neither fear nor hesitation.

With IQ grass to enhance his healing abilities, his cellular vitality and resilience continue to grow stronger. This ensures he recovers more quickly, no matter how many injuries he suffers.

Arthur's plan is to completely conquer one of these ten mountains every three months. In the next thirty months, he aims to crush all ten!

His Armament Haki must become among the top in the world.

Although Conqueror's Haki hasn't spread widely, a few people have already given Arthur the title of the strongest in this category. While not many know about it, he understands that in terms of range, he is indeed the strongest in the world! Once he achieves further awakening, it will be even more secure.

As for Armament Haki, he knows he still has a long way to go before reaching the top. Currently, he stands at the top of the second tier, comparable to Vergo's level in the original story, though he is considerably stronger.

Arthur aspires to surpass the first-class Armament Haki masters and become one of the top powers in armed combat.

He isn't sure how strong Haki can be, especially for those who stand among the world's elite purely through armed color. However, he believes that once he conquers these ten extremely tough mountains, he will be able to rank among them.

With his fruit ability, physical skills, Conqueror's Haki, Armament Haki, and Observation Haki, Arthur is determined to become one of the world's strongest.

The thoughts of being the strongest ignite his passion and ambition.

To inherit the crown, one must be formidable!

This is Arthur's ambition!
