On the way to Saint Town Island, a newspaper delivery bird arrived carrying a map. 

"Caw…" 

"Oh? Are you saying he changed his hiding spot again?" 

"Caw…" 

"Alright, good. Just keep an eye on him and know where he is. Don't worry about anything else, got it?" 

"Caw…" 

"Didn't expect Morgans to be this quick. Nami, come take a look at this map and check if there's anything wrong with it." 

After finishing the exchange with the delivery bird, Ryuen handed the map over to Nami.

"Leave it to me, haha…" Nami couldn't hold back, clutching her stomach as she burst into laughter. 

The others couldn't help but laugh too. It wasn't really their fault—Ryuen talking to the bird was just too funny. 

Seeing Nami trembling with laughter, Ryuen's face darkened. 

"Hey, can you guys show a little respect to your captain? What's so funny about this?!" Ryuen was genuinely upset, the kind of mad you can't brush off. 

"Alright, calm down. I'll make it up to you later—promise." Nami took the map from Ryuen's hands, giving him a teasing wink. 

"Wha… What kind of 'reward'?" Ryuen felt his cheeks heat up. 

But Nami was already focused on the map from Morgans and didn't hear what he said. The others, meanwhile, covered their mouths to stifle their laughter. Watching Ryuen get flustered had become a favorite way to pass the time on their otherwise boring journey. 

"Hm…" 

"No mistakes here. Morgans is pretty thorough." Nami finished looking over the map and confirmed everything was in order. 

Ryuen nodded. Of course, he'd be thorough—this was a world map, even if it was just the East Blue version for now. It was still a big deal. 

"You hear that? You can go back now. Tell Morgans to release this version as it is," Ryuen said, addressing the bird perched on the railing. 

"Caw…" 

The delivery bird nodded, flapped its wings a few times, and flew away from the ship. 

"Pfft, hahaha!" ×7 

"Hey!" 

"That's enough! I've put up with you all long enough!" Ryuen turned around, his eyebrows furrowed as he yelled.

The next day, Morgans' newspaper dedicated an entire page to announcing the release of the East Blue version of the map by the Dream Crew. 

As their official partner, Morgans' World Economic News was the only authorized distributor of the map. 

Any other company caught selling counterfeit versions would face consequences from both the Dream Crew and the World Economic News—along with severe legal action! (Yes, there are courts in the One Piece world!) 

This news sent shockwaves across the seas, especially in East Blue. Everyone who read it was stunned. 

Up until now, there had been a universal belief among sailors: a complete world map was impossible to create. 

Drawing a world map was considered nearly impossible due to its immense difficulty, and no one believed anyone had the capability to pull it off. 

Creating a detailed map required not only sketching the terrain but also calculating the local climate—an incredibly complex task. 

But now, someone had done it. Even though it was only the East Blue version, it proved that this was achievable! 

With the newspaper, the freshly published East Blue map was also on sale for just 500 Berry—a very reasonable price. 

In just one day, Morgans' massive stockpile was completely sold out. 

While some people doubted the map's authenticity, merchants in East Blue quickly verified it. 

For these merchants, who sailed across East Blue, holding this map brought tears of joy. They no longer had to rely on those patchwork charts cobbled together from incomplete information!

A villager rushed into Bellemere's estate, holding a freshly delivered newspaper and map.

"Did something happen? Is Cocoyasi Village under attack?" Hearing the urgency in the villager's voice, Bellemere immediately ran out. 

"No… no, it's not that. Look… look at this newspaper!" The villager, out of breath, shoved the newspaper and map into Bellemere's hands. 

Bellemere quickly unfolded the newspaper, worry written all over her face. Her first thought was whether something had happened to Nami and Ryuen. 

"The East Blue Edition of the World Map?" Bellemere exclaimed when she saw the headline. 

"That's right!" 

"Nami actually did it—she completed the map and had it published! 

Bellemere, they're amazing!" The villager looked thrilled. 

After all, the Dream Team hailed from Cocoyasi Village, and now that they had accomplished something this significant, the entire village felt a sense of pride. 

"Hahaha!" 

"I knew they could do it! They're my kids, after all! 

You— 

go tell everyone in the village. We're throwing a celebration banquet tonight!" Bellemere declared joyfully, her voice full of pride. 

"Absolutely, we need to celebrate! I'll go right away!" The villager dashed out of the estate, full of excitement. 

Across East Blue, many places were celebrating the Dream Team's release of the first edition of the map. 

On Captain Gulachi's merchant ship, in Shimotsuki Village, Foosha Village, the Baratie floating restaurant, Loguetown… 

In all these places, as soon as people saw the news about the map's release, they started impromptu celebrations.

The Five Elders had heard rumors of Lindgas helping the Dream Team. But they hadn't expected the group, with Lindgas's support, to produce a world map. 

That was quite an achievement… 

"Should we… keep an eye on this Dream Exploration Team?" Jaygarcia Saturn asked slowly. 

"Yes… we should keep an eye on them."

The Dream Team, meanwhile, had no idea their map had made it to the hands of the highest authority—the Five Elders. 

Even if they knew, they wouldn't have cared. They were focused on reaching Alabasta, the desert kingdom!
